Content with all of his recent discoveries as a medical specialist, and his most proud discovery of Acropoison, he decided to reward himself by taking some time for himself outside of the village. After wandering outside of the village for about half a day, he found himself at a waterfall that had to be at least 500 feet high. He looked at it, admired it, and as he approached the edge of the small lake at the bottom of it, he saw that their was somebody's top and large broadsword weapon, but both the clothes and the person's weapon were very outlandish, and couldn't recognize it to be from any of the five large countries. He wanted to see who's it was. He searched the lake and there was nobody, he looked all around his surroundings, and couldn't find anybody who's clothes they would belong to. Seconds later, his search was interrupted by a man's screams of laughter in the distance. He turned his head and saw who he thought the clothes belonged to. A muscular tank like man with body lengthed hair, and a thick, blue head, was doing a series of back flips as he fell the 500 foot drop.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA WHEWWWWW HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA" Ikego watched in amazement as the mysterious figure dove headfirst into the lake, and resurface moments later. The mysterious figure made his way to the lakes edge and revealed even more muscle mass than Ikego had thought. His eyes were fell on Ikego, and he ran towards him with amazing speed. Before Ikego knew it, he was being lifted off the ground with an incredible grip on his throat, "What the hell is a kid like you doing so close to my gear?" even though he had a low voice, his tone was as if he was speaking to a child, "HUH?! ANSWER ME!!" he shouted in a rage.
Ikego was choking and he couldn't speak, he had to take action. He pulled out a kunai and stabbed it deep in his the man's forearm, in pain, he tossed Ikego aside, he easily took flight and skidded even longer. He coughed a couple of painful coughs and inhaled deep, and eyes fell upon the man once again. He was finally able to see his new poison at work, and study its affects. The man forcefully pulled out the Kunai and tossed it frighteningly quick back at Ikego. Shocked, he barely moved out of the way, but suffered a scratch on his right arm which burned immensely from the poison. He looked looked at the scratch in terror as he could see the poison spread by the reddening of his skin. Immediately he focused chakra into his left hand and placed the bright green healing chakra over his wound. The scratch was healed almost instantly, but it didn't stop the poison, all it did was slow it down.
"What is this you little brat!" the man screamed as his wound began to become discolored. Ikego payed close attention to what was happening to his forearm. The man's wound seemed to open bigger and wider, and any medical nin could clearly see that all of his tissues were dying, even from that distance, it was a disgusting, terrible sight. He looked back down on his wound, and it was still only red, infection, the first step before his tissues would begin to die, his shousen jutsu kept it at a very slow pace, recreating the dead tissue cells as the poison killed them, but he knew it wouldn't stop the affects of the poison, and that he couldn't keep up the jutsu for long.
The man was sweating drastically, and he threw up. Wiping leftover vomit from his lip, he tried to stand back up and instantly fell down. He was breathing heavy trying to catch his breathe, and all the while, thoughts were running through Ikego's mind, "Heavy breathing, dizziness, loss of balance, nausea, vomiting," was what he could pick up after examining him. Ikego's wound was still in the first stage, he was capable of keeping the affects at bay. The man fell down and was rolling around in agony, whimpering, and when he stopped, his hand slowly, and painfully made his way up his body, towards his face, and he could barely grasp his headband with the tip of his thumb and index finger. With the last ounce of will power he had left, he threw the headband off of him, and there was a sudden burst of chakra coming from him, "You WILL pay for this, but consider yourself lucky you little fuck, that you get to witness...Sol Badguy's...true form!" chakra seemed to rush out of him, and his body and shape began to change drastically. Chakra covered him from head to toe in addition to armor forming over his torso and arms. A forearm protector formed over his injury masking whatever other effects the poison had on him from Ikego. At this point Sol was capable of standing. He bent his knees and brought his arms into his chest, and in one motion chakra burst out of his back as wings.
Sol stood straight up, and his chakra slowly began forming a sphere around him, starting from the ground and slowly making its way up, with his torso as the radius. Ikego realized he was close to his death. He was about to be killed by this man, and if he somehow managed to survive, he would be killed by his own poison. As he watched Sol concentrate his chakra, apparently for a massive finishing move, Ikego's vision began to blur, his head began spinning, he had a hard time sitting still, he began waving. He could feel himself losing his breathe, he had to forget all else and focus on solely on his breathing, he could feel moisture build up on his forehead. He held his head down in pain, and his shousen jutsu was cancelled. The poison was about to spread quickly, and he was about to suffer a devastating blow. He closed his eyes. Is-is this him? a sweet, melodic females voice rang through his head.
"It must be. Kemirubi has never casted a dud. I mean, even if it WAS the wrong spell, it always worked out for the best in the end right?" another females voice was ringing through his head. He tried to think about what just happened, "Wait...wasn't that guy...Sol...Sol Badguy...I cant feel his presence, or even his massive amount of chakra," he thought, "Where the hell am I?" his thoughts began closing in on him, blocked out by the sound of screeching. The screeching became louder and louder, almost unbearable, he shot up and opened his eyes. It was the screeching of bats. Hundreds and thousands of them, who were all swarming around chaotically. Ikego's mouth was wide open, and on both sides of him, were what looked like human bats. They had faces of bats, wings of bats, and the fur of bats, but they had female figures and wore what looked like royal clothing, "Wahhhh-?" Ikego shot up and took a couple of steps back. He had his hand out towards them, but upon moving it, he felt his shoulder was bandaged.
