Skin tone wise, it’s only a mild tan, but somewhat close to a milk-white/off yellow hue. Eyes are mostly oval but hold a bit of a point telling that not all-Asian blood has been washed from her looks, as well as holding fine hair mixed with thickness. Tattoos aren’t in her desires at this time, so she bears none, as well as no piercings.
Ever a bit of a reoccurring theme with her, Cielle still has large sleeves that contain inside pockets for her smoke bombs, colors changing from dark reddish orange, dark goldenrod, and brown. This time they connect to her gloves, a bit of padding on the top of the hand, but the sleeve part contains a cut so the bombs can drop out at the right swish of her arm and fall out right into her hand, and capable of holding three each now. By now she's also somewhat given up the battle as some odd force out of her control keeps pushing her towards fetish outfits, and so instead she now wears a black top that ties on in the front, but as it reaches over her back it fully covers the top half with cloth slipping underneath the back to connect the gloves to each other. Though it ties in the front and a person might get the idea to simply grab one of the pieces to undo the knot, there's a seal covering the front that keeps it closed. When the Banhammer isn’t in its true state, Cielle can be seen wearing a thin, chain-link necklace with a small charm that appears just like it. Nowadays the Banhammer is a little hidden, having a cloth collar covering the chain around her neck with an ornament holding it in place and two cords of leather falling down her front.
Traveling downwards, around her waist Cielle wears a bit of a thick brown belt that buckles towards her right hip. From it sometimes hang up to two pouches: one if she's traveling with a backpack instead to hold her medical supplies. The larger of the pouches tend to hold the medical supplies while the other is for more smoke bombs and maybe the odd shuriken or two. Last to hang from this belt are a couple of over-sized tags forged from an idea of hers and invention gone right. Continuing down she wears a pair of black cloth shorts with a slitted black skirt over it that reaches a little past mid-thigh for maximum maneuverability for whenever she uses the teachings and stylings of Iku Fist.
Cielle rarely wears her hitai-ate anymore, and instead the village symbol is now inscribed on the belt around her waist, positioned so it sits under her belly button (currently Kumo’s symbol). Around her left leg is a short winding of bandages with a small holster attached for the few shuriken she carries on her. Her medical supplies are generally in a backpack for travels (tan colored), but while at home she’ll have another pouch tied around her waist, under the corset housing a smaller amount of them as mentioned before.
For off days she wears a lavender shirt that is styled much like a fine, Chinese silk shirt, but is instead simple cotton with a pale yellow cotton lining. A black skirt reaches below her knees, but is slit up both dies to two-thirds above her knees, leaving three centimeters of white shorts visible on the sides. Sometimes though one of her teachers or some random person will manage to force her into a fetish outfit out of sheer irony or comedic fashion.
Race: Caucasian-Asian
Hair: A naturally light and fair blond, like a faded custard, she’s been forced to trim what was once overly long bangs so that she can see past them more easily, but still retains long sides, with a clump falling between her eyes and sometimes over towards the left eye. Fastened near the end of each long side strand of hair is one of her red painted baubles, looking much like the one attached to her cloth choker. The bulk of her much longer tresses are now pulled back into a messy braid as some hair escape it to hang loose from the first tie – which has two baubles hanging from it at the end of the strings. Looped periodically into the braids are other ties colored close to her hair color – though a close eye can spot them – that have more baubles attached to them. A final duo sit at the end of the braid on the final tie, making the total in her hair 17 (2 on the strands, 4 at the start and end of the braid, and 11 sprinkled throughout the braid). The braid reaches a little above the back of her knees.
Eyes: At first glance appear pitch black, but upon closer inspection some flecks of gold can be spotted, and from a distance give her eyes a bit of a strange but distinctive shine.

The dream that lead Cielle onto the path she now walks has yet to be extinguished; in fact its far stronger than it ever was before. With the return of Faust, some remnants of the old Cielle have resurfaced in her generally cheery air, though she still holds new people at something of a distance. New people tend to toddle off quite suddenly she's found, and even some old acquaintances at that, but with Faust around she's a lot less depressing and skittish. Hard to be with his attitude and trying to keep it in check around other people all the time. At the same time, she's reaffirmed her desire to heal rather than destroy; and though she's not the strongest of leaders, she can't help holding a certain drive for change given the sadness she's seen everywhere she goes as of late. Given her experience at the hospital while injured, she's decided to take on a stronger personality when it comes to work time in the facility since if a nurse won't bother stepping up for a helpless patient then by the Heavens she will wreak havoc on those who wish to attack others in a weakened state. Of course, those she finds who do not protect their patients would likely receive a tongue lashing from her, or be recommended for firing/retraining.
No longer under the tyranny of the Ark, Cielle feels as though a great weight's been lifted from her shoulders, and no longer fears the Crucis since she no longer bears a connection to them. The fear hasn't changed to that of the Rizen either, Nirvana setting her at far more ease than the Ark ever has so she's admittedly a bit curious about them rather than fearful, and comforted by the knowledge that she knows two of them already. Her sense of duty in regards to healing has come back as well, no longer hiding from medic duties as much though she detests those memories from the hospital she holds. Even the aesthetic changes to the hospital haven't changed that for her. Like before, if someone wishes for a change to better themselves, then she doesn't mind performing it so long as its not just plastic surgery: she finds that frivolous.
Cielle still possesses problems trying to harm animals since she loves them so much – even sometimes dropping her guard around others in the presence of fuzzy things – and always recalls her dream to become a medic capable of healing a human and their animal partner. Her taste and definition for “cute” is subject to questioning, since she even considers Vieux Tesla’s chimera, Cibex, as “cute.” Tends to give all her pets her last name as some form of absolute adoption…and just partial habit. Like Faust before them, her pets tend to gain “Ieru” as their last name, Cielle acting as though she's adopted them (Macha included). Each time she gains a new one she studies its body structure so she knows how to better heal them later, taught this lesson thanks to Nyx the first time she fought the woman and Cielle only began researching the squirrel body structure, barely able to heal Faust.
When it comes to fighting overall, Cielle is usually one of the last people to pick a fight given the fact she prefers the healing arts, and even in a fight would rather provide support than strength. The girl holds no qualms about defending herself in a quarrel, but tends to seek an end that doesn’t involve death. Prefers trying to talk things out and/or apologizing for any misconduct on her part. Not uncommon for her to forget manners as she states her opinion only to realize people might've found it rude, and quickly apologize while restating that's her opinion.

