Name: Ayatsuito no Jutsu [ String Reeling Technique ]

Description: A Close range technique in which a Sharingan user would use Strings to tie down a target to tree or a pole. The String's are the restrition type and without Nawanuke no Jutsu, escaping it quickly does no good.

IC: Katsuga returned to Kirigakure no Sato after becoming a new Jounin of the Village, but knows that he's going to have to become a lot stronger in order to become the next Sannin or Mizukage of the Village. After taking a few scrolls from the library, he takes the first one from them, opens it up and begins reading it carefully, making sure not to miss any information that may be valuable to him. He reads the information to himself, whispering the words, closes the scroll up, placing it, along with the others on the ground VERY carefully, making sure that nothing happens to them and making sure that they don't "go anywhere", then uses the Ram handsign, produces one Water Clone, the nods his head to him.

I'm going to learn this new Jutsu, and I need your help, ok? Now, just stand at that tree over there.

The Clone nods his head then walks over to a nearby tree as instructed and just stands there, knowing what's going on. Katsuga reaches into one of his pouches, pulling out a single strand of Chakra Wire, reaches into the other pouch, pulling out a single small Windmill Shuriken. From there, he ties the Wire onto the Windmill Shuriken, activates his Sharingan Eyes to their Level Two form, uses Shunshin no Jutsu, using some of the sand that's around, moving himself behind and closer to the Clone, then hurls the Windmill Shuriken towards the Clone, and, using his skills and Sharingan Eyes, he manuvers the Shuriken and Wire around the Clone, snatches on it, thus making the Wire tighter, but not enough to cut him, but makes sure that he can't get out of it as easilly. Smiling at this, seeing as how easy it was, Katsuga undoes the wrapping, then brings the Wire and Shuriken back, unties the Wire, putting it and the Shuriken back where they go, then walks back over where the scrolls are at to learn some more Jutsus.

OOC: Jutsu Learned!

Now learning:

Kokuangyo no Jutsu [Verse of Black Darkness Skill]
Rank: S (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: None
Description: A genjutsu technique that effectively blinds the user's the enemy. Total darkness engulfs them, and they can see nothing but their own body. The caster can then freely attack their enemy in this state with no tremendous worry of a counter-attack, unless the enemy is extremely talented. If the user is caught while still casting this technique, the jutsu is immediately dispelled.

Points to learn: 10 (Going to need this rated by someone)

IC: Katsuga and his Water Clone get to the scrolls, and Katsuga picks one up just from his gut feeling that it's a very powerful one. As he opened it up slowly and carefully, he can clearly sense the power behind the Jutsu, and reads that it's a Genjutsu, his other strongpoint, next to his Ninjutsu Skills. Smiling at this, he continues to read it very carefully, again making sure not to miss out on any important information, and seeing that it's a Kinjutsu, or a Forbidden Technique, he knows that it's going to be VERY difficult to learn, on top of being a highly-Ranked Jutsu, so as he rolls the scroll back up, he looks at the Clone, nods his head then walks out more into the opening to begin the hardest training that he knows that he's had to do as of yet in his life.

This is going to be very interesting, heh..... Time to see what I'm really made up of!

After he memorized the handsigns of the Genjutsu, he starts to perform them with as much accuracy as he possibly can, but seeing that the handsigns are far more complicated, even to that of the Suiryuudan, and he messes up on the first time around, which in turn, causes the Jutsu to straight-out fail completely. Getting somewhat angry at himself, the Clone just snickers at him, but stops as Katsuga walks back over to the scroll, picks it up, and reads it carefully again.

Damn it! This is going to be a lot harder than I thought!

Rolling the scroll back up, Katsuga walks back over to the Clone to try and perform the Genjutsu again straight from memory.

Yeah, I know, but that was just a start, heh-heh. I'm going to stop here for now, and I'll get back to it either tomorrow, Fri, or Sat.

