Sophia is slightly above the average height for a female of her age but not to the point were she can't blend in with a crowd. Her figure is slim, often described as petite due to her miniature wasit but luckily for her, Sophia is blessed enough to have curves that would make any girl jealous; giving her the 'Hourglass' figure. Her long dark hair flows down to her waist line, parting in the center of her forehead coupling with delicate bangs that create a frame along the edge of her face that resemble a kind of midnight-silk. Hey eyes are emerald green with a pattern that resembles a blazing fire surrounding her iris. Sophia, for the most part, would best be described as happy/bubble; even flirty. Though, she is easy to offended and hard to impress. Probably one of her biggest personality flaws, is her ego. She knows that she is extremely good looking and she is not shy about it. Sophia's usually pleasant to be around but when angered, she is lethal, literally.
She wont intentionally try to insult people, but she will speak her mind regardless of the situation; even if she knows it will land her in trouble. She is intelligent and she enjoys forcing other people to realize this. One of her largest problems is that she is a 'Heat-Of-Action' thinker, she can formulate a plan the moment it is needed, but she can't form a strategy ahead of time to save her life (Again, possibly literally). Contradictory to her seemingly good nature, it is shown that she will do anything to get what she wants.
In opposition of her good nature, Sophia is a Hot-head; meaning she will become infuriated at the drop-of-a-hat. Seemingly in-tandem with her temper, is her enjoyment of pain. Description: An incredibly rare ability, Aura Sense is thought to be the crowning achievement attainable by one whom choose to specialize in the Ninjutsu Arts. Seeming as the user has spent so much time studying and learning about not only their own chakra, but all kinds; they have developed a sort of extra-sense for it.
Whenever someone with this ability looks at someone else, they can see an Aura around the persons body in the form of an array of soft lights, somewhat like a rainbow. This array is unique overall to ever person, though there can be some similarities.
Biological families will share a certain unique hue in a certain place within the aura, as do bloodlines and clans. Each type of elemental chakra also has it's own unique hue.
Ontop of recognition, the user of this ability can also tell roughly how much chakra someone has; as the strength of the Aura (brightness) is determined by chakra supply.

Description: There are many interpretations of a 'Warlock'. Some people think of the word to simply mean the male version of a Witch, some think it means an all powerful being with complete control over magic and the underworld. In reality, neither of these interpretations are exactly correct. Since the ancient era's gone by, a Warlock has been one whom posses a significant amount of control over the spirit realm; specifically the demonic spirit real.
The general consensus over the spirit real is that it's a dirty place made up of big caves and nasty demons, in reality this is only half right seeming as the Spirit Realm is divided into two sections. Basically it's easiest just to think of it as Heaven and Hell. One passed on, a Soul will either be sent through the 'Heaven' or 'Hell' spirit realm before finding their final resting place; or so the legend goes.
However, aside from the souls of the dead, each of these realms is home to a very different kind of being. An entity that in 'Hell', is the physical (sort of) manifestation of evil; a Demon. In heaven, that of goodness and righteousness; an Angel.
A Warlock, upon the beginning of their practices they must chose which of the two realms they wish to dabble in. Once their choice has been made; they're bound to it for the rest of eternity. However, the benefit of this connection is simple; it gives them a certain amount of control over the dwellers of that particular realm.

Description: A Warlock of Caelum is able to summon the Spirit of an Angel to earth to aide them. This is done in a manner that most would think to be cruel, so there is a heavy limitation. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

The paralysis lasts for at least three seconds, during which the target will be defenseless, but it takes the pillars some time to appear.

Description: Eternal Gauntlet, of time, is an odd type of ability, given to Mist through Zeus, it allows a totally different version of one what would call to be or not to be into a warped version of reality. This Technique, allows the user to "breathe" life into his techniques, the inanimate objects, now are not inanimate, rather they are living creatures of the technique. So any technique used afterward is not a change or elliptical sense of discovery, rather the jutsu is a thing that can think and has it's own sense of being entirely. With this technique, one can assume that chakra, is now living and breathing, it can talk to the user with an unusual sense. This technique is rather complicated, however by applying, a number of amps through the chakra itself, meaning shocking oneself, though not hurting them, it can make their chakra alive.