Description: Originally said to have been created for kunoichi doing valentine missions, the Iku fist is one of the lesser known styles, and even more lesser used. Few shinobi have the chraka control and knowledge of the body required to use it these days, and even fewer that do would learn it, considering it to be at least a partial perversion of the medical arts. The principle behind it is simple, almost every ninja is taught how to deal with pain, but very few are taught how to deal with pleasure, something that a practitioner of the Iku fist takes advantage of. One of the many ways that this is done is due to the execution of the jutsu, due to the extremely dangerous circumstances that the users would find themselves in, all jutsu that belong to this style are done without hand signs. A lesser known component of the style is increased flexibility and movement speed, due to the extremely unconventional shapes that must sometimes be made in order to get a decent strike. An extremely lesser known fact of this style is that one who learns it will never lack for companionship, being very good with their hands.

Description: Innocence is a unique type of material that resides within the world. Unable to take a form of it own it hides within other objects or beings, and due it’s strange nature increases the objects power in a variety of ways. Be it by increasing the durability of it, or making it so it can change time flow, or control weather to an extent. there are two different types of Innocence currently known, equipment-type and parasite-type with equipment-type Innocence being more common whereas parasite-type Innocence is more rare.
First off since equipment-type innocence takes the form of an object each one must be custom created as a weapon, and has some restrictions. Each weapon, and SA must be of one type of Innocence only, must start out at C rank, however as the wielder of the innocence resonates deeper with the weapon, the weapon will increase in strength until it is an S-Rank weapon, and the full power (SA) has been brought fourth. Since parasite-types have the innocence occupying their body, they must start out as a C-Rank weapon, and SA addition that will evolve along with the wielder to an S-Rank Weapon, and SA.
Recently it has been discovered that there is a third type of Innocence, called Crystal-type, an evolved state of Equipment-Type that is reached after one goes through maximum invocation, and combines both Equipment and Parasite-Type features. The greater one's Innocence is in resonance with their heart, the more powerful the Innocence becomes. In addition to the innocence itself, the conformers are able to access the power of their innocence into the form of unique 'powers' (jutsus) that can only be used with Innocence. The one with this ability gets 3 extra jutsu slots for this SA at Rank one, and an additional slot for each rank above it. Additionally at Rank one the jutsus can be no higher than B, at Rank two the jutsus can be no higher than A rank, at A rank they can no higher than S rank, and at S rank they can be as high as S rank Kin.

Description: The Banhammer is a unique weapon that allows Cielle to use any jutsu she knows without the use of hand signs via channeling the appropriate amount of chakra into the hammer and either smashing a symbol in the air to fire, or slamming it into an opponent (depending on battle range necessities for said jutsu). She may access Mokuton with this, but as jutsu that require this SA to learn/use, or Mokuton related to Macha. Lastly the chain that connects it to Cielle extends and retracts as necessary to minimize obstruction. Is activated upon saying, "This is Vieux's Fault"ť and deactivated by saying, "Target banned."

Description: A parasitic innocence, it manifest both inside and outside of Cielle. For the outside portion comes in the form of a small cat that is otherwise normal until the full ability is activated, and is otherwise the main ability. However when the cat is in its activated form, it and Cielle share a common ability.
With the cat, the petals in its released state hold a special serum that when shredded, is capable of healing someone if the serum from inside the petal is dribbled on their wound and each petal is capable of healing up to a major wound if all the serum is applied (only some of the top most petals not counting the three largest ones, since the smaller ones aren't large enough to hold enough of the serum). The ability in Cielle can be activated separately from this, and instead of a serum, it is Cielle's blood that holds this unique healing quality. So long as she can coat someone's wound with the blood, it can heal it, though the more life-threatening the wound the more blood it takes to heal it. One problem is the fact that when active, Cielle's blood will try to heal any wounds she incurs as well, and this in turn uses up blood that results in her becoming more easily dizzied.
Too much use of this will cause Cielle to become dizzy and thus, disorient her, and even more will cause her to faint. If Cielle faints or becomes fatigued enough to the point she can no longer fight then Macha is automatically knocked back to harmless cat form, but if Macha uses up all her healing petals then she is reverted back to her cat form and unable to change back until the thread is over (or the fight ends if it extends over multiple threads). Any jutsu made for Macha are mokuton in essence, but for the most part are flower-themed above all else and other less sturdy plants. To activate Macha's release, Cielle will pet Macha's head and the cat will let out a piercing 'meow' before being enveloped in light and transforming. For Cielle to activate it in herself, she will say "Beautiful" and to cancel either one manually she will say "Wilted Death."