IC: Katsuga starts performing the handsigns again, channeling a lot more Chakra into it this time, though he's taking the handsigns slow, trying his best not to miss one, nor make the wrong one. As he gets about halfway through the handsign movements, he gets a "brain fart" and forgets the next handsign, thus completely losing the Jutsu and wasted quite a bit of his Chakra again. From that, he falls down onto his back, out of breath and almost out of Chakra just from that. He knew that learning the Jutsu was going to be tough, considering it's a Kinjutsu, but he didn't expect ANYTHING like this! The Clone starts laughing at him, so Katsuga dismisses him, knowing that just creating him was a waste as well, but he needed someone, or something, to use his Jutsu training on, and a Water Clone was the best thing he could think up of, and he curses at himself now because he now has to make another one, but he'll do that once he gets some sleep. He's training right after coming from the Jounin Exams, which wasn't a smart idea because he used up quite a bit of Chakra while fighting against that other Jounin, and so now he's about out of Chakra and breath, along with having to travel all the way back to Mizu no Kuni and Kirigakure from Hi no Kuni and Konohagakure, which also took a large toll on him.

Damn it! This is going to take a LOT longer than I thought it was! Well, I guess it was my stupidness for going to train right after the Exams and all that travelling that I did from my home Village. I'll get some rest now, and continue training tomorrow....

From that, he uses some of what's left of his Chakra, and, using the Ram handsign again, he creates two more Water Clones, then he sends one off to watch the scrolls, and the other one to watch over him as he sleeps right there on the coastline. As he sleeps he starts having a dream that he hasn't had in quite a while. It was about his parents.

Mother.... Father.... I'll avenge your deaths even if it kills me too.....

OOC: Thanks, but you don't have to be, this is serious training that I'm doing here. ^_^ DONE!

IC: Next morning....

Katsuga wakes up after a pretty good sleep, sits up from the ground, shaking the sand, leaves, and sticks off of him, gets up from the ground, stretches his body into the air, causing the elbow, knee, back, neck, wrist, and foot joints to crack fairly loudly, then finally yawns. He was about to start training again, when his stomach growled now. He chuckles nervously as his two Water Clones snicker at him, so they go over to the coastal water (assuming it's either a bay, ocean, etc.), then they all channel Chakra into their feet, thus using the Water Walking Technique, then looks down into the water, watching the fish swim by, making sure not to make too much of a ruckus so's not to scare the fish away. Katsuga and the Clones each take out a single Kunai, then wait for the perfect oppertunity. After about a good hour, Katsuga, and the Clones each hurl the Kunai into the water, each one striking a fish a good foot long. They each grab the fish up before they can sink too far, then head back to shore where Katsuga starts cleaning the fish while the Clones stay close enough to him so they don't dispurse, gathering up enough rocks, limbs, leaves, and some paper to start the fire with. By the time the Clones get back, Katsuga's already cleaned all three of the fish, then sticks a stick into each one, then lays them over the fire, and waits patiently for them to finish.

After the fish have finished cooking, Katsuga takes one of the off, blow onto it to cool it off, then eats it fairly quickly, then goes to the next two, eating them one at a time, then relaxes some to let the food settle in. After a little while, when the food's settled enough, Katsuga gets up from the ground, dusting himself off and all, then motions the two Clones to get in position, as he opens the scroll back up yet again, and starts studying it even more now. Now that he has food in his system and has had plenty of rest, he now fully memorized the handsigns that go with the new Jutsu. Closing the scroll back up, he walks over to the Clones then starts performing the Jutsu's handsigns with much more accuracy than before, this time making sure not to miss a single one. At the end of the Jutsu, Katsuga performs the Tiger handsign, then channels some Chakra into it, making sure not to over-do it though and pass out from too much straining.

But, as he did do the Jutsu handsigns right, he feels that he didn't channel enough Chakra into it, and the Jutsu never even happens yet again. Katsuga swears at himself for this, for he knows now why this Jutsu is going to take quite a while to perform, not only just for being an S-Ranked Jutsu, but also being a Kinjutsu as well, but he's more than determined to learn it. He starts performing the handsigns again, still getting all of them right this time, then ends it with the Tiger handsign again, then channels more Chakra than before into it, but still making sure that he doesn't over-do it.