Description: An advanced ninjutsu that allows a shinobi to basically become invisible. It acts on the principle of a chameleon, making the user appear the same way as the background, except from any point of view. To execute this jutsu, the user must form the required hand seals and then press against any surface until the camouflage is applied. They can then walk around freely without fear of being seen, but can still be detected by other means. Special detection techniques may be able to expose the person using this.

Description: The user thrusts their weapon into the ground, channelling chakra into it at a steady rate. Lightning reaches out through the ground up to fifty feet away and erupts in dozens of bolts, surrounding an area and trapping anyone inside. Coming within six inches will cause the bolts to strike out and throw the offender back up to five feet. The cage is 10-25 feet in diameter, and requires a moderate, steady flow of chakra to maintain, so the user can not move away from the weapon, and only those of S-rank or higher have the skill to maintain contact with other than their hands and use other ninjutsu. Someone of A-rank or higher with Lightning chakra as their main element can break it after 1/4 of the duration has passed, and those with other elements after 1/2 the duration. Breaking it takes a moderate amount of chakra.

Description: Despite its name, this technique barely provides any defense, even against earth element attacks. After the user forms the required hand seals, a layer of lightning will form around their body. If the user is then struck, this lightning will be channeled into their opponent, damaging and shocking them severely. This armor lasts until it strikes one target when the user is hit with a physical attack, dispersed by the user or somehow destroyed by the opponent.

Description: Flutter Formation requires Flutter Flood to have already been used within the area. Once the Butterfly's are in the area, the user makes a string a hand-seals which cause the technique to begin. Instantly all the Butterfly's in the area will fly down and hover a meter above the user. The flutters will then form and merge into a giant butterfly with a wing-span of 3 meters, capable of carrying the user on it's back during flight.
If struck with an attack of B-Rank or higher, the formation disperses. Attacks lower than B-Rank and the Butterfly's simply reform, but the attack can still hit the rider seeming as it simply passes through the formation. Due to this, it's very unwise to use this technique in-combat.

Description: This technique allows the puppet user to use his puppet as a focal point for which he casts his ninjutsu, causing the puppet to form the hand signs and expel the jutsu itself by feeding his own chakra and focus through the chakra threads. This allows a puppet user to cast jutsu through his puppet, rather than break off connection from his puppet by forming hand seals himself. Puppets can only cast jutsu equal or less than their own rank, and cannot cast jutsu that require intricate detail, rather only jutsu of elemental focus or simpler jutsu. A puppet user still recieves all negative side effects of the jutsu cast, thus the puppet can not be used as a damage dummy. Puppets cannot cast kinjutsu.

You can't attack while in this ball, unless you use a Lightning Release that uses the shield electricity to be performed.

Description: This is an advanced skill for breaking genjutsu, however, no shinobi should be without it. It allows one to break illusions without hurting themselves, does not require any hand seals and works against stronger techniques than Kai. Since every genjutsu in essence is the opponent confusing one's five senses by interfering with their chakra flow in a specific way, momentarily stopping your chakra flow completely and then reversing it, which is what this skill is about, can break theoretically any illusion. Naturally, one's skill in controlling their chakra determines how well this will work.
Allows one to break a genjutsu of S rank or below. For the lower rank characters, genjutsu of A rank or below take one whole post to break, while genjutsu of S rank take two posts. For higher rank characters, genjutsu of A and S rank take a whole post to break, while genjutsu of B rank and below take half a post. Kinjutsu genjutsu require twice as much time, though only higher rank characters can break A rank kinjutsu, and none can break S rank kinjutsu.

