Requirements: Start with or 2 point kinjutsu training done by a medic transplanting the parts onto the character and an additional 2 point kinjutsu training by the owner of this SA to be able to use the tail for combat purposes; SS-rank version of the bonuses have to be trained for 4 points before gaining the bonuses (assuming the person can achieve SS-rank). Description: The elongated ears improve hearing about 5% due to being able to catch more sound waves than humanoid ears. Some reflectivity given to the eyes noticeable only at night by a glowing look allows the owner to view 5 meters ahead of normal human vision at night time. The ears and tails appear as per described by the user of this SA, usually added into their personal description on their profile application. The tail (usually a long-type like a monkey's, cat's, etc) may grant a bonus depending on the desires of the one using this SA, combined to augment usually their higher fighting style, but may choose any of the bonuses so long as they have a point in that fighting style. May only choose one of the bonus sets, however. (Also only needs to copy the chosen bonus set when adding to profile).

Requirements: Given at character creation, or had an encounter with a Diclonius, My permission A-Rank or higher if not born with it, female character.
Description: Vectors, A mysterious power that all Diclonius have, it manifests upon their back, it is fueled by an inherent extra hidden part within the brain that uses a pair of horns upon their heads as receptors. These vectors are actually arms, and hands which are invisible to the human eye, and can lift up to twice the weight of the user. They also vibrate fast enough to cut through physical objects that are one rank lower than the Diclonius without the need of chakra, and they are also capably of blocking weapons of one rank lower than the Diclonius. They can block jutsu of three ranks lower than the Diclonius, in exchange for the same chakra cost as an E ranked jutsu. Their vectors cannot cut through objects with have an activated chakra running over them, I.e WA weapon with limit break on it etc.
For different Ranks, one gains a certain number of Vectors, and the reach increases (distance values rounded down if .4 and lower, or rounded up if .5 and higher):
Each rank takes the following amount of kinjutsu points to train: (You do not have to train for one level if you skill would allow you to skip it, instead you only have to add half of the total amount for training the other levels to the current levels points needed such as if you were going for A rank, right out of the gate, you would only need to do a 14 point training topic instead of training each level.)

When using vectors the Diclonius may only use up to B rank jutsu, however they may turn the vectors on, and off at will. If they should somehow lose the use of one of their horns (Aka it being cut off) they will go unconscious for one post.
Also if another Diclonius should some how disrupt the others sensors, via piercing their forehead with a vector, the Diclonius hit by this will not be able to use their vectors for 10 posts afterward, (This effect lasts even if they leave the thread, and enter another one.)
Also due to the nature of the Horns connection to the nerves within the brain, if a Diclonius should lose both of their horns *Keep note that it must be both, and them must be completely destroyed not just use disabled) then they will slip into a coma, due to level of shock it causes their entire body. This is only reversible via a medical ninja healing them, with a level of jutsu equal to their rank, and after which it will take a good 30 posts before they can even hope to use their vectors again (Ic of course).
As a side note: The manifestation of the Horns, and vectors seems however to only occur in girls, due to their hormonal make up, and thusly only female can be born, or become Diclonius. How a non born Diclonius can become is similar to that of a cursed transformation, via them going unconscious for a week, and needing a medical expert to stop them. In order to transform someone the victim must first be unconscious, or helpless in some way, or willing. While it is possible for Males to become a Diclonius (Via surgery) they will lack therefore the vectors, and instead gain smaller horns, if this is the case this SA need not be added to their profile, and they instead just note it down in the appearance section, and has no further effect.

Name: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu - Fine Affliction Extraction

Description: A technique made to extract poisons from a human body. The medical ninja must have water to be able to use it. They will attach large bubbles of water to their hand by using chakra and then force the water into the patient's body through the pores. After that, they will proceed to gather the poison from the affected organs and blood canals into the water, at which point the water is extracted from the body in the same manner it was forced into it and removed. Unfortunately, this jutsu is not perfect, not removing all of the poison from the patient's body. The process involves a massive amount of pain for the patient, so it is only used in critical situations. Any medical shinobi can extract C and lower rank poisons this, but extracting A or S rank posions requires greater skill and more training

While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

Description: A technique made in opposition to the Mystical Hand Technique by an irate medic-nin who was always mocked by real ninjas, and for some odd reason was forced onto many spy and sabotage missions. This technique was at first made as a subtle way to destroy someone's body over a period of healings originally, intermixed with uses of the actual healing techniques so it'd become unexplainable as to why the person eventually suffered multiple organ failures. Rather than exciting the cells into faster growth, it furthers their mortality without reproduction or replacement of the cells, causing larger strains on those left behind as well as to deteriorate tissues and organs. Not usually intended for battle use, however it is possible, but at the expense of an extra 10% chakra use upon skin contact to assure it pierces through and immediately kills off some tissue or causes internal damage in the area of connection. 5% of the chakra can be recovered if the connection isn't made. At its lowest rank it only lessens the reaction time of a harmed limb by 15%, but is possible to heal naturally on its own. At A-rank it reaches a bit further to reduce reaction time to 30% of a contacted limb, and at S-rank the limb loses reaction speed up to 45%

Description: This justu is used to create images of the human body (or parts and function thereof) for clinical purposes (medical procedures seeking to reveal, diagnose or examine disease) or medical science. After focusing chakra in the tip of your index and middle finger, you change the property of it and tap the patient. The chakra you produced will resonate with the patients chakra like a drop falling into a lake to reveal all of whats going on under the skin, able to look into any of the anatomical systems, but it does not reveal the chakra system. Some bloodlines prevent this jutsu from working.

