Requirements: 6 point training, A rank,
Description: Shadows, the essence of what is nothing, the absence of light. A powerful element, it harness the darkness around the user to attack their enemies. Originally used by many powerful Shinobi the element however it was lost to the Nara clan. After many hundreds of years the jutsu were becoming more learned by other ninja, primarily those from the Land of Shadows. The stronger the light the longer the shadows; shadow element is strong versus light element, while at the same time being weak versus light element. This means that while a light user will be hurt more by shadow users shadow users will be hurt more by light users. Anyone with shadow element may learn these Jutsu.

Requirements: Shadow Element
Description: The user will simply hold his hand forth and an orb of shadows will form in their palm, gathered from the shadows that are around them. After reaching about 1 foot in circumference the user will throw the orb at an opponent, upon colliding with an object or reaching a distance of 30 feet the shadows will burst and send out a wave of wounding darkness.

This isn't an elemental release. Plus you can't stop all SA's that allow techniques to be learned, almost all SA's do that, Canon and custom ( see ninja geijutsu, fuuma chakra, etc) _________________

I recommend if you would like to continue to work on this project, that you change the name so that their is no confusion, if that is the case.
Also I would like to see this typo fixed...