Description: Tenants bidding, if a very sacred jutsu technique to all of Mount Olympus. A very rare ability, that only some gods get, however, when accomplished it brings forth great feats in battle through the usage of this technique. This Technique, encourages, to be and go and accomplice yourself with one or more Olympian members, to create a sound fertility, among many members. This is a interesting ability, using, both the potential energy of the user as well as the concurrent of the allies, it brings forth amongst itself a new power. Using a complicated theorem, that invokes, such abilities. Using E=MC^2. Energy, would be converted, into energy itself, Mass would be changed into the user himself, so it would just equate to one rpc equaling the one person. Speed of Light in a vacuum, squared, would be changed accordingly to a newer type of form which allows access to using this theorem. Thus, by this it conjugates the self related application of speed of light in a vacuum towards a higher ability, changing it instead of speed of light in a vacuum to a advanced version so it would apply to each person applicable, instead taking that and the multiplier, of the validity of differentiation , which would induce the refrain of .10 multiplied by the amount of people there. What this does is, fully amplify, whoever is a valid member of Mount Olympus, to a whole new level of incarceration, allowing a full condensation of power without limiting any ability, and therefore giving each other power support and overall restraints. This jutsu is used primarily for a defense then offense because of its instability. the user of this jutsu will gather lightning chakra just above the surface of their skin and concentrate it into a thin membrane, the user will seemed to glow blue as this happens. Once that is complete, the user gives of a small shock to anything that touches them, though this is not the main purpose of the jutsu. The user will hold this small lightning membrane until the target is within range ( apx: 5 meters) and then release the stored chakra into a blast around themselves, causing everything within the 5 meter area to be heavily electrocuted. Anything caught in the blast will receive nerve damage, making their muscles slightly numbed and hard to use, if someone is caught within five feet of the user during the blast then they receive second degree burns on their exposed skin.

Description: This is a powerful lightning ninjutsu. It releases a strong bolt of electricity from the user's mouth and can be used continuously, though that would constantly drain a bit of chakra. While this technique doesn't look impressive and can't affect large areas at the same time, it is very fast and powerful.
Name: Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Multiple Shadow Clone Technique

Description: This ninjutsu technique creates multiple copies of the user. The difference it has with any other clone technique is that it creates solid copies who possess the full physical and jutsu ability of the user and they are undistinguishable from the real person by any means, since they even have the chakra circulatory system. These clones are also fully autonomous, meaning they can move however far away from the shinobi they want and not dispel. Unfortunately, they still disappear after taking a hit. This technique, while powerful, poses a risk to the user, since it splits their remaining chakra evenly between all clones and themselves. Another notable thing about this technique is that the user gains whatever knowledge their shadow clones have collected when they dispel.
Tajuu Kage Bunshin is the same as normal Kage Bunshin, only it is used to create a higher number of clones: while the basic technique is limited to a maximum of four clones, the multiple shadow clone technique can create up to two dozen clones. However, chakra is still split evenly between each copy of the user, so creating many clones may prove more harmful than beneficial.

These pellets go on for 50 meters. These pellets, are an interesting subject, when they hit the person or anyone around the rain, it makes the user numb in a interesting way. Each pellet hit makes them numb in that place. In addition to that, the user; gains a additional damage when using Lightning technique in perception. It will add unto the normal damage, meaning this technique and in addition the technique in usage. Additionally it lowers the amount of chakra needed for Lightning techniques below S rank kin by one rank. This lasts for a maximum of 10 post

Description: Call of Storms is a mysterious Jutsu. Taught to Sophia by her old mentor whom gifted her the Staff of Storms, even she is unsure on how exactly the mechanics of the Jutsu work. However, what is know is simple: The user performs a string of hand seals (Unless they have some form of ability that allows them to perform jutsu's without hand seals), at which point the weather within 10km radius of the user will change. No-matter what the weather was before this jutsu, after it has been performed a Lightning Storm will ensue. Bolts of lightning which each carry the power of an S-Rank Jutsu will then begin striking the ground between 10-15 ft from the user, every few seconds. They will not strike the opponent.

