Keto is a relatively small framed boy because of his age. he still have time to grow but he will most likel not grow too much more. His hair is short and black, but not too short as it is able to reach the missle of his jawline. His village symbol is always shown proudly on his ofrhead protector, but at times it can become invisible when masked by his hanging hair. His clothing usually consist of navy blue all over sinceh e is so fond of water. His nexk has surroundeed by a scarf and his shirt is short sleeved with a turtle neck that is rarely ever seen. His shorts come to his kness and are met by bandages that are wrapped to his lower knee. His shinobi sandals are navy as well. On his hands he have bandages on different fingers and his arms are wrapped with about 50 ft of bandages, although he never take them off to show, it just look like an endless amount.

Hair: Dark brown and streaky blonde. His hair is long enough to reach his clavicle bone and when not just hanging, it is placed in a pony-tail going straight down to keep it from getting to out of control.

Requirements: Taijutsu Major or Taijutsu Specialist, each level must be trained separately as a jutsu of your character's current rank (S-rank with twice the post amount for SS-rank characters) and in order
Description: This taijutsu style is not an actual style as it does not have any specific movement pattern or exceptional techniques, rather it is an extreme mastery of common hand-to-hand combat that can only be accomplished by those highly skilled in taijutsu. It does have a specific stance: one arm held in front with the open palm facing the user while the other is held behind their back and the feet are close by each other forming an almost ninty-degree angle - but it doesn't serve any purpose and all the attacks of this style are direct. Practitioners of this style have higher speed and strength compared to others.

Level 1: 3 point Kinjutsu Training
Description: A very unusual style which requires the user to be severely drunk to be used. Because the drunk shinobi will not be able to coordinate their body completely, their movement will be chaotic and harder to predict. The wavy fashion in which the user moves can also throw the opponent off guard severely. Being drunk, the shinobi may also be less perceptive to pain. Because of the strange and unpredictable movement, the user is harder to hit and defend against in close combat. The downside of this technique is, the user may slip, sometimes literally, and open themselves for an attack. They are able to take more beating without losing combat efficiency. When the drunken stupor ends, the user will only be able to land and dodge attacks as if they were two ranks lower and they feel whatever injuries they may have gotten up until that moment as if the damage had been X2(This lasts for 5 posts).
A user of this style gets 10 drunk points per rank. 10 at E, 20 at C and so on. For each post a person is drunk they use 5 points.They use another 5 points per jutsu they use during the drunkenness.

Personality: Keto is always focused on the objective, and very rarely allow anything to make his mind stray. In most cases he is able to differentiate when he can play or chill with friends, but he really feel that if any of his friends are not playing on the next jutsu they are to learn, the conversation is pointless. He no ties with his past because he have no past. He don't have a parent to weep over for not being around so he simply just focus on he and himself.

Description: This technique creates a strong downpour of rain over a target area. This rain has the ability to sense the chakra and its amount of anyone and everyone it touches. While it may cover a very large area of dozens of square miles, this ability does not detect the location of the people it senses, only their power and approximate distance to them.
(2)Name: Kagura Shingan - Kagura Mind's Eye
Requirements: Must be trained as a 4-point Kinjutsu
Description: This ability allows a shinobi to sense chakra within a distance of up to three miles. The shinobi must concentrate while using this ability, higher distance requiring more concentration and effort. They can then detect anyone who has an aura of chakra and measure their approximate chakra amount. It is very likely that no ability can help someone escape detection by the Shingan.

(1)Name: Kage Buyou - Shadow Dance

The user would usually kick their opponent upward from a low position, launching them into the air, and follow them using this jutsu. They will appear right behind the target, repeating their position like a shadow. From there, a number of attack options is presented to the user.

Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

Description: The water clone technique is a simple ninjutsu that creates a replication of the user with a physical body. Because it isn't purely illusionary, it can attack and use ninja techniques, just like the shinobi themselves, but it still disperses into a puddle of water when it takes a hit. The clones created by this technique only possess one tenth of the user's physical ability and chakra level and they are unable to go far from the user or utilize ninja techniques of a rank higher than C, which limits them a lot, but a smart shinobi can make a lot of use out of them. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has and only having the same power as a common weapon of that type.
(5)Name: Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu - Water Shark Projectile Technique

Requirements: A large body of water or double amount of chakra used
Description: After the user makes the necessary hand seals, a large stream of water shaped like a shark will rise and can then be controlled to some extent, namely launching it at a target and partially controlling its path. This technique deals considerable damage and washes away the enemy, but requires a high amount of water to be present to be used. Alternatively, the user can create water on the spot, but that costs much more chakra.
(6)Name: Suiton: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique

Requirements: A body of water
Description: This water element ninjutsu technique utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The user forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. They must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. This technique can only be used when there's sufficient water around.
(7)Name: Underwater Breathing

Description: This is a simple taijutsu technique that allows for elongated stamina when underneath water. This increases the time that one can stay underwater. As one increases in rank, the time will increase as well. After Chuunin, strenuous activity can be done while under water without a huge loss of stamina.
(8)Name: Nige no Mai [Dance of Evasion]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: The user focuses chakra throughout their entire body, similar to Shunshin no Jutsu but more controlled. Combined with natural agility, this allows the user to "dance" away from incoming attacks. It is by no means perfect, yet dodging becomes much easier, and what might normally be a killing blow might become a scratch with someone who has perfected the dance (jounin+).

Background: As far as Keto can remember, he has always been alone taking care of himself on the streets of Kirigakure. He had no parents as one day he finally noticed they were gone or never around. When he first realized that he was all alone, he cried in an alley for days until a wise old man noticed him and talked to him about his troubles. The old man spoke after hearing the disastorous story of a child being left to fend for himself all alone, "Little boy.....To a coincidence like that, you have done well to cry, but now is the time to stop. You have cried away anything that has a meaning to you, and this can give you a purpose. Fight for the village, in order to find yourself." Keto wiped his eyes to look up and notice the wise man standing at the entry of the alley and the end of their meeting. After giving his words of encouragement, the old man left the opening and Keto dashed forward in a desperate attempt to stop him as he yelled, " Waaaaaaiiitt!! You Can....." Faster than he thought he could move, he was at the entrance looking in the direction of which he thought the old man had gone. To no avail....he saw nothing but an even longer alley filled with stalls but no rambling people. He whispered under his voice, " Who are you?" His words were light and wandering as he did not know how to act to the upcoming challenge presented to him or what had just happend. Keto scratched his head and began to walk in the direction of the academy.
