Crest from unknown source of minerals found underground(Role-play how you came upon it)
Description: The Beastorize crest is an ancient scar placed on those who are exposed to a rare mineral found deep below the earths crust for an extended amount of time. This scar gives its host the ability to transform themselves into a half-animal half-Human hybrid. This hybrid in no way replace a ninja’s own bloodline abilities or traits, however it enhances them with primal instinct.

The ninja’s natural appearance wont be affected until they activate the crest. Once activated the Ninja’s appearance will change to a hybrid version of themselves and the animal chosen. The size of which would be equal to that of the ninja. The ninja can change to and from this Beastorized form at will by using some chakra to activate the crest. Wile in the Beastorized state the ninja retains all their abilities and jutsu the had before transforming. In addition they will receive three additional Jutsu and one Super Beast Jutsu that can only be used wile transformed. These Jutsu don’t count to the total allowed amount, but will have to be learned and listed on the template.
There are two forms of this transformation. One is the normal Beastorize the other is a Hyper Beastorize. The normal Beastorize can be used at any time, but will cost chakra and the ninja can be knocked out of this form if hit enough. The ninja will also revert back to their normal form after a time(5 post for Genin. 8 for Chunin, 15 for Jounin+). They will be weak if they are forced to revert back after the time limit or if knocked out by an attack. In this mode all the ninja’s known Jutsu are open to them and the amount of chakra they need is reduced. The ninja’s strength and speed are also increased. The ninja also has use of the three beast Jutsu that have been picked. They can use these as normal jutsu wile transformed. The ninja can also use the Super Beast Jutsu in this mode, however its use reverts the ninja back to their normal state.
The second form is the Hyper Beastorize. As with the normal Beastorize the Ninja keeps all their jutsus as well as can now use the three Beast Jutsus. The appearance in this mode changes a bit from the normal one. The ninja’s elemental chakra will be pouring out of them and circling them like an aura. And their body will heal at a rapid state. The ninja will also have an unlimited chakra supply for the duration and can use the Super Beast Jutsu without reverting back. In fact once reaching this mode the ninja can’t revert back until the end of the duration(2 post for Chunin, 5 for Jounin+). Once they revert back to normal the ninja will be drained of their chakra and without a food pill or time to rest it will leave them open to be killed.
The animal and its look can be anything you can think of, From a Pink Tiger with Green stripes to any insect, bird, fish, mammal, or reptile you can think of. This will be Humanoid so any creature can be chosen. Keep in mind some advantages to the form you pick. Fish forms will be able to breath both on land as well as under water. Bird forms can fly. A feline form would be fast, a K9 would have a good sense of smell as well as a wicked bite, ect... Keep also in mind your RPC’s element. A Mole would be good for an Earth element but maybe not a water element. You will need to follow the template below and have it approved by the above before roll-playing getting it. Once approved it should be placed somewhere on your RPC’s template

Actually, this covers so many animals, it can't be an extension of an existing clan. Well Ari takes the cake. In fact I wanted to do this as type of Ability thing after watching the second Naruto Movie. It is based off of Bloody Roar. It has nothing to do with any one clan. Just a mutation that happens to select ninja. Simaller to the three females of the Gellel Movie of Naruto. Only more so. The ninja gets three Jutsu that can only be used wile Beastorized and one Jutsu that is a powerhouse that causes them to de-Beastorize. I say it as a special ability because it isn't a transformation jutsu. More along the lines of 2 level Cures mark where the genetic structer changes. Unlike the Inuzuka or Senches Vampires. Any animal can be chosen and only that animal. So if two with this ability meet it could be A Whale vs. a Cockroach. Both human in size but look like their animal.
I don't know how many here have played the Bloody Roar games, but I will say Air is on top of her game. You guys just want to deny this or should I tweek it? If you havent, play the BR game or look it up so you can have a better understanding of what this is. That is... if you don't already know what it is. Description: If physical contact with an animal is made, then this jutsu can be used. Once it is enacted, the animal goes into a relaxed state, and the ninja absorbs the DNA of that animal, thereby giving them access to the other Animal Transformation Jutsu

Descriptions: Once the DNA of an animal is absorbed, the shinobi can alter their features to match those of an animal. A ninja can never try to alter parts of their body to become two different animals; it has to be the same one. The transformation can be as simple as changing eyes to see better in the dark, or to covering the body in fur to protect against cold, or to growing a tail or claws. Jutsus can still be used.

Descriptions: After the Animal Imitation jutsu is mastered and the animal’s DNA is absorbed, the ninja can completely transform into that animal. In this state a shinobi cannot speak to another ninja, so is unable to cast jutsu, but can release the form at any time. The animal’s mind also is present so while the shinobi would also be battling an opponent they would have to battle a second consciousness.

Description: By creating a hybrid in between an animal and a human form, a shinobi can all of the powerful attributes of the animal and still be able to use jutsu. (Think of the hybrid form as similar to the “wolf-man” form of a classic werewolf, somewhere in between a wolf and a man) This stage requires heavy concentration, as it is easy for a shinobi to sink into a primal state of mind and become a raging animal.