Description: The user inhales deeply, gathering chakra in their mouth, upon exhaling they blow out a huge blaze of white hot flames, though this blast is not aimed at the opponent but to their side which would normally fool the opponent into thinking the jutsu had missed. The user then controls the flames to swirl round the opponent and encase them in a sphere of fire, the heat inside the chamber is enough to melt the skin and certain weapons (Of B or lower rank) The oxygen inside the chamber is mostly used up by the fire so it becomes very difficult to breath inside the chamber

Description: This kind of Vampire specializes in the use of blood, and bones to attack, and as such are some of the most feared, if not some of the most common ones made mythological of their kind, by humans. This kind of Vampire, can use the bodies of the dead, and their own as weapons, and restorative items, and as such has access to the Blood, and Flesh jutsus. These types of vampires can recover wounds faster than others of their kind, and have been known to even be able to heal others better.
Name: Nature Mastery
Requirements: must not have ‘Ethereal Shadows’, or ‘Ruler of Flesh, and Blood’
Description: This kind of vampire uses the very elements of nature to attack, and as such tends to be one of the more ‘rooted’ types of vampires when fighting. This kind of vampire tends to use plants, and the every earth as a weapon, and as such they have access to the Nature Mastery jutsus. This type of vampire is also immune to the Water weakness as it is a part of their vampiric nature.

Description: All vampires have the abilities to communicate with each other, and humans through telepathy, as though it were second nature. When using this abilities there are several limits to both who, and how far away they can communicate. For regular vampires the range for communication with other vampires is roughly 100ft, to communicate with non vampires direct site is required, and it is limited to only 50ft, and for those they have turned themselves the range is 200ft.

Description: Overall Vampires are much more powerful than humans in almost all regards, however with this level of power comes weakness to match, such as sunlight, and water, and the like. All vampires have a higher senses value, such as being able to smell blood from farther away, hearing dog level pitches clearly, and seeing in the dark. Vampires also are far stronger, slightly faster, recover from wounds in a quicker and more precise fashion, and have more chakra than most humans, and this manifests itself in the following way:

Description: Although vampires are the most powerful of all the undead creatures, they however suffer from the most weaknesses. Be it sunlight, water, garlic, or holy objects, these all decrease a vampire powers, and In some cases can turn them to dust. These weaknesses are represented in the following way:
Sunlight: All vampires share a weakness to sunlight in the fact that it rejects, and burns them due to their inhuman bodies. While in direct sunlight, and having not feed within the last 2 threads, or having lost enough blood so that need to feed again has become necessary, a vampire will slowly burn from contact in the sunlight until they die. For every one post that this occurs they lose 10% of their health, and gain no bonus to speed. This lasts until they get enough blood to be greater than the amount that they had lost.
Water: Most vampires are weak to water in large doses as it in it’s pure form rejects them like the sun does. All vampires that have been exposed to a large of body of water (And actually have gotten roughly 50% of their body wet by it) have all of their stat bonuses halved, regardless of when they had fed previous to being soaked.
Other weaknesses: These include garlic, holy objects, and chakra seals. While not officially real weaknesses it will however make them feel quite uncomfortable whenever they are around them. The only weakness out of this group that has any real affect is chakra seals, and as such they cannot carry weapons, or scrolls that have them on them, and cannot have seals placed upon their bodies, as they are immune to them, and instead will just take damage equal to the rank of the attack.
Pureblood Limits

Description: A simple, and effective ability, it allows a pureblood to control bats for the purpose of defense, attacking, and scouting. The number of bats that one can control/have with them at a time is as follows:
These bats are a bit ethereal in the way that they are manifested, being that they count as one rank below the vampire in terms of power however they will be destroyed/disappear if hit by an attack. The bats can be brought back for a cost equal to 2 ranks below the vampires chakra amount PER bat.

