Background:

Chihiro was born in a non-shinobi family in the Hidden Leaf Village. Her parents died when she was 5 years old, causing her to have very little trust for the people in the Village. She was then adopted by a shinobi family (her last name, Yamashita, is the last name of her adopted father). She began to show an interest in being a shinobi, mostly in handling weapons like katanas and other types of swords. She talks very little and can be rude with most people, but is very sweet at heart and will do anything to save her friends. She has a high sense of honour.

Well, there's a couple things I see wrong:

1. Your "Race" is what ethnic background you are (Japanese, American, African American, etc.).
2. Your "Ethnicity" is what Country you're from. Being that you're from Konohagakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Leaves), then you're more than likely going to be from "Hi no Kuni (Fire Country).
3. You can't have "very" anything as a Genin. It's either "below average", "average", and/or "above average". Same thing applies to "easily".

That's pretty-much all I see wrong.
