Appearance:
Nesuki don't wear the traditional clothing of regular shinobi, he usually seem to wear what he want as long as it is sleek and allow him to travel lightly and fast. Nesuki prefers a skin tight sleeveless white turtleneck. He wear brown cargo like pants that aren't very tight, but as loose enough to not slow him down. He wear lightweight brown shinobi sandels. On his right arm he have a tatoo that looks like a black dragon going up his arm. It is really the contract seal that Nesuki share with the racoon.(Not created yet, but I plan to create a racoon contract) That is why some say he absorbed the physical feature of his eyes being changed. The black outlining his lavender eyes is represented as the racoon eyes. The black outlining his entire lavender pupil is said to represent the mask that everyone says covers the racoons eyes. Not shown in the picture is the fingerless gloves he wear with metal plates.

Personality: Nesuki is calm, talkitive, serious, but childish at some times. He like to impress everyone with his skill and humor. When he is with his team he always speak up and give a team effort. He loves to defend the beautiful women even if he is overpowered or outnumbered. He is Fierce. His intelligence is above average. He is always cautious about his surroundings although at sometimes he charge in without regret during the heat of battle. Nesuki always give 110% in effort in everything he does unless he gets bored, but a good hit to the head can get him back on the right track. Although he is at a young age for his rank, Nesuki is much more responsible, respectful, and mature than the average shinobi. He stays active and still usually keeps a serious face. (9)Name: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu - Fine Affliction Extraction

Description: A technique made to extract poisons from a human body. The medical ninja must have water to be able to use it. They will attach large bubbles of water to their hand by using chakra and then force the water into the patient's body through the pores. After that, they will proceed to gather the poison from the affected organs and blood canals into the water, at which point the water is extracted from the body in the same manner it was forced into it and removed. Unfortunately, this jutsu is not perfect, not removing all of the poison from the patient's body. The process involves a massive amount of pain for the patient, so it is only used in critical situations. Any medical shinobi can extract C and lower rank poisons this, but extracting A or S rank poisons requires greater skill and more training

Description: This justu is used to create images of the human body (or parts and function thereof) for clinical purposes (medical procedures seeking to reveal, diagnose or examine disease) or medical science. After focusing chakra in the tip of your index and middle finger, you change the property of it and tap the patient. The chakra you produced will resonate with the patients chakra like a drop falling into a lake to reveal all of whats going on under the skin, able to look into any of the anatomical systems, but it does not reveal the chakra system. Background:
After losing the last chuunin exams, Nesuki found himself to be highly engulfed in raged by his failure. He was then greeted by a woman by the name of Setsuna that gave him another option of life. He went through a process of Rebirth by commiting to his Kami. Now the legacy of lightning has been passed before him as he embark though life to figure out what it really is that he decided to dedicate himself to. What he remembers is his name, Nesuki, and the woman who changed his life, Setsuna.

Bloodline Description: The bloodline allows multiple elements to be combined faster than usual, although at a cost of more chakra.
Also, [i]the bloodline allows a second "minor" element. The member has a second element, but can only use jutsu's from their rank or lower. So a E-Ranked Genin can only use E-ranked jutsu from their minor element. Likewise, a C-ranked Chuunin could use C-rank, D-rank, and E-ranked jutsus from their minor element. When the member reaches Jounin, the minor element takes over as a second "major" element, and they get to choose another "minor element", but they start out with only being able to use E-ranked jutsu's in that element. To get it up, they'd have to train with that element to be able to raise the rank of the jutsu's able to be learned (in a jutsu-style training method). They cannot raise it up past their own rank. The same would apply when getting a third "major" element. Also, having the "minor" element allows a member to know a ranked jutsu, up to their "minor" element's rank, that use their "major" element and "minor" element combined.