Description: An simple ability it allows the vampire to levitate off of the ground, for a while. This levitation lasts for as long as the vampire has chakra, and can the distance that one can levitate is based upon rank. This is described below as follows:
Name: Absorption of the living
Requirements: Ancient blood, S rank.
Description: A trait that only true Vampiric masters can perform, This is a simple but effective technique that allows for the vampire to instead of sucking blood absorb it from the everywhere, having it count just as if they sucked someone’s blood from their body. This however can be used to absorb part of the victim’s chakra, for later use. This can only be used on blood that is on the ground, and only on a dead body in which case their body will become blood, and will go through the pours on the vampire’s skin directly into the vampires blood stream.
Name: Ancient passage
Requirements: Ancient blood, each Ancient passage demi must be trained as 4 point kinjutsu, cannot have summoning contracts or Companion NPC’s, loss of Demi vampire limit, may only have 6 total.
Description: A technique that only ancient bloods or higher can perform, as it allows the ancient blood vampire to perform what their blood was built to accomplish, the creating of followers. This is different from the puny demi’s of the purebloods in that they are much more versatile. The main difference between those of the purebloods and the ancient bloods is that ancient bloods demi vampires may possess 1 SA. They however do not gain the familiar limit, nor the demi vampire limit, and still have only ˝ of the host vampires jutsu slots. Ancient passage vampires also gain the dark element limit.
Royal Limits
Name: Royal blessing
Requirements: Royal blood
Description: An ability that separates royals from other vampires, in a way that is increases both their own power, in every aspect of their own vampiric power in exchange for a unique weakness. First off all Royal vampires stat bonuses are doubled, from vampiric prowess, in addition to all clan jutsu costing 25% less chakra to perform. They may also learn all clan jutsu, and such as though they were a teacher present, and may choose a second path to go along with their first path. In exchange for this all royal bloods lose their Familiars, and regain all vampiric weaknesses, regardless of path or other conditions, below that of Royal blood.

Description: Vampires with the royal blood often tend to act as body guards for the one whom has Linage blood, and as such tend to perform to the best of their ability to ensure that the true master is safe. Whenever a royal is in a thread with the one whom is of the lineage blood a Royal gains a 25% boost to all stats, that will last so long as the lineage blood vampire is within the thread/alive. They also gain the ability outside of the thread to sense, and determine the exact location of the lineage blood no matter where they hide, this of course only being cancelled by special jutsu that would do such.

Requirements: Royal blood
Description: An ability that many Royal bloods use to sense each other or others whom are suffering from a curse per say, it is a simple one. It allows them to auto detect all vampires, or others with “curse” like bloodlines, (Chiropetrans, cursed clan etc.) within an small scale area, (40ft), this is mostly a way for them to know where each other are within a short distance. Though another with limit can cancel out the others effect, or if another curse has a way to hide themselves it will have no effect.

