A tree branch groaned as weight was slammed against it. Shu held himself to the last tree branch before the village of Konoha itself. Several leaves fell down around him, and he stared at the village. It was bigger than Suna, and held the glamor of activity. Everyone seemed friendly and there were rarely fights in the streets. Shu held a small scroll in his hand, the only key into the city that he had. He jumped down and walked up to the gate, now being manned by village guards.

"So I said to him, no one cares dude. We got a village to protect and you bring up dealing with salty fingers. He just looked at me all pissed, like what I said was wrong." The first guard was facing the other talking about some fool they both seemed to know. "Really? That guy is a lot cause. I never knew how he managed to pass the Academy." The second guard had his arms crossed and moved them around as he talked. Miming whatever he spoke. Shu slowly walked up waiting for one of them to notice him. "Hey! I'm here to see the new Hokage. Diplomat from the Houkou Clan Suna Division. Heres my papers." The first guard snatched the scroll from Shu's hands, obvious mad at being interrupted. "Ok, whatever you check out. Hokage's building is in the center of town. Hurry there and don't dawdle. Shu sneered at the guard and ran past him. Opting out of using the village's streets, Shu jumped up onto the rooftops and made quick progress to the Hokage building.

A cloud of dirt lifted up as Shu landed in front of the doors to the building. He lightly pushed one open and walked in. A secretary, obviously busy with work, recognized the word Hokage on his lips and waved him on. Shu walked on through the building, moving up flights of stairs. When he arrived on the top floor he walked until he reached a door labeled Hokage. Not wanting to immediately receive punishment, Shu knocked on the door. Then he loudly said, "Sensui? It is Shu Houkou from Sunagakure."

Tamotsu who had been doing paperwork all day was tired and had remembered he left some of his students back at the house doing some training. He had begun to wonder if leaving them alone was the right thing to do at the moment. He shrugged it off and ate some chocolate that Allie had brought him some time before. He enjoyed savoring the chocolate as Mitsuki entered the room and looked at him munching down happily.

"Tamotsu!" Mitsuki yelled as Tamotsu dropped the bar.

"What? I wasn't eating it!" Tamotsu defended himself.

"Don't let me see you eating chocolate again. Anyways, some kid from Suna is on his way here. Something about him being rude and-" Mitsuki stopped when Tamotsu stood up.

"He's here." He said as he heard a knock thereafter and Shu's voice. Out of anger, he blasted forward kicking the door out of it's sockets and into Shu with great force. "Hi Shu! Still being a dick? Do I need to break both arms this time?"

Shu was flung backwards and slammed into the wall behind him. The door followed, making a nice imprint of the knob on his face. He kicked the door off of him and off to the side. "Ouch, sensui. I must look like a bad or something. Everybody likes to hit me." Shu made a pouty face as he tried to get up. A part of the door had cracked off, and fell off of Shu as he stood up. He dusted himself off a little before looking at his sensui. "You asked me to seek you out when I became a Chuunin sensui. And guess what? I did something even better. I'm also leader of my clan now too." Shu held a look of excitedness on his face as he waited for his sensui to respond. You know hes going to hit you right? Shu scratched his cheek trying not to make any fast movements. I know. Lets hope he doesn't break anything. Hehe....

"I see." Tamotsu walked back into the office and sat down behind his desk as he looked at Shu. He wasn't wearing the Kage's robes which meant he was going to speak freely and without concern for what Mitsuki would say. "You're still a Suna ninja however. Which means I want nothing to do with you or your clan. So, for as much as I promised, you must leave now. My ANBU will escort you out of Konoha." Tamotsu said as he took a scroll and began writing in it. He didn't even bother to look at Shu as he worked.

