I see you, do you see me?(Kinjutsu Training)

Satsujinki

Not much had been happening lately in the life of Keto Satsujinki. He was a young shinobi of incredible intelligence and skill, but no will to do much of anything. He was becoming old and not fun before his time because he had rushed to the near top too fast. While climbing that long mountain of a road to get his status, Keto had to have sucked in too much of that thin air a little too fast and he was forced to stop. While sitting in a tree in the vast forestry of Kirigakure, he wondered about new things he had been wanting to attempt, and he knew it was time to stop thinking about them and act them out. He looked into the sky through the high fog and treetops to see nothing but a clear sky and an unusual figure of what he expected to be the moon, but it was different this night. He was not a star gazer, so he didn’t know if he had missed that memo that the moon was to change on this night or not, but he knew that he had to get on with what he planned before he lost the inspiration to try new things just like the universe he lived in.

Keto closed his eyes and looked into the distance with a steady wave of chakra being released from his body. He couldn't physically see anything other than the black pigment on the inside of his eyelids, but he was noticing everything that moved around him. But this sight was so strange. Of course the young shinobi knew what he was experimenting with and what he was needing to expect, but nothing was as he expected from this first attempt to tap into the internal systems of movement around him. This boy was finding small animals with the chakra supplies of kage, and regular scouts with the supply of unspeakable numbers. It was scary to observe the world this way while looking with a misunderstood view. The technique known as Kagura Shingan was incredible at this stage with its pure ability to even allow him to see the world’s creatures in this manner, but he knew it would be even better if he started to perceive this technique in its correct form without the over bluff.

Keto opened his eyes and hopped from the tree. He then placed his hands on his head before extending his wrists outwards until the only things touching his head were his index fingers to his temples. He then closed his eyes again to place himself back into the darkness. He knew that with practice it wouldn’t take all this concentration to get this technique down, but for the time being he needed to use every scheme possible to give him the advantage. Then it happened. The boy’s mind skewed in on one moving thing in this environment. He looked for one organism around him to unleash his sight upon and he found yet another scout. He hated this view of giving this guy more chakra than he really had, so Keto thought even more about figuring out this technique. Soon the man’s chakra was down to a reasonable size in Keto’s view. He knew that he could not have been examining sage chakra in this area, but he kept concentrating to see if he was still being mislead by his technique he was enjoying.

After focusing plenty of time spying on the chakra that surrounded him in this area, Keto decided to go find what he had been looking for through his ability that he was attempting to master. Something told him that he was not perceiving the things through his Shingan accurately. It was possible that he was not using the technique correctly because he did not fully understand it. This was not something that anyone could do, and by him trying the technique out by watching it in use one time was not helping his chances at noticing chakra in the area. Sure he had seen the scroll and the way he was suppose to focus, but his usual genius was not kicking in at all. For once in a long time he felt dumbfounded to he craft of being a shinobi. It was probably so hard for him to utilize this technique because it was so related to Ninjutsu. Keto was a specialist, a genius of Taijutsu and simply average at Ninjutsu. His skills of pretty powerful techniques in the style made up for his lack of knowledge in the style. He knew he could learn powerful ninjutsu, he just needed to try harder.

Keto finally came to a stop after walking for a long time looking for the chakra scent he had been tracking. He knew it would not have taken so long if he hadn’t been pursuing a moving target. He had probably went in circles five times before his pace finally caught up with the creature he sought. Once he finally came into seeing range of the thing he had been tracking, he was relieved to find out that it was not animal he had been reacting to, but it was another shinobi, his teacher to be exact. The guy that had taught him the way of the Shingan was out here performing jutsu and keeping his skills high. What Keto was feeling by the chakra nearby was the fluctuating energy of the man’s jutsu ranging from powerful to weak. Keto had been performing his technique correctly, it was just a coincidence that the target he was honing in on was performing techniques that altered the perception of the Shingan.

Keto approached the man and spoke, “Sensei, I thought I was using the Shingan wrong, but it is nice to know it was just me using it correctly since it viewed your changes in chakra effectively.” The man responded, “Ahh…I see. So do you feel comfortable with it now, because if you do it is about that time for me to leave you. I came to teach you as you paid, and not I feel that others may need my help. The child responded, “Sure thing, but could you possibly calm yourself so that I can try the Shingan one last time and notice your real chakra amount?” The man nodded in acceptance as Keto closed his eyes. An illusional image of the man’s chakra appeared in Keto’s mind on a scale of very large. Keto reopened his eyes and spoke, “You are definitely strong Sensei.” The man responded, “Yes, but not nearly as strong as you are. Take care.” The man left and Keto watched in admiration.

Minari had successfully escaped the shinobi who were pursuing her by using an ability she had experimented with. She was walking through the fog of the forest, rest assured with a feeling of security outside of the shinobi's vicinity. She fell to her knees out of breathe, and took in the moment of peace.

