Takimoto is Lost!

Today was a good day. Not the usual sunlit day, it was rather cloudy, but Takimoto fell a sudden urge to stroll around the outskirts of the Hidden Village. However, the stroll's length increased, making the Inuzuka drift farther away from the village and into the depths of Tsuchi no Kuni's canyons. It would only be a matter of time until the Gennin figured out that he was lost, not knowing how to go back. He sighed, looking around his environment to try and figure out where he was. But yeah, that actually made Takimoto get further frustrated. Where the hell was he?! The only certainty was that Inuzuka Takimoto was indeed... Lost. Wasn't that stated previously in this post?

Anyway and moving on, he decided to do the only thing he could: continue forward. To stop now and just wait for help would mean in days and nights, possibly weeks of hunger and thirst, ultimately being Takimoto's death. So he decided to continue, not knowing the end of the trail he chose. Was this a good idea? No, not really... But there was no other "average" idea. So, without even knowing, Taki was stepping into the border of the Country of Grass, which the narrator lacks the knowledge to say in its original language, japanese.

Seiko had just exited the House Of The Wolves, having just poisoned Slevin for training. As he walked, a familiar human scent hit him. It was much like Tamotsu's but young and different. He stopped and followed the scent a moment and then found a young man wondering around like an idiot. He sighed and had a feeling it was the genjutsu around this area where it made people wander if they didn't know the path. He jumped down from the trees and then landed a few feet before the Genin and stood up in his ANBU attire and wolf mask. He looked at the boy and pulled out a massive 8 foot blade with a 4 foot hilt.

"You're on private property."

Takimoto leaped back at the sight of the hooded and masked person, feeling a very cold chill running down his spine. He gulped, tripping on a pebble as he motioned his body back and falling on the ground. The man spoke up, saying that the place where they currently were at was private property. Seeing how this person was standing in such a motionless stance, the Inuzuka thought that he could make a run for it. However, someone with a hood and a mask like that could only be from the ANBU. This guy could easily outrun Takimoto and make everything even look the more suspicious, making Taki sound like a criminal of some sorts. So he decided to stay put, standing up and wiping the dirt from his clothes. He looked back at the other ninja, reaching the back of his head with his right hand and rubbing it as he let out a laugh of embarrasment.

"He-hello, sir. I'm sorry, I didn't know that. Well, then I guess I should be on my way back... Errr..." - confusion hit him again - "What's the way back?"

Seiko looked at the boy and then walked forward taking the blade to just about the ninja's chest and made it light up with chakra. "It's dangerous to be wandering around an area you don't know. This section of the woods belong to Inuzuka Tamotsu and trespassers will be killed on sight. So..." Seiko removed his mask and then put it on the side. "... I'll tell you my name. I am Mitsuki Seiko. ANBU Captain of Iwagakure, husband of the Tsuchikage and best friend of Inuzuka Tamotsu. And since you won't live much longer all of this is moot." He picked up the blade as if to prepare to cleave the ninja in half.

Takimoto noticed how this man was aiming the tip of his blade at his chest and his face went pale. Was this man serious?! He listened carefully to the ninja's words, hearing the name Inuzuka in between his 'introduction'. There were more Inuzuka in Iwagakure no Sato? The Gennin stretched his left arm forward and shook his hand anxiously.

"Wai-wait, mister! You said Inuzuka?! My name is Inuzuka Takimoto!

He noticed how, in the end of his speech, the ANBU rose his blade up which was veilled by some kind of blue energy. Oh right, that was chakra. Taki had to think fast. If his speech didn't work, he would be in very serious trouble.

"Inuzuka Takimoto?" Seiko said as he put the blade down and then replaced it on his back. He walked up to the ninja and then could smell the family scent which made him sneeze. He then walked back to his spot and smiled. "Is that so?" He said as he looked around and noticed that the ninja had no familiar or teacher. He sighed and then spoke. "I see then. I have a question for you, Takimoto-kun. If you're an Inuzuka how do you not know who Inuzuka Tamotsu is?" He said as he looked at the genin confused and surprised. "Most everyone knows who he is."

Takimoto shrugged, followed by a confused expression. Yeah, why wouldn't he know about this other Inuzuka? He kicked the dirt, whistling a bit as he tried to remember whatever he could from what his parents told him about his family. Nope, no Tamotsu in his memories.

"Funny story... I don't know..." - he said, forcing his laugh and blushing - "Ummm... Is he... Famous or something like that?"

"Are you serious? Did you even read the plot summary in the library? Oh man...." Seiko said as he sighed and pulled out a scroll. He began reading it and found Takimoto's name on the list and sighed. "It seems like he knew about you." Seiko mentioned as he closed the scroll and then looked at the ninja with a stern look. "Inuzuka Tamotsu was once the Tsuchikage. The Hokage and the Mizukage." He said as he whistled. Then within seconds the entire area was covered in wolves of all shapes and sizes. He took a knee and all the wolves moved over to him and he began petting the ones he could.

"And he raised all the foreign wolves in these woods."

Takimoto's jaw would literally fall off if that was possible. His eyes grew wider at the sight of so many wolves emerging from the canyons as he collapsed, noticing how they were all rounding around the other shinobi. The simple sight of these noble creatures... Made a tear rush up to the Inuzuka's eye. He brought his hand to his face and wiped the tear away, feeling so touched by these wolves. They were all... So... Amazing!

"Wolves..." - he murmured as his heartbeat increased drastically of pure anxiety, forgetting about Seiko's words - "... Awesome..."

Seiko continued petting all the wolves as some barked for attention and then he laughed at them. He then remembered the Inuzuka standing there. He could see in his eyes that he was much like his cousin and knew what he would do next. He stood up and then snapped his fingers. All the wolves sat down obediently and then he pointed forward. "I see that you have no familiar. These wolves have no master yet they obey me and Tamotsu. These wolves have names but none known to someone whose not an Inuzuka. So pick one and let him be your partner in battle." He said as he waves his hands over the 60 wolves around him.