A invisible sigh was let out inside Shu's mind as he didn't get mauled to death. So far so good. Time for me to state why I'm here I guess. Shu didn't move and held a serious look upon his face. He cleared his throat and began to talk slowly with many gaps in his speech, as if he was nervous. "Uhh, actually Tamotsu-sensui I came because of that matter. Sunagakure is filled with violence and is dangerous to walk the streets there. As the new clan leader I motioned for a special migration to happen." Shu paused at this point and took a breath. "Sensui I would like to ask your permission for me and my clan to become citizens of Konoha. Konohagakure is a much safer village to run a clan from, and wish to see my clan prosper. Please tell me your decision on this matter, so I can relay it to my clan. We are all waiting on your orders." Shu held his breath at this point, waiting for good news.

Tamotsu and picked up his head and looked at Shu with a stunned look on his face as if he couldn't comprehend what was going on. Mitsuki at Tamotsu with the same look of confusion and stun. Mitsuki then changed back and forth between master and student and he was scared for it was like being in the center of a storm ready to pass. Tamotsu stood up and jumped the distance between him and Shu with great speed that he knew Shu would have reacted shocked when he realized that he was there. His arms were around Shu's neck, not to hold him, but crush him. He then leaned in and whispered in his ear as Mitsuki had finally caught wind of his movement. "I should kill you here and now for asking me this question of yours, Shu. Tell me why I should allow this? And maybe I won't crush your neck. Because you're an outsider here."

Shu gripped the hands of Tamotsu and crushed his hands down hoping to pull the hands off. Enough slack was made for him to breath and talk. "Sensui...the reason...for...this...is simple." Shu at this point drew on his strength more and pulled harder. "Sunagakure is dangerous. The Kazekage is dangerous, and has already been targeted. The merchants are selling less and there are less ninja there all the time. Suna will fall into disarray. The land will be attacked. I do not know by who, and I don't want to know if you do. I just wish for my clan to not be a part of it during that time. Please sensui, let me help me clan." Shu held Tamotsu's hands off his neck at this point with all his strength. He didn't know when the Kage would grip tighter, but he felt that he might have to test his new power.

"Tamotsu! He's struggling! Get off now!" Mitsuki said as Tamotsu noticed the slight increase of strength but it wasn't enough to do much to him. He had been well trained and knew how to handle this weak display. However, Tamotsu thought as he released his grip and walked off. "Tamotsu! For Gods sakes! He's only a kid! And your student! Do you treat everyone the way Gozu treated you!?" Mitsuki spoke as a Rasengan was being charged in Tamotsu's hand.

"Leave at once, Mitsuki." Tamotsu said as Mitsuki fear that he may kill Shu. However, he did not have the power to oppose Tamotsu either. He simply walked out the room.

"Good..." Tamotsu said as dispelled the attack and then sped forward with great speed and broke Shu's leg with a clean kick inward. "... don't ever try to overpower me with such a weak Fusion. Learn to balance your clan's power better. You have my permission. And you have one week." Tamotsu said as he left the room with Shu in it.

Shu fell slowly to the side as his leg broke. His hand braced his fall and he held the position for a while. While Tamotsu was walking away, Lupo was growling and snapping inside of Shu's mind. The chuunin held an impassive look on his face, waiting for the Kage to leave. When the room was empty except for him, he activated the newly powered fusion. A stronger power than what he usually felt entered him, and he felt godly. Drunk with this new power, he let out a howl as he slammed the bone back into place. He unwrapped a bandage from his arm and wrapped the leg to keep it steady. "Dam him.....he feels the need to hurt me every time he gets the chance. But....he doesn't know this power. He thinks I was using fusion before, but now...now is incomparable to that point. However at least I was granted citizenship." Shu slowly stood up on leg, making sure to have no weight on the other. He hopped to the window, and jumped out. His travel through the city was slightly hindered by the lack of one leg, but he ran as a wolf across the rooftops making it to a hospital he had sighted. A passing doctor barely nodded at him, as he set the bone and surged it with healing chakra. The thin crack healed completely, and Shu nodded as he ran back out. With no need for the sense of power the fusion dissipated. Shu put his hands in his shorts and started to walk the streets as a Konoha ninja.