Name: Natural Scent

Description: Sometimes people are simply born with this ability while others force their bodies to be able to produce what comes naturally to those few through stories they’ve heard. These people are some of the best masseuses because they give off naturally relaxing smells all of the time that intermixes with other scents they give off based on their moods – unless they’re rather happy, then its pretty much just that one relaxing scent. As their moods are reflected in their scents, sometimes its easy to catch a bit of empathy so if they’re sad their scent might influence someone near them to be sad, but on the brighter side its hard to be down in the dumps if they’re ecstatic or simply happy. Their constant scent is a minor muscle relaxant that prevents them from feeling paralysis effects without going limp all the time either, balanced as they grew up to accommodate them specifically but can affect others who come into close proximity. Another plus to this is that people with this ability tend to save a lot on deodorant. The range of the scent fields is around two feet in radius during peaceful times and extends to three feet during combat upon heightened reaction to stress and physical exertion. Despite the range of emotions available with abilities people with this ability are also stable emotionally or tend to veer towards a main emotion, and don’t suffer being bipolar or having multiple personalities, nor can they just feel any two emotions at once.
Happiness: when happy its easier to be extroverted as well as accepting. Even during a fight a person doesn’t have to be overly smiley to be happy, and once they have a taste of one of their opponents elemental attacks (assuming they have any) then that element also becomes “accepted.”
A portion of any jutsu of that element for the duration of that fight is reconverted into chakra by the scent wielder as they are surrounded in a cloud of an earthy scent (mix between a meadow of flowers and citrus fruit) that causes the conversion into an absorbable form. Only 10% chakra can be absorbed and they always run the risk of being stricken by the jutsu if they attempt to get close enough to absorb some.
Sadness: when sad life just feels difficult and sometimes all a person wants to do is cry and hide. This negative affect falls out into the scent, and sometimes into a fight if the opponent should get too close and breathe it in.
The nose will become clogged and system feeling congested in this case as though they’ve been crying (or having an allergies bought) and the damper of a mood will translate into a bit of strength loss to 10% on the part of the opponent. Effects wear off after two posts of being away from the opponent, but start back up if they come back into the field. The smell makes one think of fresh rain after it’s stopped (plants, not on oily roads).
Rage: once violent anger steps in the goal becomes to remove the immediate threat. In these times the body naturally stimulates itself in the way of adrenaline, but with a scent user it extends to their scent production to further stimulate their muscles and boost their overall strength OR speed by 10%. The scent is rather spicy, and may spur the urge to partake in Mexican food after wards or some spicy gumbo.
Serene: it’s hard to ruffle feathers when one finds a true feeling of tranquility and someone who falls into this has a harder time falling into one of the negative emotions next. The most stable its harder to affect them negatively in general as the scent becomes one more towards keeping balance and thus, one more geared towards healing.
The effects work through their systems quicker in that how long they last is significantly lessened or negated depending on the rank of the user. Anything equal to their rank is cut in half duration wise, and for each rank below its cut in half and loses a post equal to the difference in rank (example: if a C-rank person is hit by a poison that lasts for 6 turns and is E-rank then it is divided to three and subtracted by two posts – if the final effect is death then its negated). The scent is a simple vanilla type and might make one think of cookies at odd times.
Fear: often the “I feel like I’m going to wet myself” emotion, fear produces a variety of reactions from people but more often than naught causes them to “slip up.” Mostly this will happen in younger people, but even adults will feel frightened even if they don’t show it facially yet it can be revealed in other ways.
When getting in close proximity of someone feeling this its not suggested as their field will affect any opponents that come too close and cause each jutsu they use to cost an extra 10% chakra and become more likely to tire out quicker to allow for escape of the user. Unlike the other scents this one will spread to a six-foot radius in battle because of the heightened state of “fight-or-flight” response and body moves into a higher production. The sweetest smelling of them all to the point it becomes sickening, but with a hint of sourness.

Description: All people are born with different. They have different looks, different intelligence and different skills. However, in every generation, there are always a few people who stand out. Not only are they more skilled than the average person, everything seems to come naturally to them. Of course, the world of shinobi is no different in this way: there are average people, failures and geniuses. Those born into a bloodline, in addition to generally having greater ability than others, also receive greater gifts from nature and more often, since bloodlines are created to cultivate powerful shinobi.
With this ability, all learning requirements are reduced by 20%, and bloodline learning requirements are reduced by 40%. Minimal post reduction is 1, but the final amount of posts can't be lower than 1. Additionally, they get a boost to their focus skill: 50% chakra control for ijutsu.

Description: Genius comes in many shape and forms, people shine in areas were others don't have the ability. These naturally talented people excel with ease, pushing the standards and raising the bar, those with bloodlines tend to be more naturally gifted. These people have certain skills based on their combat style, but only for the styles they have as a major or spec.
Ijutsu: Those with Ijutsu are medical masters, their abilities of healing are supreme. These masters gain the ability to use healing items as though they were a rank higher, and all surgery point requirements are cut in half.

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

Make no mistake, harm will still cause tiredness, and if muscles are too damaged then they won’t move properly or at all, just that the person won’t feel it and is a lot less conscious of it. However, if one uses chakra at the bottom of their feet, or any other body part, like when using water walking technique, they can cross the sticky liquid safely.

The clones created by this technique only possess one tenth of the user's physical ability and chakra level and they are unable to go far from the user which limits them a lot, but a smart shinobi can make a lot of use out of them. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has and only having the same power as a common weapon of that type. They are able to perform a few water techniques of C rank or lower that the user has available, but in doing so it will destroy the clone.

The chakra you produced will resonate with the patients chakra like a drop falling into a lake to reveal all of whats going on under the skin, able to look into any of the anatomical systems, but it does not reveal the chakra system. Description: The only move in the Iku fist not meant to be used on the opponent, though it can be used on others, the user gathers chraka into their own hands and move it down the areas they want affected, coating nerves with it so that it scrambles the signals that would normally be created in response to stimuli. The effect of this is to make anything that would normally be considered pain, instead pleasurable for the affected. While this can be extremely useful, it can also have a major downside, in that the affected might not realize that they are extremely hurt, or even become addicted to the sensations. This can be canceled by the user at any time but requires hand signs to use.

