Personality: Sendo is quite like most of the shinobi in Kirigakure. He doesn’t like to be around people to much exceapt when he has to work around fellow shinobi for missions. Sendo Perfers to be alone when he is not doing his ninja duties to the village.
Special Abilities: Name: Ice Creation
Requirements: Hyoton Clan. Water Primary Element.
Description: Ice Creation is the basis of all Jutsu's used by the Hyoton Clan. Ice Creation allows a member of the Hyoton Bloodline to mix together Water and Wind in a specific ration, also lace it with chakra, to create Ice. However, it isn't simply regular ice. Seeming as it is mixed with the users chakra, it takes on two special qualities. First of all, any Hyoton Ice can not be melted and is near impervious to Fire-Based Jutsu's. Secondly, Hyoton Ice is as hard as diamond, making it basicly unbreakable.

Description: After the user forms the necessary hand seals, this technique creates a thick mist in the surrounding area. Said mist is used to block the sight of anyone and everyone in the target area. It can be useful if the user wants to make an escape or relies on senses other than sight in battle.

Background:
When Sendo was growing up in the village he learned many different things and always wanted to become one of those shinobi that is powerful only to protect his village and the Mizukage himself. Sendo grew up with a ninja father and a mother that was able to use the Ice element thanks to years of being with her family. While Sendo was old enough he entered the academy to learn about chakra and how to use it and everything there is to know about it. When he got home he was able to work and use ice like his mother when she told him to never do that again never use his abilities until she knew that everything was safe for people with kekki genki.
After Sendo graduated from the ninja academy he already forgot how to work his chakra into ice because of what his mother has told him. Now as a Genin of the Hidden mist village he must protect and work with those that have the same charge as him. Protect the village and get stronger to be working and fighting with the mizukage. Your Race, is not american, but White, Black Asian, and such, since American could be anything XD
And I don't know the Hyouton too well, but I think you just start with Water as an element, and then later you get Wind, since the bloodline limit only seems to need water first. Don't worry I think you still get to use Ice techniques, you just get Wind as a second element predetermined.

From what I've been told, even though, technically, he wouldn't get two Elements until A-Rank, he can still use the Hyouton Element if he chooses, and gets one D-Rank Bloodline Jutsu. Yes, but you have to word it like Water (Ice). That way we also know that he gets water, but can't get wind based jutsu yet.