Requirements: Blood from someone who can heal quickly or Ointment
Description: A paper Seal with an ointment or something that heals quickly. It is similar to a bandage or Band-Aid. An incantation is muttered while writing kanji for heal. ? or ???. (heal can be written if you wish) This has a greater healing power then some medical treatments. One can already have several of these seals written, but the incantation must still be muttered, and the heal salve placed onto it. The incantation places a portion of chakra into the seal, allowing for an increased rate of recovery. This seal will not fall off till the wound is completely healed. This seal also has the ability to hold things together, like small appendages that have fallen off. If an entire appendage has fallen off, no amount of seals will heal that wound. If the individual this is placed on already has a quickened heal rate, it will remove injuries in a matter of minutes

At B-rank it extends 6 inches from the weapon's tip, and at S-rank it extends 1 foot from the weapon's tip.
Name: Kikan Haretsu (Organ Rupture)

Description: This legendary, harmful medic-nin, even more upset at the mocking, created more techniques to disrupt normal functions in his friends. When out of battle and with great control it is possible to actually cause the internal organ to explode with the force of this jutsu, and he often used it under the guise of aiding their digestive system or helping them get over stomach problems caused by a night of drinking. More generally, this has become another offensive technique used by medics in the battlefield to incapacitate their opponent or at least bring them down a few notches. What takes place on the battlefield is that the medic will thrust their hand at their opponent, and upon contact will send a spear-like injection of chakra through the assailant to disrupt normal organ functions to the point a simple stomachache is desired more. While it can also be used to disrupt muscle functioning of limbs, is generally applied to the organs for its better effects and the amusement of watching the opponent double over like their old school bullies socked them in the gut. Only the higher ranked version can actually rupture an organ.

Description: Another variation of the Chakra Scalpel when that legendary medic-nin thought it'd be cool to find a better combat use for one of their few, decent techniques for fighting. Laughed at by his colleagues this time, he set forth to create a mid-to-long ranged version of this technique, and then demonstrated it on said colleagues. The principle of this technique is not only based off of the main move ?Chakra no Mesu? but a bit of the study of puppetry, just without the strings. Since most Ijutsu specialist aren't side puppet masters, this requires the kunai to be attached to a wire that they can transmit their chakra along to hold the jutsu to the blade in question. The blade along the kunai is extended as far as six inches from the tip. The length of the wire cannot exceed 15 feet, and aat S-rank cannot exceed 30 feet. The main problem with the technique is the control of the wire as a whip, making it hard to retract if the opponent gets in close after a long ranged swing.

Description: Through utilizing their Ijutsu talents, the user can form a Chimaera, or aritificial hybrid of creatures, from multiple subjects, living or deceased. This ability allows the user to create Chimaera pet nins, as well use collaberation and commanding jutsus. A Chimaera's rank determines the amount of beings it may be composed of, ultimately deciding its size and strength. For each normal chimaera pet created( not a human chimaera) the user must write a 2 point kinjutsu training in 1 post, RPing the formation and creation of that single entity. If failure to gain the points in 1 post, he must re-attempt the surgery, starting all over and writing sa new post worth 2 points.

Description: There are many words, and things that can be used to describe the Kimera clan, most of them usually being rather negative, or variations of insane and creepy, but few who actually pay attention to their work can doubt their skills. From their fascination with the dead, they have gained much medical knowledge that would have never found any other way, to the point where even the most average Franken can be considered to be far above the normal average. This limit cannot be copied by any means since it relies on knowledge, rather then genetics. Any Franken with this limit can have 5 extra jutsu of their highest rank, assuming they are of course Itjutsu, and any non Franken operations they perform cost half as many points, since few things are as difficult as awakening the dead. (note chimera creation of any type is a Franken operation)

Description: As with all things that they have actually focused on doing, the Franken have developed excellent faculties for the storage, care and maintenance of their chimera, allowing them to be kept in comfort and pampering even when they aren't in use. This limit allows the franken to create unlimited numbers of chimera... HOWEVER they cannot have any more chimera in a single topic, then they are able to control, which is listed under the various limits.. You are unable to switch chimera at any time in a topic, and you have to list which ones you have with you at the start of the topic. If its a fight that goes over multiple topics, you are not allowed to switch, without your opponents permission.