Description: This legendary, harmful medic-nin, even more upset at the mocking, created more techniques to disrupt normal functions in his friends. When out of battle and with great control it is possible to actually cause the internal organ to explode with the force of this jutsu, and he often used it under the guise of aiding their digestive system or helping them get over stomach problems caused by a night of drinking. More generally, this has become another offensive technique used by medics in the battlefield to incapacitate their opponent or at least bring them down a few notches. What takes place on the battlefield is that the medic will thrust their hand at their opponent, and upon contact will send a spear-like injection of chakra through the assailant to disrupt normal organ functions to the point a simple stomachache is desired more. While it can also be used to disrupt muscle functioning of limbs, is generally applied to the organs for its better effects and the amusement of watching the opponent double over like their old school bullies socked them in the gut. Only the higher ranked version can actually rupture an organ.

Description: Another variation of the Chakra Scalpel when that legendary medic-nin thought it’d be cool to find a better combat use for one of their few, decent techniques for fighting. Laughed at by his colleagues this time, he set forth to create a mid-to-long ranged version of this technique, and then demonstrated it on said colleagues. The principle of this technique is not only based off of the main move – Chakra no Mesu – but a bit of the study of puppetry, just without the strings. Since most Ijutsu specialist aren’t side puppet masters, this requires the kunai to be attached to a wire that they can transmit their chakra along to hold the jutsu to the blade in question. The blade along the kunai is extended as far as six inches from the tip. The length of the wire cannot exceed 15 feet, and at S-rank cannot exceed 30 feet. The main problem with the technique is the control of the wire as a whip, making it hard to retract if the opponent gets in close after a long ranged swing.

Description: A field is created in a 20yd square area with a scent reminiscent of warm milk, and feels a bit like one is moving through some. Jutsu that pass through this become halved in power when a person is distanced from their opponent, and only lose a quarter of power when they’re near each other and using the jutsu. Near meaning a person could jump and slam their opponent with Taijutsu. How this works is the scent naturally affects the formation of chakra and breaks it back down, but not at a high rate so the jutsu are only weakened rather than canceled while activated within this field or passing through it, and only lasts a total of four turns.

Description: This jutsu, by itself, will heat normal water to a boiling temperature. However this jutsu has a unique supplement effect - when coupled with a Suiton ninjutsu, the water in the technique will become hot water. The jutsu can be used with all Suiton ninjutsu, but some may not have any effect; for example, Water Clones will not be changed in any useful way, but Water Bullets by comparison will burn the enemy when hit. The jutsu must also be used with water that is created from chakra, not water that is manipulated with chakra.
This jutsu requires a small amount of chakra and an added amount on each jutsu its used with. The technique can't be used with kinjutsu, weapons or special abilities.

The weapon that can be created cannot exceed the size of a katana in length, but it is somewhat thicker and looks more like a crystal than a sword. However, it can still be used to both cut and stab, just like a normal blade. While it only has the same power as an average metal weapon, it can be useful in case you lack one, otherwise, it's usually not worth wasting chakra. It can also be freely made to lose or regain its solid form, though it can't deal any damage when not in the solid form.

Description: A technique made in opposition to the Mystical Hand Technique by an irate medic-nin who was always mocked by “real ninjas”, and for some odd reason was forced onto many spy and sabotage missions. This technique was at first made as a subtle way to destroy someone’s body over a period of “healings” originally, intermixed with uses of the actual healing techniques so it’d become unexplainable as to why the person eventually suffered multiple organ failures. Rather than exciting the cells into faster growth, it furthers their mortality without reproduction or replacement of the cells, causing larger strains on those left behind as well as to deteriorate tissues and organs. Not usually intended for battle use, however it is possible, but at the expense of an extra 10% chakra use upon skin contact to assure it pierces through and immediately kills off some tissue or causes internal damage in the area of connection. 5% of the chakra can be recovered if the connection isn’t made. At its lowest rank it only lessens the reaction time of a harmed limb by 15%, but is possible to heal naturally on its own. At A-rank it reaches a bit further to reduce reaction time to 30% of a contacted limb, and at S-rank the limb loses reaction speed up to 45%

This works both ways, so the user of this jutsu can’t risk using most jutsu without risk of harm to their being. Lasts 4 turns; at C-rank it extends up to 20yds, and at A-rank to 40yds, and smells like strawberries.

Description: This jutsu has 3 parts, and is far too complicated to actually use in combat. The first stage begins channeling chakra into the targets blood stream (so can't be used on ones self), so that the user can increase the count of their Type VI blood products, until it makes up over 30% of their blood plasma total. The second stage sends these products through the blood and body until they reach the place to be fixed/replaced, in which case they begin moving and forcing them through until they either fill the area to be fixed or replaced. In the case of external organs, this stage takes place simultaneously with the final stage. The third and final stage is by far the most complicated, as it slowly modifies and transforms the Type VI products into the cell types needed, and over a period of time (which varies depending on the item or organ to be replaced), slowly creates it like new. When this process is completed, the target has a brand new limb or organ to replace the damaged part or sections.
In laymans terms, this allows the user to repair or replace (depending on damage) other peoples organs or limbs that get damaged.

After that, they will proceed to gather the poison from the affected organs and blood canals into the water, at which point the water is extracted from the body in the same manner it was forced into it and removed. Unfortunately, this jutsu is not perfect, not removing all of the poison from the patient's body. The process involves a massive amount of pain for the patient, so it is only used in critical situations. Any medical shinobi can extract C and lower rank poisons this, but extracting A or S rank poisons requires greater skill and more training

If there is no cut off time then the poison stays for ten posts before dissolving from the bloodstream. Has a tendency to make those in its 20ft radius smell pretty for awhile (aka like roses).

The scent haze (still rather visible save for really long distances away), colored a pale pink, causes stress to seep out and muscles to relax except for other Natural Rose possessors since their personal scent cloud would negate this. People tend to feel pretty swell though. The petals, if eaten, restore 2% chakra per petal ingested – does require chewing. This effect of the petals only lasts the turn they're summoned (though they don't disappear from the field), while the scent lasts for 2 turns.

