Alright, This is the Signup for the Exams, here are the rules, now listen up!
To Qualify:
You must be part of a country, you cannot be a missing nin, nor can you join up with in a week of the exams, and still qualify. You need to be part of a village over a week, and have done some missions, try to prove that your doing more, than just trying to rank up your character.
Second, E-B rank only, A-SS are too powerful, and as such, will not have an Exam at this time. The reason is the balance in power, with out it, the Exams wouldn't be fun or fair for those below A-rank. I hope you understand.
And third, To be able to join this examination, you must have either 300 fame, or 100 TP, if you don't manage to have that, you can always submit a formal letter of acceptance to any admin to participate, but please, and I do mean please, make sure to state good reasons, not reasons like "It will improve my character" Try for some intelligence, such as "I would like to Participate with my character, my reasons include, but are not limited to..." And list atleast a few reasons, that don't sound like you haven't been RPing long.