Looking around some, he can see some of the pitch-black darkness coming around, but it almost immediately dispursts just as it starts to form around the Clones. Katsuga swears outloud now, kicking the dirt, then calms back down, knowing that getting upset isn't going to help with the training, if anything, it'll make things a lot worse. He sits down on the ground, resting a little bit, but also thinking about the Jutsu, for he knows that it's an extremely powerful Genjutsu, and that it's up to the user's Will to actually make it work completely, which he hits himself in the head for forgetting that while he was performing the Jutsu. After about another hour, Katsuga stands up, and starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu again, ending it with the usual Tiger handsign, then channels more Chakra into it than before, then, while looking at the Clones, he imagines then in the pitch-black void of Darkness. As he thought about it more, he starts channelling more Chakra into it, then watches as the pitch-black void of Darkness starts to consume the Clones, as well as him, but he's not affected by it, but then it dispursts again as Katsuga falls onto the ground exaughsted.

Damn it! Almost had it!!!

After some time relaxing again, seeing that it's well passed mid-day, going to early evening, Katsuga stands back up, dusting himself off again, then motions the Clones to follow him back to the water to get some more food. Using the Ram handsign, they each channel Chakra into their feet, walk onto the water, take out one Kunai, then waits patiently, until a good-sized shark, about three feet long, a Sand Shark, comes swimming below them. Smiling at this, Katsuga sheathes the Kunai, then reaches up with his left hand, and down low with his right hand, grasping each end of his long, narrow sheath, that looks like it holds a Nadachi, but he pulls out a single Kodachi from the top of the long sheath, then pulls out another single Kodachi from the bottom of the sheath, making sure not to make too much movement to scare the shark away, knowing that a fish that size will feed him for a little while. Slowly bending down to the shark, Katsuga waits for it to come closer to the surface, then he strikes down onto the shark, one right behind its dorsal fin, into its spine, and the other straight down onto its head. Knowing that he can't handle the shark on his own, the two Clones, each armed with a Kunai in each hand, rushes over to Katsuga, each one stabbing the shark in a weak point, then watches as it dies. They each grab the shark carefully, making sure not to hurt themselves on the sharp skin, drag it onto the shore, clean it competely, leaving much of the good meat behind. Sheathing their weapons, Katsuga performs a few quick handsigns, then brings his left hand up to his mouth, smelling the shark stench, then blows out a fairly large fireball onto the shark's meat. (Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique)

After the shark's meat it finished cooking, Katsuga starts eating the meat, making sure it's cooled down enough before he starts eating, finishing up what he wants to, leaving the rest over the died-down fire, just letting the smoke get to it. He then sits down to rest some, letting the food settle in and getting some of his strength back, knowing that when he performs the Jutsu again, it's going to be his last time for the night. After he got some ample rest, Katsuga stands up and he and the Clones go back over to the training area, then he immediately starts performing the Jutsus handsigns, still memorizing them and hitting them perfectly, ending with the usual Tiger handsign, then channels almost what's left of his Chakra, making sure not to over-do it to the point that it'll kill him, and visualizes the Clones trapped in that void of pitch-black Darkness with all his might. Doing so causes the area to almost envelope in the Darkness, but it dispusts yet again and Katsuga falls onto the ground exaughsted again, knowing that he didn't have enough Chakra to actually perform the Jutsu, but knows that it shouldn't be too much longer before he finally masters it. He slowly drifts off to sleep now, having the same dream as he did from the last night.

OOC: Alright, fair enough.... Cheap-ass! I'm kidding. ^_^ Done!

IC: Next morning....

Katsuga wakes up, gets up from the ground, dusts himself off, and pops his joints again, wipes the "sleep" from his eyes, then finally yawns some, feeling the back of neck, knowing that sleeping on the ground for too long isn't exactly a good thing to do just because of the neck crinks. He walks over to the shark's meat that's been sitting out all night in the smoking from the fire, but sees that it's still in excellent condition, so he sits down in front of the firepit, and starts eating his "breakfast". After he gets through eating, he rests a little bit to let the food settle, while thinking to himself about the Jutsu, and his future as either the next Mizukage of Kirigakure no Sato, or as a Sannin from the Village. He's hoping to get the Kage position, but he'll settle for Sannin, which is just as powerful, so he gets up from the ground, dusting himself off again, then goes back to the training site, along with his two Water Clones. Katsuga, before he actually starts performing the Jutsu's handsigns, starts to think hard about the training that's ahead of him for this Jutsu, for he now knows that he's going to have to really get it right or else he's really going to go insane.