Description: Putting chakra into the vocal cords, Macha will sing a bewitching tune that sends out visible sound waves in a 10ft radius around her. Given the fact its visible, a person could likely dodge this, however if they should fail to get away quickly enough, then the sound waves will hit their body. This is akin to someone lightly tapping you with their palm, but its main purpose is to rattle someone's inner ear enough to set them off balance for up to three turns, one if they're just on the outer edges of this wave, and if they're outside of the range then they'll just hear a lovely tune. If hit for the three post total, there is likelihood of vomiting.

The difference when summoned over her is that she can actually control them, whereas over someone else they act on auto-pilot and can harm anyone else who gets too close, including that of allies.

With regards to the more physical arts, might throw taijutsu off guard as the person has to instead go through the rose, which would weaken the blow (and obstruct vision), and puppetry would receive a pause though the weapons could otherwise avoid it via chakra strings or return to course afterward.

The effects have no real cap but likewise it hard to measure them off wounds, so assume for every minor wound it is a 5% negative modifier to said stat.

Description: An ability that all Keepers at some within their endless lives shall gain, it is one that is pure in heart, spirit and mind. Blessing the Keeper with the ability to never fall ill, nor suffer from anything that might draw them away from Nirvana’s light, causing them to never suffer from corruption in the slightest, and making them the panicle of what one might call “Holy”. This means that one with this limit cannot be changed from this bloodline, nor may they be corrupted via abilities that work such ways nor suffer from anything that would plague the body.

Description: A trait that all Keepers share, it is one which helps them in every goal, and duty they must achieve. This limit allows for the Keeper to call upon a small bit of Nirvana’s power to assist them in battle, doing so will boost their stats by 5% all around for 10 posts, however the real catch is that their chakra shall be restored up to 25%, and they shall gain a 5% regen of chakra per post. This may only be done once per thread/battle, however for each Keeper within the thread/battle this boost gains +5%, and the time frame increases by the same amount as if each person had used this ability.

Description: A jutsu that allows the keeper to summon another keeper to the field through nirvana, allowing for them to be at full ability when they enter the thread. This jutsu takes but a few simple hand seals and poof they shall appear from a channel near the one whom had summoned them. This jutsu does not allow the Keeper to return to nirvana mid battle as to avoid damage, only to use it as an access point for the summoning instead of a poof of smoke or however other summons are summoned.

Description: A jutsu that only one with Nirvana’s chakra could ever hope to perform it is one that allows them to create life from their own life in a sense. This can be done in several different methods, all of which are equally efficient.
The first method is the ability to create a representation of them similar to a clone. This “Clone” will be able to cast only clan jutsu (Excluding this one), However each clone can have more chakra than this technique’s cost put within them do not have to, and instead will only cost up to a C rank jutsu in chakra cost.
The second mode is one where the duplicate where it creates “clones” that are made using up to half of the Keeper’s chakra reserves. These “clones” however have all of the abilities and bloodline limits of the one in question and may use any and all jutsu that the user themselves know.
The third mode is where the duplicate has all of the same weapons as the Keeper, along with all abilities that steam from those weapons, such as Innocence etc. A duplicate created in this way can have any chakra amount placed within it.
The fourth method is un-orthodox in many ways as it is a duplicate that is designed to be able to survive more than just a single hit in combat. This clone is as strong as the amount of chakra put into it, meaning that it can withstand hits that are under or at the amount of chakra that is put against it.

