Description: Umbermount is of course an RP Forum, BUT it revolves like NRC a bit. Different chapters and events and such. You Basically make you character pop up at the dock and such, find your way to the arena, get your card by me in my office, then go downstairs to the front desk, get it approved and live tin the nation! Don't forget to RP your way around. Also while you RP why not fight, but you have to have the Scanner Card activated and such and go to a scanner on the Scanner Deck area and then check all that stuff. There is an explanation topic in the OOC part of the forum at the bottom.
