After growing to be much older, Tori decided that he was past his childish look and more into being a person that expressed himself through his own way. He decided to stop wearing the clan symbol on his back and instead had it tattooed to his back. He did not like the fact that it was on all of his clothes at first, but then he determined that if he stopped wearing it on his clothes then it would give his clan something else to disapprove of him with. He enjoyed making them mad as no one knew that he possessed the tattoo on his back. The tattoo is engraved in another tattoo that is a tribal form of a cats mouth open very wide. His lower legs are bandaged from his knee to his lower calf where his ankle high sandals meet. He wear brown pants and teh rest of his attire is in the above picture.

Tori has an odd behavior to be an Uchiha that possess the ability to learn Sharingan. While other members flaunt themselves as being the best and superior to all that does not have Sharingan, Tori keeps to himself and does his best to avoid the arrogant characteristic that they all seem to attract. He has made it his goal to be unique and show class for the Uchiha clan while also demonstrating his abilities to be a well rounded shinobi. When the topic of skills comes to discussion, Tori usually degrade himself out of the conversation. He disapproves of boasting because he was born with the ability to have power the easy way.
Socially, Tori is not so much as a quite guy anymore, but he still don't talk as much. He always act professional and speak when he feel that it is absolutely necessary in important affairs. He attempts to avoid small talk if it is a discussion about who is better or worse than the other. His favorite topics include anything that gives him knowledge and not opinions. Opinions are just speculations of different people's minds. He wants to know the facts and see anything else as not worth talking about. Overall, he is just a laid back person that wishes that he was not associated with, though if he has to do something because he is becoming annoyed, he will carry it out.
Tori has grown accustomed to fighting, but he still despise fighting for keepts. He refers to "Keeps" as taking the life of another person. He will often go an entire fight while knowing that he has to kill his opponent and he will regret his every intention of killing them all the time the bout is going on, but he knows that he can not allow them to disturb his way of life so it could inevitably result in him killing them and moving on with his life.
Tori possess "The Respect of a Shinobi". Tori has made it is his goal to not only be the best while staying incognito, but to always show respect for all those that surround him. He will not expect the least from a person because they are a puny 3"1 going against an opponent that is a massive 7"4. He is a secret underdog cheerleader that sees the best in everybody. Expect Tori to not brutally play with an opponent and just get straight to the point so he can leave the engagement. Even after losing he will offer friendship, and after killing he will express his sympathy in a moment of silence.

Description: This is an ability for those that don't want to deal any physical damage to their opponents. The way this works is it makes the tattoo eyes seem real, and as such, cast it's own form of Genjutsu on the opponent. It's primary effect is to increase Genjutsu effectiveness by a percent equal to the rank of the user, the second is that it will increase the power of illusionary damage. And third, it will allow tattoo eyes to be used in place of real eyes, for the ability of genjutsu. At C-rank Illusionary damage starts increasing on top of genjutsu boosts.

Description:
This ability simply allows the user to stack up 2 to 3 genjutsu on an opponent at once. It causes a crazy effect that makes the second genjutsu look extremely real as once the opponent releases the first genjutsu, they are automatically thrown into the second one without them noticing. For example: The user casts genjutsu 1 on a person, then while they're in genjutsu 1, the user casts genjutsu 2 to stack onto the first one. When the opponent dispells the first one, they are thrown into genjutsu 2 without their knowledge.

Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

However, it is not hard to figure out because the copies have a set displacement compared to the user.

Description: This technique does not involve any illusion, but it temporarily prevents the target or multiple targets from moving. It does not require any hand seals as it is used with a weapon. Compared to Kanashibari no Jutsu, this technique has advantages, since it is harder to resist, and disadvantages, since it depends on sound and can be dispelled as a genjutsu.

Description: A primary offensive ninjutsu for any fire user, it requires few hand seals and not much chakra. The user will take a breath and exhale a ball or stream of fire. In the former case, it can be launched in any direction, but its speed is not very impressive. In the latter case, it must be aimed at an opponent on the ground within twenty feet of the user, but is executed much faster.

The target's reflections step out and proceed to attack them. This will feel absolutely real, and if the target can bring themselves to attack their reflections, the images will shatter when struck, sending shards of the mirror they stepped from flying into the target.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to change the direction of an arrow in flight slightly, allowing it to bend around obstructions to find it's target. This justu can be used on more than one arrow, or in combination with other jutsus, but the area of movement is reduced by 5 degrees per additional arrow and additional jutsu, due to the extra concentration needed.

Upon hearing the tune, the target will find themselves in a strange place filled with red sand, with their limbs bound by strings that hang from the sky. They will then think that their flesh is melting off their bones, which is frightening and painful.