Description: This is a jutsu that allows for the user to create a sort of bow and arrow effect around their dominate hand. This in reality is nothing but pure chakra manifested from their body in which they can manipulate it to an extent forming that of a small bow around their arm. They may then fire out chakra arrows of the rank of this jutsu they wish to use. At C rank they may fire normal arrows, at A rank the arrows may be fired two at a time, and at S rank the arrows may have an elemental effect that they possess from other jutsu placed upon it, (Such as fire burning, water having high pressure etc.)
Background:
If someone had asked Cielle back off in Kindergarten what she’d want to be when she grew up, a ninja would’ve been far down the list. Her mother was but a humble waitress, and her father a veterinarian – both still are to her current days – and thus might have served any nin some food, or looked after a nin’s animal companion. Other members in Cielle’s family were nins or various other things but her contact with any of the ninja was generally limited by their busy life save for the few times when ones that had animal companions visited her father whenever she was helping out. Those who had chosen the profession did well, coming back with minimal to partially severe injuries, and mostly just exhaustion, and those with companions tended to take decent care of their extra set of blades. They were always her favorite animals to play with on their off days and while they were under her father’s care.
Awaiting one of her favorite playmates near the gate she witnessed what was to her an ‘awe inspiring’ event, as well as one that crushed her heart a bit. Staring into the eyes she could see plain as day that the animal had truly died some time ago, and only sheer force of will kept his paws moving, and his jaws clenched on his master’s jacket, dragging him into town. The duo had been ambushed on what was a routine delivery mission, not even an important scroll, but miscommunication had led to rogues believing he was the carrier of another village’s important scroll with high stakes dealings. After the fight, ending in the taking of the scroll, her uncle’s companion had stood upon shaky legs and grabbed onto the jacket to proceed returning home with his master as they always had, to receive the treatment they always did. Medics rushed to take the man from the animal, her uncle in critical condition and more of a worry, and no one cared about the overly large dog that then fell over. Hours later, her worried father finally found her, near the gate, running her hands through the blood soaked fur of the long deceased creature, sending mental well wishes to its departed spirit.
Only a week later, as her mother was about to take a bit of pancakes, did Cielle spring about the idea of going to the ninja academy out of nearly no where. After the choking session, the two parents questioned her on why she would wish to do something when she seemed so keen on becoming a veterinarian like her father. Coolly and methodically she explained that in the academy she’d learn the basics of how to defend her self in the field, likely gain a teacher to study under and gain some further defensive capabilities, and soon after, or at the same time, begin studies into becoming a medic-nin. In this way, as she became better and better she could then prevent tragedies like she’d seen just last week by protecting and healing while in the field, or being ready to attend to any and all immediately upon their return to the village. Yes, she did still hold some wishes to gain veterinarian knowledge to aid animal companions too, but to help more than just them appealed to her as well. Plus, perhaps she could learn greater techniques and strategies for doing so from the shinobi point of view rather than purely a doctor’s.
With reluctance, and because of her thorough explanation, they allowed her to attend where she began gaining the basic studies and arts of performing hand signs, to using weapons, and various other building block skills. Never the greatest, but she was never the bottom rung either, leveling out most often somewhere in the middle save for first aid, in which she was for once near the top.
Time passed and all seemed well until she began experiencing a series of minor headaches, escalating to migraines in a matter of days, while her own balance became so far off she nearly threw a kunai into a classmate’s eye instead of the target. Sent home it only appeared to get worse, and her parents were glad she hadn’t appeared to pass on this strange sickness to any of the others, discounting those who were already clumsy in the class. Some days later her mother nearly panicked, her daughter still sick, but nowhere in sight until she heard whimpering coming from under the mussed bed. Peering below Cielle was huddled in the corner, facing the wall and shivering. She tried to reach out only for her darling to screech at her “Do not touch me!” and “Leave me alone!” Mother’s instinct said don’t listen, and another instinct said to obey, so instead she reformed her mother instinct to tell her to get her daughter something to eat while she let her sick daughter hide under the bed – light sensitivity? She asked herself – and let her cat into the room. The feline, its own instinct being very cat-like, didn’t obey the earlier screeches and instead huddled against her owner’s back, purring lowly, and allowing the girl to turn around and latch her hands around the feline. This time when the mother peered below, a bowl of soup on a tray on the bed stand, she gasped as she saw the six marks marring Cielle’s forehead, bleeding, and she yanked both the cat and Cielle out from under, despite the clawing from both. The blood cleansed away, and bandages in place, her mother was finally able to sooth her, telling her that they would see a doctor tomorrow, again, to see what this new symptom meant.
Surprise only awaited her the next day as her daughter was outside, playing with one of the dogs the father had brought home to sit for a vacationing family, bandages gone and no marks or scars telling of what had been there the day before. This didn’t deter her from taking her young daughter to the hospital just in case, and was informed that her daughter was likely in the best health of her life right then and there. Despite this perfectly clean bill of health her mother refused to allow her attend the academy further, having convinced her self that something there had morphed her “precious baby” and possibly mutated her. So for a few years Cielle was forced to practice what she’d learned away from her mother, while trying to convince her to reenter the academy to finish her schooling and continue her chosen path during meals and after school. With time, and her father’s back up, Cielle finally reached through to her mother, as there hadn’t been any other incidents to their knowledge, and there hadn’t been reports of anything wrong with the school at all – though they’d never gone forth with anything more than their daughter catching a horrid flu under the school’s roof, no mention of the forming stigmata – so there wasn’t any further case to keep her from attending. Plus, whatever she’d caught seemed to have improved her health comparatively, so back she went to graduate late compared to the average student, and finished with her highest being her abilities in first aid.
Furthering her studies after school into actual medic techniques, she ran into another Kumo-nin, as well as a strange girl who succeeded in creeping her out and gained her disfavor for attacking a squirrel. The offense was then revoked as the girl suffered a humiliating defeat at the squirrel's hands and Cielle hoped to see it later. However these two disappeared and she's wondered what happened to the boy, but hoping not to see the girl again.
