Name: Saikousai Kenjutsu :: Righteous Blade Technique
Requirements: Taijutsu major, or minoring Taijutsu, each level must be trained separately as a jutsu of your character's current rank and in order.

Description: This Kenjutsu style has few specific movement patterns or exceptional techniques; however, it is a style that prides itself in it's extreme mastery of sword style weapon combat. Practitioners of this art are trained to use the Tenkado (Heaven Gate) stance and the Herukado (Hell Gate) stance, when in countering foes. The Tenkado stance is holding your sword tilted upward giving them leverage over their opponents offering greater chance of deep slashes and rapid secession of hits. The Herukago stance tilts the blade downward allowing the user to pry into their opponents core while also giving quick attacks to a users base. Rule of thumb, the Tenkado stance is used for quick battles that may cover long distance, while the Herukago stance is used for close quarter battles. In general, with each level in training of this kenjutsu style the user becomes more adapt to molding their chakra while increasing the speed and accuracy in their attacks.

Description: This jutsu collects chakra on the edge of the blade creating small needles of chakra that when the user when slashing the blade send these chakra small needles flying in the direction of the target. On contact, these small needles cause chakra contact burns and small cuts. This is normally used as a supplementary attack.

Description: This jutsu creates a false illusion of the blade extending. This can confuse, or startle the opponent as the length of blade decreases or increases. However, the illusion will disappear if the segment that is under the illusion makes contact with an object. [Note: This could be used as a temporary weapon henge as well.]

Description: This jutsu distributes chakra through the entire blade, therefore, increasing its density and increases the damage of the end result normally causing the target to be knocked back. This jutsu could be used for blunt damage or knocking one’s opponent off their balance.

Description: This jutsu uses the reflection of light as a medium for the transfer of chakra into the receivers system. In general, this jutsu taps into the targets sight and feeling sensation allowing the user to visualize and feel themselves moving, yet they are not. Instead, they are stun for up to four seconds (1 post of combat) or until they free themselves. This jutsu does not affect taste or hearing and can be dissolved easily.

Description: This jutsu spins chakra violently around edge of the blade creating an almost chainsaw like reaction. The blade can be used as a saw. This jutsu allows the user control in the direction of the rotation in chakra along the blade.

Description: This jutsu distributes chakra into almost a razor sharp fine line along the edge of the blade increasing the effectiveness in cutting [rocks can be cut with a single application of this jutsu much easier] and it protects the blade from breaking/chipping because the chakra disperses the damage edge instead of one spot. However, this jutsu can be overpowered by a stronger jutsu.

Description: This jutsu consists of the user creating the illusion of a twister forming around them by slashing in a circular fashion. The twister is easily falsified, but it can momentarily trick an opponent as they attack. The user can freely move in and out of the fake twister with out breaking it, but it will collapse in a plume of smoke if the illusion is broken by outside contact.

Description: This jutsu combines six slashes into the stroke of one. The user funnels chakra into their arms increasing the synapses of the muscles in the arm. Therefore, allowing them to spring six slashes that will form a star on the chest like an asterisk mark. The normal human's eye will register one slash and depending on when the opponent blocks they will receive a certain number of amount of slashes because they have already hit that many times. So, if the technique is stopped one half of the way ( the blade has fallen half way to completion), the user had already been able to place two deep slashes on the opponent.

Type: Kenjutsu / Genjutsu

Description: This jutsu is a mere more complex version of the Moon Coat jutsu. This jutsu coats the edge of the blade for six slashes. With each contact and/or clash with the opponent while this jutsu is active, this jutsu momentarily overloads the synapses of the opponent with dispersed chakra causing a slower reactions. Therefore, the opponent will be slowed down momentarily (for two combat posts) throwing off rhythm and precision.

I don't see why, I gave its maximum length of time until the body naturally corrects that jutsu.

No, they are different. Very different. Though they can be combined, but the previous jutsu increases the speed of the user combining six slashes into one strike. This jutsu attacks the nervous system of the other user slowing their opponent down momentarily.

Considering that jutsu does not actually break the rock it only makes it easier to cut things and neither us will falter, can we get an outside judgement?

The body should be able to correct these imbalances rather quick. So, I'm thinking it'll throw their opponents rhythm off for at least two posts.
Ok first of all, There isn't actually a Kenjutsu style, so you should change that so it requires Taijutsu, as well as making all of the attacks Taijutsu based, otherwise it will not only be impossible to approve, but people wont be able to learn them. Also, just make a sword a requirement for the entire style, and remove it from the jutsu requirements.
1. C Rank. Not only does the jutsu increase the cutting power, but it also protects the blade
4. For every bit that the density increases, the sword would become heavier. Also, playing around with the swords density would also make it more fragile over a period of time.

6: You are aware that moving inside and out of the twister will tell your opponent is there, making it easier for them to dispel it.
