First off, welcome to NRC, and contact me, or another Mod./Admin., if you need any help. Secondly, here's what I see wrong:

1. Need more detail on your "Appearence". Use a pic, if possible.
2. Your "Ethnicity" is what Country you're from. You'll more than likely be from "Mizu no Kuni (Water Country)".
3. For "Level/Rank", Genin's good, but also put down "E-Rank".
4. Since your "Bloodline" is a Custom, you can't use any of it right now. If you still want to use it though, you can put down "Dormant" until, and if, it gets approved.
5. You only get one "Element" for Genin.
6. Exploding Tags are for Chuunin and up.
7. I don't know what "big Blades" are, but Genin can only use up to Short Swords.
8. You can't use any "Bloodline Jutsus" until your Bloodline gets accepted.
9 Need more detail on your "Personality".
10. Need "Background".