Not long after she came upon a truly strange entity by the name of "Vieux" and has wondered about his sanity since their first talk. An attack upon the village caused them to be knocked out for a bit before coming too to the chaos and trying to give aid where they could. The attack took out Vieux's food stand of choice, but luck was on her side as her favorite was still intact, meeting him yet again during lunch time. While he still revealed himself to be an odd ball she found herself adjusting a little more readily to his random tendencies. This time the meeting ended in her sending him flying out of an instinctual action when her brain shut off due to extreme levels of feelings of embarrassment. In her haste to avoid him for a short period of time, Cielle discovered that she could open a portal and found herself near the same area where she'd been practicing. Easily she recalled that remarkable squirrel and upon wondering how his health was, discovered him fighting a rabies infested dog. Human amazement froze her while watching the creature fall to his squirrelly might and revealed he'd learn to use the new senbon piercing as a personal forest fighting style. A bond formed as she found herself capable of interpreting his actions and feelings as they disposed of the disease-infested remains and he gained a stable home and a name, "Faust."
Their understanding and new team-up came to a quick test when Cielle was approached in the hospital by a mysterious figure bent on gaining a demonstration. A lure demanded she follow and the fact they didn't go beyond the garden offered comfort until she not only broke Faust's body, but tried to attack her in the midst of healing him. It quickly escalated into a game of chase as Cielle struggled to hide and heal him at the same time, making it with some seconds to prepare for a 'sneak attack.' Throughout the fight Faust proved an excellent companion in his continually successful fighting style in combination with Cielle's smoke bomb use and ability to perform jutsu. A voice offered aid in the middle of it, giving Cielle prime opportunities to prepare before she found herself in a show-down in a Western-style of a "quick draw." While winning the quick draw, it served as a closer to their fight in the mountains before being moved to a new location that had Cielle utterly lost, but gaining a sudden advantage of heightened capabilities. The new place rejected the woman, who'd dubbed herself as "Nyx," and soon she left with the promise of returning, leaving behind a tired pair, but stronger for it.
Days followed and Cielle began seriously studying under a few doctors at the hospital…except found herself stuffed into odd outfits referred to as “fetish costumes.” Made no sense to her, but hey, her teachers told her to wear them so she did with embarrassment ever present and kept discovering odd instances were others would put her in them, even the Ark. In a maid’s uniform at the hospital she was reminded of how harsh mortality and reality could mix as a boy’s body suddenly began giving out on him in the middle of their conversation, how the Ark personified her when it changed her into an angel outfit without too many problems, and even the entertaining confusions in life when the head maid of a household stuck her into a maid uniform to help clean a house she’d been hired to protect. Dressed in a form of a “little red riding hood” type costume, she ran into Vieux again, who kept referring to himself as “Towel Man.” Things moved along pretty well, though from something of a casual chat, to a romantic atmosphere, and then just as quickly into a teaching session only for things to take a wrong turn when Faust turned human. This ability of his came about when days before he’d been helping Ava train a new ability of her own and then he consumed a fruit that stood out amongst others and swiftly changed back and forth between human and squirrel. This spurred on an argument and caused the two to part ways on bad terms and began the chain of similar endings.
Grogginess kept attacking Cielle until the Ark finally and successfully summoned her mind/soul to its domain – for some unexplained reason having a bit of a difficult time with the sometimes-ditzy blond. It gave an assignment Cielle felt compelled to refuse since it demanded she kill two people important to her: Faust and Vieux. Admittedly she might not have been on good terms with Vieux at the moment, sure he hated her for supposedly hating science, but that didn’t mean she felt free to attempt killing him, and sure as hell couldn’t bring herself to harm Faust on purpose. Doctors found a test to their stamina and healing abilities as with each hit from the Ark to her mind and soul, Cielle’s body received an exact replica of the wound. This back and forth lasted until Cielle finally found the strength and opportunity to fight back, the Ark letting her fall from its grasps back to her body and became a Fallen Crucis. Imprisonment in the hospital was inevitable in the after math with the doctors constantly speculating on how Cielle came to gain such wounds even in the midst of healing and in the absence of an enemy. Hypotheses from a new poison to a foreign jutsu came forth and Cielle stated the half-truth in saying she’d been asleep at the time the ‘attack’ happened, so she couldn’t confirm anything despite holding the true knowledge. The attack also served to frighten her mother more, the woman already detesting whatever ability Cielle gained from her childhood and always assuming it’d messed up her child. No one visited her until she sneaked out and discovered that Faust came each day to see if she’d do exactly that and felt comforted that at least her animal companion could be counted on.
Even a momentary “happy ending” had to fall short as the Ark summoned both of them into its clutches. In some vain hope she’d come back to it without Faust around to supposedly cloud her judgment, the Ark killed the squirrel before her eyes, but consequently ended up nearly killing Cielle at the same time both from cutting her near in half and from the devastation she felt from seeing her only friend die. Between Firo – her first Ark Creation pet – and more medical attention, her physical body healed up relatively well despite her spirits still being as low as ever. She felt empty when she met Hideo again, though hardly recalling him from the short meeting back when she first started learning medical techniques and technically the first time she met Faust as well. A rather kooky married couple trying to recapture a patient interrupted their peaceful meeting on the bench and all too quickly Hideo left her alone with them.
The young doctor promised to bring her back some pudding later so long as she was a good girl, or something along those lines. Cielle agreed, knowing he’d find out her room number either way since he seemed interested in her wounds regardless – though she held no plans to tell him how she came about them. Going inside, she soon realized new smells were emanating from her after much frustration over their originating location and their mysterious appearance. Arrival of the pudding produced only a short burst of happiness – becoming a trend now – as moments later the doctor’s wife appeared and began assaulting Cielle in a sexual manner until the girl could finally yell out a “No!” Again the situation ended badly, however, when the doctor left in a rather depressed mood and thought Cielle to be lying despite it being an impossibility with Xa Mya in the room (then again, not like he knew that). After having something of a stressful lunch with Ventus and Hideo, she’s begun wondering what she keeps doing “wrong” in life to make all these situations turn so horribly. Even after that she’s found a complete hatred for the Kumo hospital when she realized her teacher would’ve left her severely burnt if she didn’t hold other jutsu he wanted to see performed, intermixed with the lack of aid from the nurse during her assault and so many bad events taking place on its grounds.
From then on life was either odd or plain depressing as Cielle could hardly keep a meeting with another person lasting very long, and instead focused more on her training. Time spent in the hospital dwindled as she took to missions more, sent on a particularly odd one a fateful morning. As easy as it sounded, she had to listen to an old man babble about his history and record it for his family's sake, keeping the man alive when an attack came about. Through the tail she learned a bit more about the mysterious woman who attacked her a few years ago, suspicion kindled in believing her to have been a past Crucis of Compassion as the man gave details leading to such conclusions. This woman he loved disappeared, Cielle aching for him even as she allowed him a peaceful and pain-free passing while taking that woman's memory to the grave with him.