"Calm down, Ikego," the elder looking bat lady spoke a calming, old lady's voice.
"Ikego, that is your name? That his is name right? Ikego?" the bat lady on the other side was ecstatic. She too wore a sort of royal clothing, although she wasn't nearly as old as the other one. The screeching abruptly stopped, and the bats all attached themselves to the ceiling, they all wanted to hear Ikego's answer.
"H-how do you know my name?" Ikego asked, terrified in his own mass confusion. The younger bat lady shrieked, "AHHHHHHHH! It is you!!! Kemirubi has done it again," she exclaimed. "Am I..." Ikego gulped and said the next word in a lowly, whispered manner, "dead?" The younger bat lady replied ecstatically, "No, ACTUALLY, we just saved your life."
The older bat lady, Kemirubi, who Ikego figured was some kind of sorcerer, laughed a short hearty laugh,"Hue-hue-hue perfect timing. Lulu?...the prophet has arrived right on time, just as I have predicted." A massive bat waddled through the cave, who Ikego figured was the queen, queen of bats. Without even opening her mouth, her voice rang through the cave, the sweetest voice of any female that he's ever heard,"Ikego? Come with me," she ordered. Ikego looked around, he was surrounded by hundreds of thousands of bats who could attack at him will, and he was in a cave, somehow, and he had no hopes of escape. Obediently, he followed Lulu, deeper into the cave. There was another humanoid woman looking bat, with clothes blood-soaked, but still the highest of royalty,"Our priestess has been injured fighting off an old enemy, and our sorcerer claims that you will be able to save her." Confused, but intrigued, he walked over to the humanoid bat. She was deep in pain and she had a large fist large gash on the right side of her body. He put his ear against her face. His ear to her nose to listen to her breathing, his cheeck against her mouth in case she was breathing her mouth, and he eyeballed her stomache...He was in shock, her breathes were slow and terribly weak. Immediately Ikego recognized the dire situation, she lost a lot of blood, and she was close to death.
He faced her and his hands were glowing the familiar healing chakra. This woke her, and she opened her eyes slowly, with the little life that she had in them, "Hang in there, you'll be alright." he reached into his pouch and pulled out a plasma pill, "Here, eat this," she took it, chewed and swallowed, and Ikego could already see the effects of the pill in front of him. Her blood flow began to speed up, higher than normal rate, and he focused on hardening the blood to stop anymore blood loss. It scabbed, and he used his shousen jutsu to cover the wound with the final layer of the epidermis, making it look as if she had never gotten the wound at all. He was finished. At this point, he will let the pill finish the rest, restoring lost blood by duplicating red and white blood cells, "Okay...okay. You'll be okay now, you just need some rest, a couple of hours at most."
He could hear the hearty laugh behind him once again coming from the Kemirubi, "Hew hew hew. He did it. She's saved," she said as Ikego put his face close against her face once more to check her breathing a second time.
"Indeed," Lulu stated, "You, boy, this is for you. You have done a great deed in Mount Kiromanjaro today. This, this here is for you," Kemirubi raised her hand and a number of bats flew to it, and swarmed around it. Thin lines of chakra appeared as well, flowing slowly into Kemirubi's hand, slowly revealing a scroll. The swarm flew back to the ceiling, and a giant scroll was held by Kemirubi. It looked odd with someone of her stature handling such a large scroll with one hand. She rolled it, and it opened, revealing two other names of past ninja signed in blood.
"This is a contract with us bats, deary. We predicted you coming to save Priestess Sasha today, and it is predicted that you will later fight the very beast that injured Sasha. We would like to help you. Not only to fight this beast when it is time, but to also help you in your endeavors. Tell me, deary, what is it you do?" she stated. This was a lot to take in, the predictions, the unnamed beast, the contract, and he wondered whatever happened to Sol Badguy. Unconsciously he answered, "I am a ninja of Iwagakure. More specifically a medical nin, ijutsu specialist," he said.
The ecstatic one of the humanoid bat ladies spoke up, "A ninja! A ninja! A ninja! A ninja!" her face all of the sudden became maniacally shaded in the darkness, and her tone turned convincingly evil, ill intended, Our first step as companions. Your opponent is dead. Or...close to it. We can help you, believe me, we can, but it is you who needs to accept the offer. You DON'T want us on the opposite end of the battlefield. Whether its power you seek, knowledge, or whatever, we CAN help you in your endeavers," her shrilling vibe disappeared and she seemed back to her giddy self, "Just dont make the wrong choice...Mr. Ninja. Ikego. Mr. Ikego. Besides we saved your life! These bats sucked out the poison themselves! "
"Did she...did SHE kill Sol Badguy?' he took a few moments to allow himself to think. He pressed his finger to his mouth, bit enough so that it will would bleed, and slowly signed his name on the contract, taking his time for every line and every character 'Yo-ko-su-ka, I-ke-go' and as he swiped the last time, the scroll rolled up and disappeared.
"Good choice," Queen Lulu stated, "Kemirubi!"
"Right. Thank you deary, for saving my daughter's life. I promise Priestess Sasha will make it up to you somehow, but for now, you must go," she handed him a smaller scroll, and waved her hand. He closed his eyes. And when he opened them, he was back at the waterfall. Sol Badguy was covered completely in bats, and at that moment they disappeared, revealing Sol Badguy in his human form, covered in blood from scratches and bits from the bats. He didn't know about the bats capabilities, but he knew it must have been powerful to take out Sol in the demonic, chakra leaking form he was previously in.
