Description: Known only by the mark of Ichi (One) and the Crysanthemum crested upon the blade, Kiku-Ishimonji was constructed from thirteen of the norimune Clan's greatest smiths for the first known Clan Lord of the norimune Clan. It's blade is constructed from Seion (Serene), the material that each Norimune naturally processes within their body and posesses several unique abilities beyond that of normal norimune Blades. Primarily, the sword devours the chakra of any who it strikes (1%) and feeds it to the sword itself, sustaining a layer of wind chakra that surrounds the sword's blade as well as sustaining the wielder's chakra flow with the increase. The sword also seems to posess great lightness, nearly feather-light.

I seem to remember something about weapons that harvested an opponent's chakra for the wielder requiring S-rank.

Nope, I have an A rank that does so. Besides, from what I read, it just uses the chakra to sustain it's wind aura, and doesn't give it to the wielder. Plus this has to deal with a clan, that deals in special weapons, so it can be stronger than normal.

WTF? What do I need to do to get this approved, and why isn't it approved already? Like Yuwea said it's a clan-made weapon and it's chakra absorption is to fuel the wind aura, so I don't see what the major problem is, especially since the absorbtion rate is very low.