Now, I'm going to get this right, even if it kills me!

He then starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu, channelling Chakra into each and every handsign that he does, then ends it with the Tiger handsign, channelling much more Chakra than he has before into it, trying to make it work this time.

*this time almost shouting it out* Genjutsu: Kokuangyo no Jutsu - Verse of Black Darkness Skill!!

After this, the area all around them, including Katsuga forms around into a pitch-black void of Darkness, but since he knows that it's a Genjutsu, he's not affected by it, but the Clones are. It finally forms all around them, and seems to be staying, but just as he lets down the Chakra, the void collapses to nothing, revealing the normal outside world. Now, Katsuga yells to the top of his lungs, swearing outloud now because he feels that he had it, but sees that he's still got a long way to go before he masters a Jutsu as powerful as this one. Falling down to his knees, he starts punching the ground as hard as he can, one fist at a time, causing his knuckles to bleed some from the grinding of the sand, then he gets up, walks over to the water, then places his hands into it, grinting his teeth hard from the burning and pain that the salt water is causing his wounds.

Damn it all to hell! I had it! I had it!

After soaking his hands for about an hour, Katsuga goes back over to where the rest of the shark's meat's at, then starts eating to let off some of his anger and help his mind get off the pain that's in his hands. After a good hour or so, he lets his meal settle down and rest his body some more, trying to figure out how exactly the Jutsu works, for he knows that he can master it, but he also knows that it's going to take quite a while before he does master it, even at the rate he's going at right now. Looking out into the open, he sees the sun slowly starting to creep overhead, telling him that it's roughly noon-time, possibly more or less, stands up from the firepit, then goes back to the training area to try again, but knows that he can't do too much now, now that his hands are hurt, but he's still going to try it. Performing the handsigns a little slower now, trying not to hurt himself too much, he continuously channels his Chakra into each handsign, finally getting to the Tiger, channelling most of his Chakra into it now, concentrating a lot more, visualizing the void of Darkness surrounding him and the Clones with all his might.

*this time shouting it out* Genjutsu: Kokuangyo no Jutsu - Verse of Black Darkness Skill!!

The entire area around them becomes nothing but Darkness, Katsuga continues to concentrate on it more, but he finally just gives out, and collapses onto the groun from exaughtion, and the area returns back to normal, for he only had it up for just a couple of seconds, if even that much. Swearing again, he falls back to sleep, needing much rest and recooperation, vowwing to himself that he will master this Jutsu before the end of the week.

OOC: Alright, let's get this over with! ^_^ DONE (and hopefully learned)!

IC: Next morning.....

Katsuga wakes up, and does his normal rutine of stretching, yawning, eating, and letting his foot settle, and all that good stuff, but this time, he feels a lot different since he's been training for the past three days now, feeling that he needs to get this Jutsu at least learned for right now before it literally drives him crazy, or possibly kills him, knowing that he can master the Jutsu another time. After getting his fill of food, and letting it settle into his system, he gets up from the ground, dusts himself off, then he, as well as the same Clones that's been with him for a while, go back over to the training area to begin training again, hoping to get it right this time, as he knows what to do, how to do it, etc., and he just stands there, closes his eyes to concentrate before he really starts to train again, then opens his eyes up and immediately starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu, again channelling his Chakra into each one as he performs it, but adding a little more to it this time, then, after ending the Jutsu with the usual Tiger handsign, Katsuga pours more Chakra into it, concentrating on the area all around him.

*this time shouting it out* Genjutsu: Kokuangyo no Jutsu - Verse of Black Darkness Skill!!!

The area all around Katsuga and his Clones transform into a void of pitch-black Darkness, and he smiles at this, but notices something very wrong with the "picture" of his Genjutsu. As he starts to move around, he noticed something very odd to him, and that was that, for some reason. The only thing he could notice was the pich-blackness around HIM, which tells him that something is very wrong, either that he, himself, did something wrong, or there must be some info. that he didn't see, which he's pretty certain can't be it considering that he's read the scroll for the Jutsu at least three times fully, and made sure that he didn't miss any info. The Clones laugh at him for this before speaking up to him, trying to hold their posture while doing so.