Description: This technique allows the user to enhance an existing chimera or create a new Chimera that is of significantly greater size and strength than that of normal kimera. War-beast can be made from twice as many creatures as the highest rank Kimera the user can dominate for his rank. Each Standard Warbeast is equal in physical strength to a Major Summon, and is allowed to possess 2 Custom SA's and can have twice the number of Jutsu slots as a typical pet of that level. From B-A rank, you can only have a single Monstrosity, with a second one becoming available at S rank. Alike the process of creating a Human Chimera, a War-beast must be created in a separate topic,where the user must rp the creation in a training as if a 5 point kinjutsu within 3 posts. Description: By holding the tiger seal and focusing his chakra, the user can heal his pet from any distance as long as the beast is within sight.. This method of healing uses the chimaera's own chakra to heal itself, thus making it a form of initiated regeneration rather than actual healing. The healing rate is comparable to the Shousen Jutsu.
Note: One must only post the difference in posts between the previous form learned and next form learned if they are upgrading the Rank level, otherwise it can be learned entirely at once as an S rank jutsu.

Background:
Born in Kumogakure no Sato, Ava was a bright mind with a problem, she always was belittled. She was always being put down, which lead to herself putting herself down. She grew up in a family who practiced an art that only those with in the special group could do. She watched as her parents experimented and created things that nature couldn't make, and felt the way that the clan was, she would easily fit in. To make sure of that, she studied chemistry and Biology as a child.She didn't want to fail her family, so she forced herself into further studies when she was done, learning theory after theory. The reason, was that she couldn't stand the thought of being unable to work as part of the clan.
The studying and her natural intellect made her realize things that she had never concepted before, that others didn't, and lead to slight discoveries and proved them to the clan, in response, they stated that she could join, when they were ready to accept her. In her spare time, she decided to work on learning how to apply her biology and chemistry skills to the work of life, leading her to train as a medic.
She has grown a little, as she has unlocked the power of the Franken Kimera clan. She has met a swordsman named Nobody, and been through the trouble of the attack on Kumo. She is growing little by little, as she has trained and learned how to be a Medical ninja of the Kimera clan. She wishes to pursuit greater and greater aspirations, and is currently planning to try to create a Kimera that will be known as a War Beast.
After doing some more research in the field, she finally decided to start her experimentation. She went to the underground lab of the Kimera clan, as it was the safest place to do so, and found herself to be well adept at creating Chimera. She was happy, until she saw an old face, one that she couldn't stand for some reason in the lab with her, her cousin, Viuex Tesla, who spent time harassing her, and trying to get her to relax, he even made a chimera of his own, though not at good as Experiment 1.2337 Canis Varanis Disonia, her own creation. During training, she was met by another Med Nin, who fell in, who seemed a little creeped out by the Cousin's doings, but seemed to remain only for the hope of being taught how to become a better medic. A third interruption was created, as the Cousin's were training, as a strange girl fell in, and started attacking them, leading to their destruction of her, and examination of her body. They started making discoveries about the girl as soon as she was on the slab, and began to become close, when Ava's favorite shirt and her Lab Coat was destroyed by her cousin, forcing her to be topless, and also making her attempt to kill him, though realizing infact, that she needed him to remain alive, and that she partially loved him, even though he caused her so much trouble. She went rampant, destroying things, as she attempted to kill her cousin, only ending in her falling down and breaking down, as the memories of their child hood were brought in front of her. She felt lost, but didn't know what to do, as she started calling herself a shame to her name, and being self destructive. This made her feel even worse, as she thought about all that she had been given, and felt like she was losing her grip on her own emotions. Her cousin once again though, managed to save her from complete self annihilation.
Though after a few minutes, she realized many great things, including that the Diclonious they had found, was giving off Resonance, that she herself could feel, this made her want it even more, but how to hide the horns, if she grew them, that lead her to Coercing her cousin into performing a procedure on her, that would give her Ears and a Tail, so as to hide the horns from those that didn't see them, and didn't know about them. Once the operation was done, she decided to head back out to the over world, and to train her new gifts, wondering, if indeed, she could manage this task, as well as wondering how this power would influence her future.
The group got together, Vieux Tesla, Karla Kimera, and Ava, to work on things of teaching Karla the basics and testing her knowledge and abilities. This lead to many revelations, including a possible way for Ava to make stronger and greater Chimera. This also lead to Vieux planning to help her after making a Human chimera, and then his plan to disappear, before he did, he helped her with a great project, and left in her care three Chimera, only one of which she could use though.
She spent around a week working in the Relocated Lab 51, finding out many many different things, and taking down her own notes, all the while under the silent gaze of the Human Chimera left by Vieux. She created two Successful Chimera during this time, one was a Dragonoid, of red color that she nick named Char Aznable, probably a rub off of being around Vieux so much, and the other was the First War beast to ever be created, The War beast Ocean King. It's size alone made it a valuable creation to her, but not just that, the fact that she made something that went beyond the bounds of normal chimera, using an experimental Process or Two, made it all the better, and to make things even stranger, her Cousin had returned to collect his Chimera, which she gave back eagerly, taking advantage of the newly gained Chimera, she set her sights on what to do next, besides train and play with them. _________________
