A new mission

Intro:
Anoki was strolling through the village. He heard a ruffle of bushes nearby him.

Anoki: "Who goes there?"

Mysterious Ninja: "You and your two friends have been challenged to a battle royale in the center of the forest of death, be there or be a disgrace."

The mysterious ninja had a sound headband on his head. He gave Anoki three scrolls.

Ninja: "Give one to each of your friends."

Anoki: "Okay."

The ninja then dissappeared into the forest.

Anoki read one of the scrolls.

It was a map of the forest of death. It had a location circled.

It also said that they would need to be there in three days.

Anoki: "Holy crap! I need to find Malekith!"

Gathering:
Anoki was searching around to see if one of his friends was in town. He looked franticly. He couldn't find either Malekith, or Jikota.

Anoki: "This is not good!"

He stopped and sat on a nearby bench to catch his breath.

Anoki: "If I can't find Malekith I'll end up fighting alone."

OOC: This sounds like fun.

IC: Malekith had taken his leave of suna, after familiarizing himself with the village, to come back home. If Oto launched an attack on Konoha, it would take more than one Sannin to hold off Zieg and his own Sannin. He had sent out additional scouts to make sure nobody got within a day of the village without the elders knowing, then went for a stroll.

He found his old friend Anoki sitting on a bench, and used Shunshin to appear beside him. The kid was looking a bit down. "Hey, what's wrong Anoki-san? You seem worried about something."

Anoki: "There you are Malekith! I was told by a sound jouninthat we were being challenged to a batal royal in the forest of death. Heres the scroll he told me to give you."

Anoki gasped for air after his quick speech and handed Malekith the scroll. He was quick and frantic about it.

Anoki: "He said that if we don't come we were disgraces among the village, where is Jikota?"

Malekith just laughed as he used his Byakugan to read the scroll without even opening it. "We don't need Jikota for just some jounin. And besides, he's a Suna shinobi." The scroll was a very detailed map, and on it was marked a route for them to follow to get to the spot.

"Alright, Anoki-san, let's go kill us some Oto shinobi! I think the highest level one there will be the jounin that came, because they wouldn't send a weaker one at the risk of him being discovered." He set off on the route at what was a slow jog for him, though Anoki might have a biut of trouble keeping up. After all, he was still a genin, and Malekith was a Sannin. The only reason he had agreed to this was that he couldn't have any Oto shinobi near konoha.

OOC: Make a thread entitled "Battle Royal" in the forest of death, Shinobe.