Background: The Early Years: 0-14
Sophia had a reasonably simple upbringing, for the early parts of her life. She was born within the Land of Lightning; where her mother had unintentionly decided to give birth whilst on a vaction with Sophia's father. Her family was actually from the Land of Fire; which Sophia didn't find out for many years. When she was born, her parents were too poor to support her and thus left her in the care of an elderly couple within the Shinobi Village, Kumogakure.
Sophia's early years were simple. She was told at a young age, the truth about her parents; thus she grew up thinking it was a normal thing to do, she harbored no resentment for them. When she was old enough, her foster parents sent her to the Shinobi academy. Sophia showed great promise in both Ninjutsu and Puppetry, though particularly the later. She excelled through the years without incident until shortly after her 14th birthday.
Sisters: 14-16
Shortly after turning 14, Sophia met someone she hadn't even known existed; her younger sister, Isabella. Isabella was visiting Kumogakue, where Sophia's foster parents had noticed her and arranged a meeting between the two sisters. It had been awkward at first, but over the coming few days, they grew close. By coincidence, or perhaps birth; they were both considered Puppet Masters and shared similar views on the world. This period of time is so far, one of Sophia's happiest memories.
By this point Sophia was well out of the Shinobi academy and a member of one of the regular Genin-Teams, lead by a Chuunin named Larz; a man famed for his laziness and being the oldest Chuunin in the village. Sophia struggled with the team for the most part, her work-ethic basically prevented her from fitting in with the others she was meant to be working with. Eventually she ended up forging out on her own, working with her Sister's team for the most part. It was because of this that Larz failed to enter Sophia as a member of his team when she became eligible for the first Chuunin exam.
Naturally the young woman was furious, infact she'd had to be restrained in a holding cell for two days after she'd found out what the 'man', or as she'd now dubbed him, the 'idiot' had done. Eventually she was released from her cool-down-prison and re-assigned to her sisters team. As one would expect, now that Sophia was in a better working-environment, she excelled. Her superiors picked her out as a natural leader, allowing her to fill the Team-Sensei roles on a few of the missions when their regular Sensei was unavailable. She continued to work through missions with her team and what not until finally the next Chuunin exams came around, in which Sophia finally get her chance to shine.
The team from Kumogakure did exceptionally well, winning the tournament over-all. It was what you'd expect from your average exam, just one big round-robin style tournament between all the competitors. Everyone who makes it to the final becomes a Chuunin, but the finalists still fight it out anyway for all the potential mission-givers who travel across counties to see the fights. Funnily, or cliche enough; the grand-final came down to a battle between Sophia and Bella. It was a good fight, resulting in the arena being evacuated from one of Sophia's puppets using a tad too-much explosives in combination with a Katon Jutsu from Sophia; yet she was declared the winner none the less seeming as she'd almost killed everyone in the building.
The time of Trial: 16-17
At 16, Sophia was made a Chunnin of Kumogakure. A few months after this event; she was set to go out on a simple patrol mission; within the out-lying villages of the Land of Lightning. Usualy such a thing would be handled by Genin, but a previous patrol had gone missing along the route only a few weeks ago. The mission was designed for a pair; but her partner was unwell at the time, so the council allowed Sophia to go it alone. After making it to the second village on her route; Sophia sensed that something was wrong. She turned to retreat to the outskirts; but when she turned she only saw a fist. That was the last thing she remembered before waking up with her hands and legs bound behind her back. The village had been raided by bandits.
She was badly bruised and had a few broken ribs; they had obviously beaten her whilst she was unconscious. Sophia was left on the floor inside one of the home-huts, where by luck; there was a shard of broken glass on the floor. Rolling her way to it, she young Chunnin used it to cut herself free from her binds. Now prepearded; Sophia left the Hut, sneaking between the houses of the village under the cover of night. She killed 16 men during that night; 5 of which were Shinobi (Missing-Nin). Ontop of this, she managed to rescue the surviving villages; aswell as the two surviving shinobi of the previous patrol. It was also the first time Sophia had taken life blood.
Returning to the village, Sophia was treated as a hero. Several of the men had murder warrants out from Kumogakure and had evaded capture for years. In reward for her sucsess against such odds; Sophia was awarded the title of Jounin. This made her the youngest Jounin in the history of Kumogakure.
First Reign: 17-18
Only two short months after attaiing the title of Jounin, Sophia was ascended to the highest posting in the village. It had all come about when Kenpachi, the current Raikage stepped down and left the village for parts unknown. Naturally the village was thrown into dis-array. Without a leader and in the mind of civilians, a protector; there was chaos and panic. Groups formed, or gangs for a better term and tried to establish power through an Iron fist. Sadly enough, most of these gangs were made up of High-Level Jounin or ANBU attempting to take control through their abilities and before long, there were few left whom still tried to hold order within the village.
As one would expect, Sophia was one of the few whom remained loyal to protecting the people of Kumogakure. She took charge of the ANBU that remained, being one of the most well-known and trust faces in the village, atleast amongst the common population; thus making her a fitting choice for a poster-girl. Ontop of that, there was still the little point that there wasn't a soul in the village that could hold a kunai to her and live to tell the tale.