Returning home she again faced Ventus as he had a disturbing request for her: to perform an operation that would gain him more power. He promised to protect her, and deciding she no longer cared what the Ark thought, agreed to do so if more so to test her knowledge and abilities in her medical practices. A tiring operation as it was, Cielle conducted the change in his body as demonic cells overtook his system and nearly killed it before she harmonized them into replacing rather than pure destruction. Soon after he thanked her, promising to return with the eye of an Uchiha for her to transplant in a few days, to which the tired girl agreed and sent him on his way. Again she found herself quickly left once she'd served her use, though gained the odd company of a small white cat. In an effort to cheer her up it played with her house plants, their souls synchronizing as she realized just what the cat truly was underneath its cute exterior...but she found it adorable all the same as it took Faust's place on her shoulder.
The old man's tale hardly forgotten, Cielle's soul journeyed back inside the Ark to talk to the woman who appeared at the calling. Details spilled forth on how the spirit chose to become trapped in this torturous after-life, doomed to watch the man she loved die while still loving her all the while. Cielle found herself sympathizing with the woman as she recalled it killing Faust for not being natural as it wanted the man dead, but took the deal from Nyx for her life so long as the threat inside him stayed sealed for the rest of his life. Many questions she'd formed over time were answered by Nyx as the woman explained to her how the Crucis of Compassion was near doomed to walk against the Ark's usual wishes. How the Ark thought and yet didn't feel came further to light, living somewhat through the Crucis and yet asking things of them most knew as common sense to fail, and the more she talked to Nyx the more she realized she'd truly grown. As Nyx sacrificed her life for her loved one, Cielle knew she'd rather fight, despite her general distaste for fighting. Given a choice, she'd rather stand alongside than watch longingly in death and having them both suffer. And when the time come, then she'd choose as Nyx did to stay behind a little longer to guide the next Crucis of Compassion so they may suffer less than either of them. The only question Nyx failed to answer was in how to forgive the Ark for being the Ark, as she both forgave and still detested it for the choice she'd made.
Finally Nyx fell to the Heaven the Ark provided for its “children,” but Cielle sat on the fake hills and wondered about the Ark. Questioning it only brought silence while it plotted in its depths, desperately working to regain her favor and will with a gift, but only served to further her desperation and ire. A woman Cielle would later recall knowing only as “the Dark Lord Fluffy” wandered in, answering her questions and reminding Cielle simple facts of life. Though she disliked it, Cielle had to acknowledge her point that everyone must make sacrifices in life, and discovering the woman only recently lost her lover as well as holding a bit of an identity crisis, or the ability to reaffirm who she was and is. The meeting was brief, something pulling her away and in time for the Ark to finish its surprise.
So overjoyed at seeing the visage Cielle believed herself to be under a Genjutsu as she raced to the human-version of Faust and hugged him with full force. Her first and truest friend now stood in somewhat Western-movie glory before her as the Ark even fashioned new clothes for him – so she wouldn't have to tackle a nude squirrely man every time he went human. Seeing him made her realize and accept the Ark was indeed learning, as Hio pointed out its likeness to a child. Knowing it held the true capacity to learn allowed her to forgive it and promise to help it grow to prevent the unnecessary tragedies from happening. It would be her path towards helping the rest of the Crucis as the possessor of Compassion, even if jitters filled her at the thought of meeting them still. Wanting to take care of issues back home as well, not forsaking her homeland, she bid it adieu for now and went back to her body where the squirrel version of Faust would also manifest, continuously cursing the Ark more than likely.
Back in her hometown after a minor trip to Iwagakure with Hideo, nerves ran rampant in Cielle even as she asked for an audience with the tired Raikage while knowing little to nothing about the recent zombie infestation. Dressed a bit questioningly due to her aunt, the secretary still warned of a guest before Cielle, Faust, and Macha entered the office. Outlining each concern strengthened Cielle's resolve until she reached her main concern in patient safety, recalling the rather sexual assault on her during a hospital stay. Much to her surprise and happiness the Raikage saw the seriousness in some of the problems, going so far as to assign one of the ANBU squads stationed nearby so the doctors wouldn't have to worry about being the only protectors of the sick and weakened. Bella, the captain of the ANBU, then accompanied her towards the hospital, along the way the woman becoming fast friends with Cielle and even amusing/charming Faust – not necessarily an easy feat. Her easy acceptance of the odd array of pets Cielle kept only further charmed the woman to Cielle until over tea they even plotted a few activities to do together whenever some free-time arose. Alongside some distraction from a costume change from policewoman to fire-woman on Cielle's part – dear old auntie having given Xa Mya the wrong bag on purpose.
At her aunt's things took a drastic change as Cielle found her vision fading alongside feeling from her body. The sensation of being as light as a feather filled her even as pressure came upon her forehead. Instinctively Cielle knew the white stigmata from falling now bloomed, but unaware why since she hadn't called them forth. As the pressure ebbed a faded figure stood before her, Cielle realizing it was as though looking into a wavering pond to see a reflection as it cleared and stilled. Before her stood a reflection without the crosses, a hand in the reflection moving alongside hers to feel for the crosses and move bangs to see if they still marred her forehead or not, and discovered they'd disappeared. The shadows she floated in faded all too quickly as a vast meadow flashed before her sight, standing in a field of tall grass and flowers, and in the distance a tree that stood as tall as the rumored sakura tree near Mikazuki, large despite the distance. Around her a presence floated near permeable and presented comfort instead of the Ark's intimidation. A second later Faust fell into her arms in squirrel form, hopping free to transform into human form on full guard. Without words, without a sound, without any pressure Nirvana made itself known to them, filling them with knowledge they need not fear the Ark's demands or decisions further.
Soon the creations the Ark bestowed upon Cielle entered the field, Firo brushing against her leg even as Jasper Jade kept his usual distance (due to pointiness), and Xa Mya standing apart from the group filled with fright. She knew where they were, and what she was: an agent for the Ark. Immediately Nirvana filled their minds so they need not worry, tears coming to Xa Mya's eyes as it promised her redemption in rebirth, warning Cielle she'd be without the woman for awhile and might not recognize her upon completion. With Cielle's blessing Xa Mya disappeared into the depths of Nirvana while it blessed Cielle with abilities not unlike what she knew from the Ark and yet grander. These new abilities came with the understanding that despite Cielle's wishes, pain would continue to exist and she merely held the ability to relieve it or add to it: her preference would remain in relieving pain and sadness whenever possible.
The last of her memories involve waking up in her apartment with most of her pets nearby, Macha curled on the other pillow even as Firo slept at the end of the bed, and Faust lay spread out on the floor. As usual, Jasper Jade was absent, though she knew he was standing guard in the kitchen in case a food thief happened by. Nothing worse than stolen breakfast. Crosses no longer marred her forehead, but instead sat over her heart in blessing. _________________
