A New Otokage

Standing on the mansion her long red hair flowing behind her. Her eyes overlooked the people of her home. The village was in ruin and she beleived she would be the one to bring it back from turmoil. She took a deep breath knowing she would have to pick some people for her advisors but she knew Oto was lacking on shnobi. She looked around her red eyes skimming the ground below. She saw lots of poor people not knowing what to do. A lone little dark haired girl was crying.

"My people, I welcome you to a new era. An era where we can once again rebuild Otogakure. What I see before me is people, and these people are in need of leadership. Someone to bring them back to the feared village. The village where others fear our name. I wish to bring hope back to you. How many times have i stood ideally by as i watch my home be destroyed. Well enough is enough. It's time for change my people. Starting tomorrow we will be cleaning up this village and start over."

She looked around, and sighed. Her village was in deep trouble and she needed to fix it up. The first thing Reileyn knew she had to do was rebuild a lot of the buildings were in poor need of remodeling. When she walked through the village she realized that the academy needed to be rebuilt. When people started to depart Reileyn entered her office and smiled. She shared many memories in this mansion and sat in the chair looking at her guards, "I would like Kamira Itichi and Sariyou Uchiha to be summoned to me." She stated as the guards went off and Kirara jumped on her desk, "My old friend...times are about to change." She stated petting Kirara.

As Ne walked into the huge masion the otokage lived and did their business in he plucked the strings on his banjo, experimenting with random notes an trying to make a new song. He walked up the seemingly neverending staircase to the otokage's office. He heard shouting out in the distance but nonetheless kept going, he was used to yelling and scrreming as he lives in otogakure. He reached the room he wanted and pushed open the door. "Wow three otokages in, it seems a couple of days. Anyways I bought this a while ago but I didn't get the chance to give it to Xarnt-Sama the last Otokage." He said handing the new otokage a bottle of sake. "I just came here to congratulate you..." he said sarcastically. "Well a small chunk of the reason is congratulations, but down to business. I would like to know what you're going to do now that you have leadership. I would like to be able to trust, rely on, and work with a otokage but the last two... let's just say didn't work out well..." He said ending his speech.

Reileyn looked up from her desk looking at the shinobi as he layed a bottle of sake on her desk her long red hair flowing over her eyes. She smirked looking up at him, "You have a problem with my brother? He was the previous Otokage besides my cousin Xarnt." She stated looking at him she was trying to keep her cool. She smirked looking at him and she thought she made herself clear before, "also Ne, how did you get into my office and pass the guards? I am quite curious about that." Reileyn stood up and Kirara was growling at Ne, "shh Kirara its ok." Reileyn stood in front of her desk.

"So you wanna know what I am going to do for the village. Well tell me why I should tell you. Tell me if you were in my shoes what would you do for the village?" She stated her arms crossed across her chest.

"Hmm.. If I were otokage you say? Well first of all you should tell me, so I can help out, I know most of the newer folks around here... How I got past the guards? Easy when they don't notice you. They don't seem to care when it's a pitiful genin like me. Ok so now, what would I do? I wouldn't run away from office or start needless wars. I'm not saying anyone has and we need to keep it like that. I also think we should rebuild this place. We can't rely on our allies and allying with others to live, they may very well sneak attack us someday. And the allies we do have, check up on them every once in a while." He said talking on-and-on. "Up our defenses and train our genin and even stronger people to be better ninja and people. And there you have it, some of my plans on helping the village" He said ending with a smile, showing his perfectly aligned white teeth. "So back to my question, What do YOU plan to do? I will help in any way I can!" He said bowing to his otokage.

Reileyn scoffed shaking her head,"Go ideas. But if you listened to my speech earlier you would of heard that I plan to rebuild the village. Apparently Xarnt left this place in terrible shape and I need to get to work. Also I plan to make Oto once agains feared as one of the most dangerous out of the ninja villages. Ne, what I would like you to do is become a role model for the younger ones. Show them that you wish to become a great ninja and help them train ." She stated nodding her head and looked at teh condition of his headband, "And further more it looks like you could use a new headband." She reaches into her desk taking out a headband that is new and hands it to him, "off you go." She stated looking at him. She sighed knowing her brother probably would of called the guards on him but she liked to hear him out. Maybe that was her mistake but she wanted to show people that she was indeed strong enough to be the Sandime Otokage.

As she looked at the paper work on her desk she realized that the village needed someone, maybe a womans touch would help with it. SHe smirked and looked at one of the scrolls. It was one that Xarnt left unsigned and she even saw a scroll addressed to her brother. She looked at it, "Lord Zieg. Hmph he isn't the Otokage anymore. Time for my job to begin. Who even knows where my brother is at." She stated putting the scroll aside in case he did come back someday. She started looking through some of the papers and she sighed. This village needed stability and order. She thought to herself thinking that maybe just maybe some day the two of them would return but she highly doubted it, "Lets get to work Kirara." She stated