For around a month the fighting continued to rage, though the major battles finished within the first week. In that first week alone, hundreds of Shinobi died at the hands of their brothers and sisters; Sophia herself killing well into the high-dozens of men and women whom stood to, in her mind, harm the village she loved. Come the end of the fighting, there was barley anything left of Kumogakure. Though those who remained banded together, electing Sophia as the new Raikage by enaminous vote. From there, it was simply a matter of putting back the pieces.
The Midnight Shadow: 18-18
Around two months into Sophia's reign and the village of Kumogakure was back to what it once was, if not better. The people were prosperous again, the village flooded with missions and exports were scoring highly. Sophia's sister Bella had aced the ANBU exams and ascended through the ranks to attain the title of Captain of the overall contingent; meaning she held the top desk (even without any aide from Sophia). It was as if everything were a fairy-tale once more and soon a Knight in shining armor would ride in and take Sophia away on a white-horse.
In a way this did kind of happen, though it was a wolf and not a horse. Or, a werewolf at the very least. Two men came to the village, Tamotsu and Skye. They spoke of a threat that they believed to be imminent and sure enough, that night Hell broke free in Kumogakure. A group of mad-men that called themselves the 'Midnight Shadow' unleashed a series of terrorist attacks, blowing up the hospital amongst other areas. Casualties were huge, but the panic was the biggest killer of the people.
For Sophia, the fighting ended with a battle against two of the so-called Lieutenants of the organization in a 2-on-1 confrontation. Usually the odds wouldn't have been great, though Sophia with the aide of her puppets were more than a match for the attackers. Slaying them both, the young Raikage went about aiding in the clean-up of the village, killing off the rest of the raiders and managing to avoid any further destruction. From what little intelligence she was able to gain, apparently similar attacks had been launched in the other villages and as it panned out, Kumogakure came out reasonably un-scathed.
After the drama was over, Sophia stepped down from her position as Raikage in order to rest, she was tired; she'd done her part.
The Second Ruling: 18-Present
Just under a year after giving up the seat and setting off on her travels, Sophia returned to the village to find it in a state of crisis. Apparently in her time abroad, the seat of Raikage had changed three times, with the latest candidate abandoning the village. As any retired Kage would have done for their village, Sophia stepped up and took the seat once more; with the aide of her Sister whom was still the Captain of ANBU within the village.
As in any political coup, there was some resistance. In this particular circumstance, it came from two members of the villages ANBU. They came to Sophia whilst she was in her office, one of the pair, Hideo, demanding that Sophia give up her seat as the village ruler and abdicate power to a council of his choosing. Basically, he was attempting to grab power. However after a short conversation, his accomplice fled after the entrance of Prometheus; one of the Sannin of Kumogakure. Despite seemingly scaring away one of the trouble makers, Prometheus left shortly after upon the arrival of the current Tsuchikage, Hio.
Hio intrigued Sophia, being so young and having such a distinct Aura around her that the young Raikage recognized from others within her own village. Apparently she was there to discuss on Hideo's behalf, seeming as the man wasn't getting to far by himself. However she eventually ended up deciding to remain neutral and simply request Hideo's safety and passage to Iwagakure, should he wish to leave; naturally in the interest of inter-village politics Sophia agreed to the request.
Shortly after taking the seat, Sophia held a Jounin-Exam tournament within Kumogakure, inviting the high-ups from other villages to attend in a show that despite the rapid change in leadership, Kumo had not lost its' strength. The displays of fighting were impressive, though part-way through the event things began to go horribly wrong. Some kind of strange net formed around the Arena, trapping everyone inside as the dead began to rise. Naturally, seeming as it was a Shinobi-Exam, the attack was short lived. The masses of Shinobi that were present responded and cut down the assault, though a chilling message had been delivered in the form of a warning to Konohagakure. Requirements: Lineage blood
Description: An ability that by itself makes the lineage blood vampire the real ruler of the other vampires, for it allows them to do something is perhaps the most potent of all abilities any form of cursed being could hope to perform, bring others into the fold. When the lineage vampire bites, and forces their blood into another it shall lay dormant within them, not affecting them at all, in fact they will even be better off because of it or might develop feelings for the lineage vampire whom has done this task. The real key to this trait is that once one whom has been “Infected” dies, and they do not have abilities that shall have their body vanish, and such no longer exist, they shall not die but begin the transformation into that of a vampire. This shall take about the normal time frame for transforming, after which they shall awaken changed in appearance, or all around even in all features including chakra signature etc. (If only because the blood knows that they are dead and thus changes them to match such.) They shall then be weak till their first meal, however afterwards they shall be right as rain. One side fact however is that one whom has been turned this way can cause no harm to the lineage blood vampire in question, nor can they do anything that would allow others to cause harm to the lineage blood, and will always side on the lineage bloods side. They can also be summoned by the lineage blood for the cost of the normal summoning jutsu. (aka the canon one). When one has been transformed this way they may choose the level of vampire blood they wish to start with. (Excluding lineage)
