Well, I'm sick of making sites that aren't successful, so I'm now working on a site that will hopefully attract more people: A Naruto site with Stat system, with the Jutsu requirements based on stats rather than ranks (Making it possible for people to learn High-level jutsu, even though you're a low-level ninja.)

The site itself isn't anywhere near finished, as I need to finish the villages, the ninjutsu list (modified version of Lava's list, I got Lava's approval already.), the rules... heck, I need to make just about everything... The few things I have made are the character, pet, puppet, and custom jutsu templates, so I'm allowing people to go ahead, join and make their characters so that we have plenty of people when the list is ready. I'm also considering assigning Kages for the villages, so let me know if you want the job. Please note that my character is the Hokage, so the available ones are Mizukage, Kazekage, Raikage and Tsuchikage.

Also, until the site is complete, I'm not allowing any RP... I'm just letting people get their characters and stuff approved so they can get started right away when the site is ready.

Good news everyone, I've finished just about everything I need before I open the site expect for the ninjutsu list (it's a really long list). I'm still looking for Kages for villages, so If you want to be the first Mizukage, Kazekage, Raikage or Tsuchikage, please let me know.

Also, all of the summoning contacts are made, and I need people to carry around this contacts. I recommond all of the Kages each carry a summoning contact, one that suites their village, like the Mizukage having either the Fish contact or the Sea contact.

Another piece of info that you may find interesting... and may bring more people to the site... the number of jutsu I'm allowing a person to have is far greater than what Lava's allowing here. On my site, as a Chunnin, you can know as much jutsu, if not more, than that of a Jounin here.

Latest Update on the site development: Eric Hatake has been assigned as the Raikage. That means only Mizukage, Kazekage and Tsuchikage are left. While the title of Kage doesn't mean you're an Admin, it does let you start at Lvl 50 with many jutsu.

Eric Hatake is also assigned the possessor of the Tiger Summoning Contact.

All of the Non-Custom Clans have been added, and the option of making custom weapons and tools, however, you need permission to do so. I'll be making the Non-Custom Weapons/Tools soon.

I had to leave... With a war starting, I had to go to my Kazekage for orders... also, I would have loved to stay and fight, but Lava said that everyone had to leave during Oto's invasion on Konoha.

Anyway, what does that have to do with this site?

FINALLY!!! I'm done with the Ninjutsu list. The site is now open for RP.

Also, Haldur is the Mizukage and count_alucard is the Tsuchikage. All we need now is a Kazekage and we'll have kages in all the villages. Ask before it's too late!