*first Clone* Incase you're wondering, the Jutsu has no affect on us. And the reason is, is because we know that it's a Genjutsu, and therefore, you're the one who's affected by it!

*second Clone* Apparently, though you've read the scroll for it, you've missed some info., so you might want to go back and read it, heh.

Cursing outloud again, Katsuga dispells the Jutsu, walks over to the scrolls, picks up the one for the Jutsu that he's training for, then very slowly reads it, until it gets to the very end of it, which comes to a major shock for him. Slowly reading that piece over and over, he now sees that if the person/people the user is trapping inside the Genjutsu knows that it's a Genjutsu, then the user him/herself is trapped inside it instead. He also reads that if the user is caught while the Jutsu is activated, then the Jutsu is dispelled automatically, which he kinda figured anyway, but he doesn't want that to happen to him. Closing the scroll up, Katsuga dismisses his two Water Clones, seeing that it's not going to work on them, then makes his way to the woods where he finds a lonely thief with a bag of money in his hands, which tells him that he must have killed the person/people who owned it, or just stole it from them, but either way, he'll make the perfect target for him to use his Jutsu on, seeing that he's pretty certain that he won't know that it's a Genjutsu.

*to himself* Perfect.... I know that thieves aren't really very good at anything, except stealing, so this one should be perfect to use my Jutsu on....

Picking up a small rock, Katsuga hurls it towards the thief, aiming directly for the left side of his head, right where his temple's at. Because he doesn't know it's coming, the rock nails the thief directly in the center of his left temple, though not deadly or anything, it knocks him to the ground, but he gets up quickly, holding the side of his head where he was struck at, yelling out in some pain, swears some, then yells out into the open.

*Thief* Damn it! Who threw that! Show yourself, you coward!!!

Snickering some at this, Katsuga steps out into the open, showing himself to the thief, though he really didn't want to, but he just wanted to show him who he's dealing with before he kills him, so he can take Katsuga's image as he decents into Hell. Smiling at this, he doesn't even draw any of his weapons out as the thief rushes towards him, after dropping the bag of money on the ground, and pulling out a curved dagger from inside his coak with his right hand. As he rushes Katsuga, he slashes downwards at him, hoping to cut him right down the center of his head, then also punches out with his left hand, aiming for the center of his nose. As the thief does this, Katsuga activates his Sharingan Eyes to Level Two, which allows him to see his opponent's movements much slower than usual, so he just leaps to his left side, thus dodging the attack with relative ease, landing on the ground on both of his feet about ten feet away from him, then starts performing the Genjutsu that he's been training for all this time. Knowing that the thief probably only knows about Jutsus, but also probably can't perform any, Katsuga starts channelling his Chakra into the Jutsu as he performs it with great accuracy, and some speed, making sure that he'll be able to get the Jutsu in before the thief really knows what's going on. Ending with the usual Tiger handsign, Katsuga pours much more Chakra into the Jutsu, then, concentrating on the Jutsu, the area around him and the thief transforms into a void of pitch-blackness. The thief, not knowing what to do, can't see anything in front of him, except for his own two hands, but that's it, and starts to get a little scared because he doesn't know how the area suddenly turned from sunny to straight Darkness, but doesn't move from his spot, but can clearly hear the sound of Katsuga's voice echoing from all around him.

Because you're a thief, and I'm sure that you killed the person/people to get that money, I'm not going to allow you to live....

From there, the sound of two swords being unsheathed, his Twin Kodachis, Katsuga rushes towards the thief with great speed and stealth, not making a single sound as he draws near him. Right at he gets up to him, seeing that he can see him clearly this time, which tells him that the Jutsu is working with him and not against him, Katsuga slashes with both of his Kodachis, one going downwards, the other going straight across, and both of them aiming straight for the center of both places. Since the thief doesn't know what's going on, he's struck both times with both the swords, falling into four equal pieces onto the ground, and Katsuga dispells the Jutsu, looking down at the sliced-up man, cleans his Kodachis on the dead man's clothes, sheathes them, picks the bag up, smiles, and heads back over to the scrolls to learn some more Jutsus.
