Wears a black tank top with black baggy pants; in the left pocket of her pants she carries a photo of her brothers. In the right pocket on her right leg she carries kunais. Is always wearing a green pendant left behind by her father. Carries a scythe with her wherever she goes. Reileyn has a scare on her right cheek.
Reileyn has grown into a mature woman seeking knowledge of the ways of the ninja.

Description:Transforms the user into another different appearance. Whether they transform into another person or turn into a material thing such as a shuriken, doesn't matter.
Bunshin No Justu [Clone Jutsu]

Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.
Magen: Kokuni Arazu no Jutsu [Demonic Illusion: False Surrounding Skill]

Description: A genjutsu technique that makes the victim believe that he/she is in a totally different surrounding than they really are. This can create an advantage for the user because only the user would have the true idea of the layout of the battlefield, while their opponent does not.

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is an extremely powerful and flexible technique. Housenka begins with creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the user's mouth, and shooting them at a single or multiple opponents in one strike. These projectiles either can be shot from fast
in the same direction, to slow in a rotating formation. Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs, to the speed they travel towards the target.
Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking]

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.
Kinobori [Tree Climbing]

Requirements: Learned From A Gennin Sensei
Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.
Houshou [Crushing Fist]

Description: A taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. This move is capable of knocking an opponent approximately 30-40 feet back.
Isei no Saibou [Cell Regeneration]
Rank: S (Kinjutsu)
Requirement: Medical History / Proper Medical-Ninja Training
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. An extremely powerful jutsu, it uses all of the ninja's chakra and stamina. Even though this jutsu can save the user from death, they will certainly not able to continue a battle in this condition.

Description: A Genjutsu technique where the ninja targets a mass of people and puts them to sleep. Illusory feathers appear to rain upon them, and they will then fall into a deep slumber. More useful than simple Nemuri [Sleep], this technique is still useless in combat, as most superior shinobi know Genjutsu Kai [Genjutsu Release] to counter it. It takes quite a lot of focus to target many people at once.
Chakra no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]

Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique]

Requirements: Approved Summoning Animal
Description: Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. There are many variations to the Kuchiyose, and some of which include the substitution of a life as a blood sacrifice, or even no sacrifice or hand seals at all. Not all things summoned are animals. People and items can be summoned.

Description: By attacking the base of the brain stem with chakra converted to electricity, The user is able to flip the brain's movement signals to the arms and legs. For example, if one tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move.
Background: Daughter of the leader of the Itichi clan, and sister to Zieg Itichi. Reileyn grew up in a clan that taught different ways in which she could be a great woman some day. When her brother disappeared she grew furious for that she idoled her brother greatly. She often trained in the forest to make her abilities great so that one day she would be able to find her brother and be able to protect him like a sister should be able to do. After the Itichi Clan invasion Reileyn leaves the village in search of her brother Zieg. She found herself rather great in her abilities of traveling, so she had packed essentials in which she believed would help her for her journey. She came across many people trying to kill since they had found out who she was. When a few years later she comes across the village of Sound, a dark and mysterious place. When she heard the townspeople talking about some person named Zieg. Hopes had sparked for Reileyn for she hadn't heard that name in awhile, and it made her smile. She talked to a few of the townsfolk and asked who this Zieg was and they replied by that he was a great ninja, rather strong and powerful. Hearing that Zieg is a top ranked ninja, Reileyn decides to join the village, in hopes of seeing her brother. She joins the academy and starts training to become a ninja. While in the academy she meets a rather dark and mysterious young man that is always trying to make Reileyn feel mediocre. He is always calling her weak and not the kind of person who should be a ninja. This makes Reileyn furious for she trains furiously and tries to prove herself that she is indeed a ninja worthy of being in this village and that she is worthy of being a ninja. She trains hard so maybe some day Zieg will recognize her.
In Recent events, Reileyn's home, Otogakure was attacked by other villages. Wanting to help her brother. Reileyn was watching her brother battle Lava Mai. She had never really heard of him but the battle was quite intense. She knew that he could handle his own. So she went to see how Kiyo was doing. She saw him fighting a man, a man she had never seen before. Kiyo had retreated and the man apporached her. She stood her ground ready to fight. The man was Ryu Kisuke, he said he was a friend of her fiancee, Eric Hatake.
The man had kidnapped Reileyn and took her to the Po-Med Warehouse in the land of Water. Reileyn didn't know where she was but knew that she wouldn't betray her brother. The man had revealed himself as Eric, but he was changed over the course of six months. The only way he would let her go home was if she married him. She agreed to it. Within an hour they were wed. Reileyn Itichi was now Reileyn Hatake, but she had to keep it a secret from her brother. When Reileyn worked her way back home to Sound she hid her wedding ring. Hoping no one would know of this.
In the most recent events Reileyn had dissappeared from Otogakure to train. With the dissapearnce of Kiyo and her brother, she was all alone. Training thorugh the past months Reileyn found out that oto had no leader to lead them. She smirked as she walked back into the village. Her hair long all the way to the middle of her back. As she carried the katana her brother gave her on the day she left. She walked through the village and saw that the people were in peril. She sighed walking towards the Otokage Mansion swinging the doors open. THe guards placed their hands on her, she gave them a look of death as she walked through the mansion not even seeing the otokage around, she shook her head knowing that Xarnt abandoned his post She sighed sitting in the chair. Knowing that her home needed a leader and she would fill that position.
During her travels, she trained under a great Medical shinobi around the land of rain, she learned how to properly hell great wounds. The man thought she would be worthless as a student. Her determination and pride made her push through the battles and heal the friends she had made on her travels. With the help of Kirara, REileyn proved to the old man that she was able to do anything she had set her heart to. Showing to this man she was determined to surpass him in power and become the greatest medical kunoichi. She trained for three great long years showing her determination to bring her village back to a place of great power.
Sample Post: One bright day a red haired ninja, jumped from tree to tree unsure of what her next destination was. Her blue green eyes scoped out the layout of the forest as to see if any enemies were nearby. Suddenly soft sounds of leaves were heard behind her and she wasn't sure if she should be seen out in the open. The red haired girl jumped further up into a tree and looked down to see who was following her.
When she peered down she saw a young man, one she had gone to the academy with. One she was always fighting with as to if her abilities was slacking or not. She growled to herself and to think that this BOY was following her, someone of her caliber. She growled and grabbed one of her shurikens and sent her chakra flowing into the shuriken. Closing her eyes and taking a deep breath she sent the shuriken flying at the boy with great haste, as she appeared behind him with a kunai at his throat, "Who is mediocre now, Mutsuki?"¯ She smirked slightly, but then the boy transported into a log. She gasped when she felt a sharp pain across her neck, "I guess the mediocre is you, Reileyn." He smirked slyly as he removed the kunai from her throat. Reileyn growled as he turned around and headed back to the village.
Now that she is a genin, Reileyn has been training to become a med nin. In aiding her fellow friends and family and making sure that they are well when they come home. Her training has been tough but she considers it a step into becoming a great ninja.

Rei if you want custom jutsus you must first have 100 post, and create them in the custom jutsu list. You can keep slots open in your jutsu list, and make them and add them later.