Description: A genjutsu that places the user and the opponent in the body of the target. The user and target are then able to have their battle in what seems like the target’s body. If something damages in the person’s body while the two are on the inside, the target will feel the pain of the type of attack used whether it is burn from jutsu, stab from kunai, etc. They can travel through any part of the body. While on the inside of their own body, the target will still feel the pain of attacks in their corresponding body parts. That is the only giveaway of the genjutsu.
A second effect of the Genjutsu is that the user does not have to bring the target within the body, and/or they can bring up to five people into the body. While using this technique, all members influenced by this jutsu have mindless bodies in the real world, and they can be attacked physically. While on the inside of Guillotine, Genjutsu can not be used and the damage from all jutsu used are considered two ranks lower with the min being D. This technique can be cast from as far away as twenty feet from the target.

Description: The user's body is engulfed in flames, however the created flame doesn't hurt the user but rather affects people who get too close to the user. The technique uses a steady amount of chakra to use and the average shinobi can only hold it for several posts before it completely drains them.

Description: After the user forms the necessary hand seals, their target will believe a large tree appeared behind them and that large branches have wrapped around their body, restricting their movement. The user will then approach the target, which will seem like they appeared from the same or another tree to the victim, and attack the captured opponent. While this is an illusion, the attack itself is real, since it mimics inside the illusion what is happening in reality. Chakra-based attacks cannot be used while this genjutsu is active.

Description: A jutsu developed by the oldest members of the fight style to control the mind of targets to have them spill secrets through verbal informing. While playing a song, the user mentally ask a question to the target that can be answered with a Yes or No. To a person uninfluenced by this jutsu, the target seem to just have turrets as they blurt out random Yes’s and No’s to the questions. Only work on shinobi of higher rank if they are still or bound.

Description:
An amplifying jutsu for sounds in the area. This jutsu may be used on the user and/or a lot of other targets that are within ten feet of the sound being played. This jutsu focuses all sounds made within 100 yards of the target(s) into their earlobes. When combining all of the sounds together it seems like would loud piece of commotion that has no start or end as it streams on in a neverending cycle as long as things are present. Only a practitioner of Level 4 Waza Oto-ne: Sono Hei can interpret all of the sounds separately so it is not recommended to be use one’s self otherwise.

Description:
This jutsu does not take effect until the third post that the song is played. After placing the opponent in a Genjutsu that takes time to manifest, it ,makes the opponent less reactive to know that it is a Genjutsu being placed on them. The user manipulates sound into the opponents mind to take over the sensory part. Afterwards, the user strikes his hand at designated spots on the body like they are throwing and immediately pain is inflicted into that area. The opponents mind take on the thoughts that they are being stabbed and actually bleeding, but in reality the user is wearing them down with excruciating pain. If the user signals towards the head or heart, the jutsu end.

Description: This is a genjutsu which can be performed almost instantaneously and which is very useful in the midst of a battle. The target needs to be looking at the user for this to work. When performed, the target sees the user move with incredible and unmatchable speed towards them, the target sees the user slice their throat open and they fall to the ground and feels the pain of it, though it is not real. The target then finds themself suspended in a white nothingness, believeing that they are dead. This can be kept up indefinately but there is a huge chakra drain on the user.

Description: This strong genjutsu completely negates the target's sight, making them unable to see anything but themselves and their clones, the rest is covered in complete darkness. This genjutsu can be dispelled if the user's chakra flow is disrupted somehow.

21. Name: Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu - Mole Hiding Technique

Name: Sharingan
Requirements: 3-point kinjutsu training for each stage
Description: Sharingan is the bloodline limit doujutsu of the Uchiha clan. It possesses several powerful abilities, though it is developed through three stages. When just awakened, it is in Stage 1, with only one tomoe located above the pupil; in Stage 2, another tomoe appears, and they are now located to the left and right of the pupil; all three tomoe appear in Stage 3, and they are located in a triangle shape around the pupil: one directly above and the other two to the bottom left and right. The Sharingan is activated by sending some chakra into the eyes. It does not cost much, but only a true Uchiha can have it activated for prolonged periods of time without risking their health.
Stage 1: The initial stage of the awakened Sharingan, it only gives the clan members some basic abilities. Among these is the ability to see movement somewhat faster than what they would normally be able to and to detect chakra. This allows them to react better and gives them higher accuracy than most. Thanks to the chakra detection ability, many camouflage techniques are rendered ineffective. This stage also allows them to see clearer than normal.
Stage 2: The second stage of the Sharingan allows those who possess it to see everything with even better clarity, including objects that would normally fall out of sight because of their speed. This allows them to dodge and attack as if their taijutsu skills were one step higher. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank B or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique.
Stage 3: The third and final stage of the Sharingan opens even more possibilities for the clan members. Their vision of moving objects improves further. Their ability to see chakra and movement allows them to memorize the techniques used by their enemies and copy them, one of the abilities the clan is highly famous for. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank A or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique.
Sharingan Copy Technique

Requirements: Sharingan Stage 2; 3-point kinjutsu training
Description: This technique is based on the Uchiha's ability to see chakra and fast movement with great clarity. It lets them memorize the specific movement executed by someone, the hand seals they used and the flow of chakra inside their body, which in turn allows them to copy any technique they have seen even once.
Every Uchiha has 5 extra jutsu slots that can only be filled with copied techniques. They can convert some of their normal slots into copy slots, but not vice versa. The copied techniques can only be used when the Sharingan is activated.
Sharingan Stage 2 only allows for copying of taijutsu and genjutsu, while Sharingan Stage 3 allows one to copy any technique. However, some limitations still apply. First, the Uchiha must be able to use the jutsu they want to copy, meaning they must meet the skill, rank and element requirements for it. Second, no more than one jutsu can be copied per post. Third, this ability can't be used in the same thread it was learned. Fourth, only Mangekyo Sharingan can copy kinjutsu.

