What Are Missions?
Probably the primary occupation of a shinobi is doing missions for their village, or the highest bidder. Requests come into the shinobi villages all the time, and are then sorted by difficulty. D-rank missions are usually chores or some paltry tasks that involve zero risk and usually stay within the boundaries of the village or close to it. C-rank missions are relatively simple tasks which are usually given out to Genin who have had a bit of time to acquire experience and skills. B-rank missions are the most common ones, which are usually given out to Chuunin or Jounin level shinobi. A-rank missions are difficult and risky, and should only be completed by Jounin, but they also pay well. S-rank missions are the highest-ranking missions, they are extremely difficult and important and would usually require a group of experienced Jounin to be completed.
Accepting Missions
The lists on NRC may be attempted by a shinobi of any rank and many of them are available to missing-nin as well. Â D and C rank missions are considered "generic". They can be done in anywhere, any number of times. They can also be done by missing-nin, but in this case, you'll need to pay attention to the description to judge if it makes sense. B+ missions can only be completed once. When you take a mission, you must post in the respective topic noting when you have started the mission and when you have finished it so a moderator can lock it. If doing a D or C rank missions, you only need to say when you had completed it. When you make a "mission complete" post, provide a link (or multiple links) to the topic(s) where you did the mission.
Genin may do D and C rank missions at any time. They may also do B rank missions with a squad (3 genin) or a chuunin.
Chuunin may do D to A rank missions.
Jounin may partake in S rank missions.
Mission Details:
Only moderators and Kages can post missions. If you have a mission idea, send it to a moderator so they can post it. Here's the code to be used when posting new missions:
Requester: is the person who requested this mission. This can be a completely random NPC or anything that fits. It can also be an RPC.
Description: is pretty self-explanatory. This should contain the basic set up for the mission, the objective, some details and probably some extra notes.
Shinobi Needed: The amount of ninja required to take this mission. Some requirements to their village rank (Genin, Chuunin, Jounin) or missing-nin class may also be stated here.
Requirements: should contain whatever requirements are necessary to complete the mission, like a general number of posts, or a certain amount of posts in certain areas etc., any OOC condition besides the character's title.
Training Points: is how many training points you earn from the mission.
D rank missions give 35 TP
C rank missions give 50 TP.
B rank missions give 150 TP.
A rank missions give 500 TP.
S rank missions give 1500 TP.
The number of TP is given to each participant.
Fame: is how much renown the mission will give you. Higher-ranked missions that have a higher impact on society will get you more fame.
D rank missions have a fame score of 5.
C rank missions have a fame score of 20.
B rank missions have a fame score of 50.
A rank missions have a fame score of 150.
S rank missions have a fame score of 500.
Fame is given equally to all participants
Finally, to complete a mission, all missions must be completed over a minimum number of posts or by achieving a certain number of points (as you would if you were learning kinjutsu or rank-training). Each person participating is required to make the minimal amount of posts.
D rank: 4 posts or 2 points
C rank: 8 posts or 4 points
B rank: 12 posts or 6 points
A rank: 20 posts or 8 points
S rank: 25 posts or 10 points
Further more you can elect to split the mission post count among all of the participants of the mission making it so your post counts as post 1 and your friends counts as post count 2, however the fame will be split, (But not the TP) among all whom take hold in the mission.
You may not kinjutsu train during a mission/train and kind of rank/any kind of bloodline/anything that requires grading however you may learn jutsu during the mission. _________________

(17)Staff Wars - [list]If at any time an Admin feels that staffers are disagreeing on topics based on personal reasons, or they are intentionally reverting each other's actions, editing their posts illegally, or committing any type of conspiracy the staff found guilty will be demoted and banned for a duration that will be determined based on the offense.[/list:u]
(1Multiple Accounts - [list]Due to the nature of NRC and it's delicately balanced RPG system, having more than one account at any time is not permitted. If there are multiple people in a household using NRC, each person is permitted one account. In the case of multiple accounts per household (operated by different people) you must PM any, or all, of the Admins alerting them of the multiple peoples in the household, to avoid making invalid bans. Below are the consequences for creating multiple accounts:[/list:u]
[list]1st Offense: All account are banned permanently, excluding the original account. (ex. If you have 3 accounts ,one was created on January 23rd of the current year, the other July 23rd of the same year, and December 23rd of the same year, then the ones created on July 23rd and December 23rd will be banned, and the oldest account being the January 23rd account, will remain unbanned.)
2nd Offense (aka: You do it again, even after all but the original account are banned): All accounts are banned permanently, the original account is only banned for 1 week per account created after the first account (ex. You had three accounts, you are banned for 2 weeks. You had 5 accounts, you are banned for 4 weeks. Etc.).
3rd Offense(aka: You do it again, even after you've been banned for a period of time): All accounts are banned permanently.[/list:u]
[list]The only legal way to maintain multiple accounts is with explicit permission given by the site's current owner.[/list:u]
* By Piracy we mean
Illegal copying of a product such as software or music.
The unauthorized duplication and/or use and distribution of a software program, including Music, Programs,Movies etc.
This also includes copying post from one forum to another with out the consent of the original author.
** By Legal we mean:
The selling of any material including drugs, guns , knives and any other product under the current law which is illegal.
Also the showing and allowing the showing of any material which is against the law and also against the MyFreeForum Terms And Conditions, this would include pornography in any shape or form.
Further Rules:
(1) Gold Members cannot start topics in the staff room, they may however post in subjects if they have a valid point.
(2) RPG mods cannot counter a claim an Admin has claimed. They may however, counter with a Owner to have the owner bypass their claim.
(3) Staff may not edit their own Applications, even at Admin level. You can however, edit someone else's application if you let an Admin know.
