Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Description: A useful, though relatively weak, fire ninjutsu. After forming several needed hand seals, the user will exhale a series of fast fireballs. These are useful to drive an opponent into a corner, towards a certain place or simply at times when quantity is better than quality.

Requirements: 3-point training for each level, C-rank for Stage 2, A-rank for Stage 3
Description: The Riyukous is the Kekkei Genkai doujutsu of the Itichi clan, it manifests itself in three stages which are awakened through training and battle. It is believed that the power of the Riyukous eye comes in response to a need and so it is impossible for one to simply channel chakra into their eyes in the hope that they might receive the doujutsu, though not improbable that a clansman may receive it without entering battle. At any stage the Riyukous eye possess the ability to reverse any genjutsu that the Itichi is caught in back onto the user, however the clansman is limited in this ability in that it will only work on genjutsu that he has the power to dispel, the chakra cost of reversing the genjutsu is equal to how much chakra the opponent used.

o Stage One: The Riyukous eye becomes purely white, and leaves only the pupil, one tomoe appears in each eye, somewhere around the pupil, the tail is always pointing outwards. With this stage the Itichi can dispel B rank and below genjutsu instantly without a cost to their chakra. The user can now see with a greater clarity, they find themselves able to see in shrouded areas such as thick mist or darkness.
o Stage Two: In this stage the user gains two tomoe within each eye, the tomoe are positioned opposite each other and are hardly ever symmetrical with the opposite eye. Stage two carries the traits from stage one and also gains new abilities. The Itichi can now dispel A rank genjutsu instantly without any chakra cost and similarly, any genjutsu that the clansman uses becomes more believable so that a simple genjutsu kai will not work despite its rank. The user also gains an ability called ‘Dead Interpretation’ whenever something is in motion the Riyukous eye can calculate the speed at which the object is moving and its projected trajectory. The Itichi can then take this information and use it to calculate their next attack or avoid an incoming strike.
o Stage Three: This is the most advanced version of the Itichi clan doujutsu, few members of the clan have ever achieved this feat and those that have are always the strongest members of the clan. The user gains three tomoe in each eye, one positioned above the pupil and with the remaining two positioned to the lower left and right of the eye with the tail always facing away from the pupil, the eyes are always symmetrical at this stage. Stage three carries over the same traits from the previous two stages and also grants the Itichi new abilities. The clansman can now use any genjutsu in their arsenal without the need for hand seals so long as they can catch the target’s eye for even just a split second. The Riyukous eye can now dispel S rank genjutsu instantly without any chakra cost and similarly makes any genjutsu used by the clansman much more believable with the genjutsu being treated as two ranks higher than it actually is for breaking purposes.

Description: Once the target is caught under the genjutsu they will be instantly knocked unconscious for a few seconds. During this time the user can make movements, striking his opponent, or avoiding him. The target doesn't realize they were put under the genjutsu, therefore not realizing it happened at all. It will only appear as if the user has teleported.

Background:
Daughter of the leader of the Itichi clan, and sister to Zieg Itichi. Reileyn grew up in a clan that taught different ways in which she could be a great woman some day. When her brother disappeared she grew furious for that she idoled her brother greatly. She often trained in the forest to make her abilities great so that one day she would be able to find her brother and be able to protect him like a sister should be able to do. After the Itichi Clan invasion Reileyn leaves the village in search of her brother Zieg. She found herself rather great in her abilities of traveling, so she had packed essentials in which she believed would help her for her journey. She came across many people trying to kill since they had found out who she was. When a few years later she comes across the village of Sound, a dark and mysterious place. When she heard the townspeople talking about some person named Zieg. Hopes had sparked for Reileyn for she hadn't heard that name in awhile, and it made her smile. She talked to a few of the townsfolk and asked who this Zieg was and they replied by that he was a great ninja, rather strong and powerful. Hearing that Zieg is a top ranked ninja, Reileyn decides to join the village, in hopes of seeing her brother. She joins the academy and starts training to become a ninja. While in the academy she meets a rather dark and mysterious young man that is always trying to make Reileyn feel mediocre. He is always calling her weak and not the kind of person who should be a ninja. This makes Reileyn furious for she trains furiously and tries to prove herself that she is indeed a ninja worthy of being in this village and that she is worthy of being a ninja. She trains hard so maybe some day Zieg will recognize her.

In Recent events, Reileyn's home, Otogakure was attacked by other villages. Wanting to help her brother. Reileyn was watching her brother battle Lava Mai. She had never really heard of him but the battle was quite intense. She knew that he could handle his own. So she went to see how Kiyo was doing. She saw him fighting a man, a man she had never seen before. Kiyo had retreated and the man apporached her. She stood her ground ready to fight. The man was Ryu Kisuke, he said he was a friend of her fiancee, Eric Hatake.

The man had kidnapped Reileyn and took her to the Po-Med Warehouse in the land of Water. Reileyn didn't know where she was but knew that she wouldn't betray her brother. The man had revealed himself as Eric, but he was changed over the course of six months. The only way he would let her go home was if she married him. She agreed to it. Within an hour they were wed. Reileyn Itichi was now Reileyn Hatake, but she had to keep it a secret from her brother. When Reileyn worked her way back home to Sound she hid her wedding ring. Hoping no one would know of this.

In the most recent events Reileyn had dissappeared from Otogakure to train. With the dissapearnce of Kiyo and her brother, she was all alone. Training thorugh the past months Reileyn found out that oto had no leader to lead them. She smirked as she walked back into the village. Her hair long all the way to the middle of her back. As she carried the katana her brother gave her on the day she left. She walked through the village and saw that the people were in peril. She sighed Â walking towards the Otokage Mansion swinging the doors open. THe guards placed their hands on her, she gave them a look of death as she walked through the mansion not even seeing the otokage around, she shook her head knowing that Xarnt abandoned his post She sighed sitting in the chair. Knowing that her home needed a leader and she would fill that position.

During her travels, she trained under a great Medical shinobi around the land of rain, she learned how to properly hell great wounds. The man thought she would be worthless as a student. Her determination and pride made her push through the battles and heal the friends she had made on her travels. With the help of Kirara, REileyn proved to the old man that she was able to do anything she had set her heart to. Showing to this man she was determined to surpass him in power and become the greatest medical kunoichi. She trained for three great long years showing her determination to bring her village back to a place of great power.

A few months have passed and Reileyn now traveled the world in search of any new Itichi's. Having left Otogakure. When loosing her greatest friend, Sairyou Uchiha, Reileyn realized the hardships of being the Kage and she stepped down from the mantel. As she traveled the world she realized she needed to become stronger. After hearing of Oto's destruction she realized training was a most. She entered Kirigakure, and met aman named Sephiroth. She wasn't sure of who this man was but she trained with him. His compassion had caught her eyes and she realized that she had been hurt before with romance and she needed to be careful with this one.

Rei if you want custom jutsus you must first have 100 post, and create them in the custom jutsu list. You can keep slots open in your jutsu list, and make them and add them later.