Description: This genjutsu can be used in two ways. The first and more common one is putting it on a target, which will make them think they are falling apart into flower petals. If this technique succeeds, the target will temporarily lose consciouness in reality. The second option is to counter another illusionary technique, but it requires a lot of skill in the discipline to be used this way. It will not free the user from a genjutsu, though it may free them from some of its effects like being unable to move while inside the genjutsu, but will still put their opponent into one of their own. To the opponent, it will seem like the user dissolved into flower petals and disappeared.

Description: Despite being known as hypnosis, this ability is far from that and is actually rather simple, although its power is great. It allows one to use any genjutsu without making any hand seals, simply by making eye contact. This also allows them to use genjutsu normally activated by sound, touch, smell or even taste, meaning any of the five senses, via making eye contact, although in that case they will be rendered as visual. It also lets them use genjutsu like Mirror Heaven and Earth Change simply by making eye contact.

Background:
Tori began his studies to be a shinobi at the age of seven in Konohagakure. He showed great potential during the classes to be able to have passed every year that he was a student, but when the time came for him to showcase his abilities in the three most basic jutsu, Tori posed as a failure to not have to move on while he knew that most officials would not just send him forward because they had rules that needed to be applied. They actually thought of him as being pressured when the tests came and felt that they could not send a boy into the field if he could not execute jutsu under pressure. Little did they know, it was all just a ploy.
At the age of twelve, Tori’s father died at the age of forty-three from lung cancer. Unlike him, he did not carry the traits to have the Sharingan and was just a hard working man that stayed behind a counter and smoked all day. After he died, Tori thought the end of the world was upon him and was ready to give up on everything. He was not alone because the Uchiha looked after each other, especially the members who have potential to make the clan look good in the shinobi world. This is when his mother came back into his life from being an ANBU member.
One night as he was at home and just allowing time to pass, she came to him. She never removed her mask, but when she spoke her voice was enough to persuade Tori that he was not alone in the world. She informed him that she had never stopped looking over him, and she was not going to stop looking over him. She encouraged Tori to continue to pursue his shinobi career because it was to definitely bring him riches, fame, and respect. He cared not for the first two, but the respect was too good to pass up. She approached him and through her slits he could see the radiating crimson eyes of Sharingan. Once she touched him, he could feel a mother’s warmth and he needed no more justification of who she was.
At the age of thirteen, Tori finally put aside his wants and did what was needed. He would have gladly stayed in the academy until he was kicked out for being too old, but the Uchiha Pride began to kick in. He was tired of hearing the boasting of other clan members when they spoke of how superior they were to him because they graduated. He did not care, but when annoyed he just had to prove them wrong, and exiting the academy was the first step.
At the age of seventeen, Tori entered his first ever Chuunin Exam competition to only come out as a loser unable to gain the position he tried so hard to acquire. it did not phase him at that moment, but after time went by he found himself becoming more open with his opinions and less of a person that does everything as soon as it is instructed. He returned from the failure to his village to only find everyone looking upon him in disgust, other than the people that he looked after throughtout the village, the regular villagers. The shinobi thought of it as the clan growing weaker with the failing of not one, but two Uchiha in the exam. Tori saw their frustrations and raised them, even higher by just becoming more and more of what they hated. What? That would just be too absurd. I have shown my dedication to this site since I have joined by being too active and displaying my ability to rp very well and proficiently. It is not the matter of who has been here longer and who just arrived, it is about who will get the job done. Also, it is not a matter of me just feeling like wanting a Uchiha, it is me asking for responsibility on this site. How can I be looked at to be a consistent member if I am given nothing to be consistent with or for. I ask for an SA, I need more time. I ask for an Uchiha the weather is wrong. Just give me a shot.

You say that you feel as if you deserve a shot at getting some sort of responsibility in order to prove that your really do have a the skills to be a valued member of NRC right? Well what I am saying is that before getting a highly powered character one should be able to show the skills they have with the low options that are given to them. Meaning being consistently well skilled throughout the forums.
With that said your RP skills are better than i have normally seen around the site, and your application for this uchiha s better than most thrown together thrash I have seen a couple day to a couple weeks ago. So over all, I would say continue to work on this profile to make it particularly great. Because despite your RP abilities, and as I have said before, I won't allow a standard "acceptable" profile for an uchiha. I want to see a outstanding. Work on this more please. _________________

Well Kinzo i wasn't staff at that time now was I? So I can't have any real connection to those who received Uchiha characters then. But from what I have seen so far. This profile looks pretty good. i will do a one over of it again and make sure everything is in order.
