Personality: Hya seems to have a slight personality problem. He has an unknown disorder that causes him to have multiple personalities. So far, he has two that really come out the most. His first, and original personality is a kind, caring kid. He looks out for others and is always willing to help. He loves his friends and is rarely caught alone. However, his other personality is quite the opposite. The second is arrogant and mean. He will go out of his way to hurt others for his own enjoyment. He also thinks he is better than anyone, whether or not he obviously isn't. These personalities don't rapidly change, and are usually triggered by something, though this is still not complete known.

Name: Acquire Emigre
Description: When you first start you begin with one Emigre at rookie level. You gain a second one upon receiving the Chuunin title or successfully completing 5 missions. You cannot have both of them evolved at the same time without the appropriate jutsu.
Name: Emivolve
Description: Using an Emivice and Initiate Evolution (and Crest for forms above Champion) the tamer causes their Emigre to temporarily change into a stronger creature. Though it's looks may drastically change, it keeps the same theme in mose of it's forms When an Emigre evolves not only does it change form, but it changes it's jutsu know as well. You must train to gain each form above Champion and must have a certian minimum rank to be able to gain a form for your Emigre. Each form is stronger than the last, but takes more chakra to keep them in that form, hence the amount of post they can stay in a level is limited as charted below. An Emigre can only evolve once during a topic and reverts back into it's rookie form onces the duration is over.
Name: Crest (Spirit)
Description: Each tamer gets a small piece of jewerly that bears or is a symbol standing for various things. These act as channeling devices to help an Emigre get farther along it's evolutionary path. It most be awakened in order for Mega form to be reached, which take 5 posts and require you to be at least C rank. Also it activates the power of a crest item, which is a weapon or accessory with an ability that has something to do with the crest. I.E., Love could have a necklace that charms, Courage can have a sword that gives it's owner a small strength boost, hope can be a glove that heals, etc.

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.
Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill

Description: A very basic skill, without which a shinobi would become the laughing stock of the village. It allows them to escape ropes and similar simple restraints. However, advanced knots and heavier restraints than a simple rope may be too much for a basic skill like this to handle.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking

Requirements: Kinobori
Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Name: Nige no Mai [Dance of Evasion]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: The user focuses chakra throughout their entire body, similar to Shunshin no Jutsu but more controlled. Combined with natural agility, this allows the user to "dance" away from incoming attacks. It is by no means perfect, yet dodging becomes much easier, and what might normally be a killing blow might become a scratch with someone who has perfected the dance (jounin+).
Name: Spear Blade Jutsu

Description: Similar to the Cutting Sword Jutsu, Spear Blade Jutsu sends chakra through the blade. However, it does not use the energy of the swing. It launches off the front of the blade, giving it a spear like edge. It is strong enough to pierce through skin. It lasts up to ten feet.

Name: Dropping Hell Crash

Description:
The user of this jutsu will jump high in the air. Then will drop down at their target at lightning speed, and attempt to drive their heel into the top of their head while focusing chakra in to their foot. If a direct hit is made the target can be knocked out cold. An advantage of this jutsu is if the user misses, they drive their heel into the ground, causing a large shock wave that can knock the target back a great distance while a creating a small crater.
Name: Tenrai no Mai [Dance of Thunder]

Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: The user focuses chakra to move extremely fast five times, striking with fist , foot, or blade each time. These speed attacks cause sonicbooms, and are extremely hard for any but a Sannin or Kage to control perfectly. A chuunin using it might only score a glancing hit, though the sonicbooms themselves can knock anyone in the area to the ground.
Name: Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Rain Technique

Description: After the user makes the required hand seals, they will start releasing chakra from their body. This chakra will rise in the form of black mist, forming black clouds some way above the user, which they can then control. After setting the clouds where they want, the user will have a black rain pour down from them. This rain is actually highly flammable oil. This technique requires something to set the oil on fire to be of any use.
Name: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique

Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will exhale a large mist cloud. This mist is transparent and only slightly hinders the vision of those caught inside, but that is not its purpose at all. This mist is actually highly flammable, a perfect trap for fire ninjutsu users.

Name: Sound Slash Technique

Requirements: A sword
Description: The user can use their chakra to transfer the swing of his/her sword through the air as an air wave. Depending on how hard the user swings his/her sword and how large the sword is, the two factors will result in how powerful and far the air wave will go. However, the maximum distance is 20 feet. The wave can slash through things just as if it was hit with the sword itself, not including chakra effects.

Description: This allows a single Emigre to alter it's form into a stronger one. You start being able to go into Champion form, but you have to train more for each form above. As noted in the chart under the Emivolve section, you must be of a certian rank to be able to reach each stage. To learn levels, you must train for 3 posts, each level adding 2 more post. The training drops by 2 post for your second Emigre. Burst Mode doesn't go by this, instead needing a jutsu to be learned after Penultimate.

Background: Hya grew up into a powerful and rich family. But he never took advantage of this at all; he never bought his way through anything. Nor has he let anyone treat him special because of it. He was looked down upon by his family members because of this. One day, when he was about six years old, one of his cousins confronted him about how he was a disgrace to the family since he was kind to the poorer folk. The argument became violent when Hya's cousin beat him repeatedly until he was knocked out, and even afterward. Thankfully the fight attracted attention and was broken up before Hya would die. Hya was put into a three day coma and when he awoke he wasn't the same. He had developed a personality problem due to slight brain damage induced by the coma. Other then this slight problem, Hya was fine. Um, Initiate Evolution is a Bloodline Jutsu, isn't it? So wouldn't it be under bloodline jutsu? while limits would be SA.
