Appearance: While clad in full armor Mucro is gun metal grey and human in form. The armor is smooth and similar in texture to an insect’s carapace(hard yet smooth with tiny bumps). His helmet covers his face and head with a full head visor that is tinted silver and mirror polished. The sides of his helmet are covered with metal plating.
Without the armor Mucro is thin with a soft muscular build. Sandy blond hair adorns his head in a tied back ponytail held close to the base of his neck. His skin is dotted with small metal discs centered over node in his chakra lines. He generally wears a white A-shirt with light grey slacks.

Body: Lean with a touch of muscle
Ethnicity: Kaze no Kuni
Starting Inventory: Low powered chakra controlled armor, 5X Kunai, 20X Senbon, 10X Shuriken, and an old rusty Tanto
Personality: Calm and patient but strangely devoid of emotion under pressure. Mucro is able to spend hours of time to preform most tasks that other would abandon. He will study any item to discover all limitations in order to better understand his options. He can seem fussy at times as he gets more in depth in his studies but seems to calm quickly if given food.
During time of extreme physiological preasure, Mucro will go strangely clam and emotionless. Getting a near robotic feel to his behavior. His nature becomes cold and he will become very willing to go to extreme lengths to complete a goal, not something he would do in a more relaxed state.
Although a firm believer in using his own body as a weapon, Mucro is also adept in the use of manmade weapons and other makeshift weapons. He also cannot stand to see those he cares about injured or suffering, and has learned that a gentle pulsing of chakra from his hands can numb pain and ease tensions.

Background: Born in a small village on the boarder of the wind country, Mucro dreamed of becoming a ninja since he was a small child. Over time he attempted to learn ninjutsus from any passing ninjas who were willing to try to teach him. After many failures he learned to summon weak clones and produce pathetic transformations. With training and loading tons of chakra into each jutsu, Mucro learned to use each jutsu with an acceptable level.
During one training session he injured a friend and as he helped his friend by rubbing their ankle, which he had accidently kicked, he really wanted them to get better and they told him that the pain was fading. He asked on of his teachers about it and they explained what they believed had happened. That he was unconsciously channeling chakra to his hands and to the pained nerves of his friend.
Though poor in preforming jutsus, Mucro seems to be able to poor chakra in the chakra lines under his skin giving him great focus for chakra with poor implementation. With this knowledge, he set out to find a way to perform jutsus with out the use of common practices. So on his thirteenth birthday he set out to Sunagakagure to learn with his countries ninjas so he could better learn about chakra to aid him in his quest.

Fighting Type/Style: Taijutsu

Bolded are areas im discussing. The fighting style is more of a concern/intrigue of mine, although you can have just Taijutsu and be a specialist of the sort I wanted to double check and make sure this is what you wanted.
The other bold is something im not 100% on. This Low-Powered Chakra Armor, it seems to me like a custom creation. In which need to be created and accepted in the proper custom apps area before the profile can be accepted the custom must be as well. (I believe armor is in the weapons thread)
Other than that its real solid, someone else can post the custom for you, just right it and pm them (i can if you want). Its apparent that you read some rules n' stuff. If you havent take a glance over... everything in the library. Welcome to NRP xD _________________

Thank you Yasuo for pointing out my personality, I felt that it was weak but i wasn't sure how else to explain Mucro. Given time to reflect I feel that I have added to the character I originally had in mind.
As for the Low-Powered Chakra Powered Armor, i wasn't sure if it would be initially alowed so i decided to test the waters. I got the idea from the Naruto movie in the Land of the Snow. Thank you Katsuga, I hope that this update clarifies my fighting proficiancy. I also hope that I clear up any question anyelse and your self might have in the future.
