Name: Genkotsu no Yuki (Fist of The Snow)
Requirements: Non-Bloodline Character, pre-existing snow, 6 Point training, 12 Point training for final stage.

Description:
Genkotsu no Yuki is the ability to fight using snow as a weapon. The main point of the style is to manipulate snow to use it for ninjutsu attacks, blocking enemies, etc. The style is a beautiful one to say the least and at the master stage, one can manipulate snow with only moving their hands. The down side to this is that it requires a large amount of focus to perfect, but is well worth the work.
Bonuses:
User unlocks the ability to use Manipulator Rank Genkotsu no Yuki techniques.
User unlocks the ability to use Master Rank Genkotsu no Yuki Techniques.

Name: Yuki Souken (Snow Creation)
Type: Ninjutsu

Description:
The user will gather chakra into the air all around them and from there, clouds will form and the temperature in the immediate area will drop. It will drop just enough for snow to be formed and fall from the skies. After the technique has been used, it will continue to snow until an abnormal amount of heat is created, heating up the area.
Name: Yuki Tsume (Snow Claws)
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Manipulator Rank
Description:
The user will gather chakra into their hands and pre-existing snow will form around their hands, making claws with the cutting ability of a Katana. The claws can be severed, but with chakra, they are easily repaired, adding more snow onto the snow that was already there. The claw can extend out half a foot from the fingers and cover the whole arm in snow.
Name: Yuki Kiba (Snow Fang)
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Master Rank
Description:
The user will gather chakra into the palm of their hands and pre-existing snow will form into their hand. From there, they can launch the ball and once it is launched, it takes on the shape of a cone and hardens, dealing penetration damage as well as leaving wounds open. They can pierce through iron and steel if hit enough times. They can be fired off in rapid succession but the chakra cost is quite large if done in that way.
Name: Unabara no Yuki (Sea of Snow)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Master Rank, Massive amount of water present.
Description:
For this move to work, the user must be standing on a large amount of water, a lake, a flooded area, most things will suffice. After gathering chakra to their feet into whatever body of water they stand on, a massive wave of water will come up and instantly turn into snow, sending an avalanche at the enemy, setting up for more snow attacks, and potentially trapping and freezing the enemy to death.

Rank: S-Kin
Requirements: Master Rank, Unabara no Yuki
Description:
After the user uses Sea of Snow, the user will begin forcing chakra into the snow below, compacting it and crushing nearly anything underneath it. It has enough force to crush steel with significant ease. Anyone trapped inside will take large amounts of damage to the body and will be potentially killed if they do not escape in time. _________________ I've found a name for the ship...