As she caught her breathe, a man could be seen in the distance walking towards her. She kept her guard up. The man inched closer with every step, and when he was visible through the fog, she noticed he was walking with his eyes closed. She gripped onto her tanto.

Closer, the man was calm, and as he passed her, he didn't say a word, but instead continued on his way. Minari let out a deep sigh, and let go of the tanto which at that point was outlined with the sweat from her palms.

She was at a dead end. She wouldn't return to the only village she knows until the events of her numerous murders died down. She sat with a back against the tree. Even the animals could feel her deathly cold presence and avoided her. She had been drinking as well to lose herself from the guilt of taking yet another life, the scent of booze escaped her breathe.

After a very short meet, it was time for Keto to head back into the walls of Kirigakure and to do some more important things. Important things could range through a number of things, but he just wanted to do something that was not all about him. For the past months he had been very incognito. He kept to himself and had been slipping into an anti-social state that he was really trying to escape. He probably would not have been in this state if he hadn’t lost all of his friends in what seemed like a single overnight activity. Keto only had two friends to start everything off with, but since those wretched Chuunin exams he found himself with no friends. Both decided to coupe, or so he assumed so with Nesuki.

Could things have changed, Keto did not know. He was somewhat of a hermit now, but he was out of his lapse and it was time to start back interacting. As his teacher was completely gone from his view, Keto continued to follow. In the thick of the mist that was always apparent in the village. He did not want to see which way his teacher went, so it was good that they were both masked by the mist. He was now forgotten to Keto because he knew that was the best thing to do with that type of figure. Not everyone deserved to know the powers of Shingan, so they wouldn’t be able to pry it from Keto to learn the proper instructions.

After awhile, Tori sensed a new chakra in the air without the need of Shingan. This was that natural sense that someone was near, someone unfamiliar before that moment. Keto knelt down, and then he disappeared with his great speed as he found himself standing in a tree looking down at a girl sitting at the base of the same tree. Keto smiled at the coincidence that at the point that he wanted to socialize, he would find someone to socialize with. He spoke immediately after arriving, “Hey down there! Mind if I jump in, you look rather unpleasant at the moment, and that could prove to be a bad or good thing.” At that moment the sky began to drizzle small scattered forms of water. This was the work of Keto attempting yet another SA, this time it was all on him. He knew about this technique and the only thing that was left was for him to utilize it.

Keto held no hand seals or gave off the look that he was attempting to do anything other than talk. He had a small smirk on his face as usual as it just allowed the rain to just flow across his face along his chiseled features of his face being attuned with his smirk. Slowly but surely, the rain would continue to pick up in this area. It was not going to get extremely rough out like a tornado, but it was going to get wild like a thunderstorm without the actual thunder. With this technique that Keto was using he would be able to find out if anyone else was in the immediate area if his rain was allowed to touch them. So far it just looked like it was just him and the girl so he had no reason to think that she was to do any harm. She couldn’t have been to bad of a chick if she wasn’t making his Shingan go nuts earlier when he was using it. Now it was just a matter of time to await her reply within the rain. Even at a moment where he was trying not to be all about himself, he could not help but to be all about himself.

Minari had closed her eyes, slowly drifting out of reality and into a short, but much needed rest. She took those precious moments to herself without worry, without the world, just her. But her rest was interrupted by a voice. She couldn't tell if she was dreaming or not, but the voice was unfamiliar. It wasn't until she was pelted by small raindrops she was snapped back into reality.

She opened her eyes, and immediately jumped a distance away, feeling the presence of someone else. She unsheathed her tanto and held it in front of her at the ready. It was then she saw where the voice had came from. It was just a boy.

The raindrops that fell hard hardened into tiny clumps of ice. Her chakra manifested the rain into hail. The hail pricked at her skin, and left tiny high pitched 'clinks' as they hit the floor. She looked into the boys eyes, who she could tell understood the world they were living in. The chill of losing someone close. She felt a rush of blue sorrow run through her veins, but with what she has gone through, it caused her an excellence in masking her emotions. There was just one major difference between them, the most notable, the boy bore a headband of Kirigakure. He was a shinobi, while Minari on the other hand, wasn't.

She shouted at the boy, "Go home, before you get sick," she stated, even though her abilities turned the rain to hail. She had sheathed her tanto. Her actions shown her capability to hold her own after the amount of booze she consumed.

Keto was very intrigued by what was showcased before him. He arrived on the scene trying to find out about his this woman and he found out a little more than he expected. He came looking for a social battle. He wanted to take a chance to get to know someone mentally while also hiding his spy like abilities of leeching her with the rain. As the drops steadily fell onto her skin he was measuring her chakra amount and whether or not he could take her if something inappropriate was to be derived from this meet. Then it happened. At first he was not looking so close onto the woman, but after further examination of just looking at her he could see that something was not right. The small droplets of rain would make contact with her and roll off like normal, but somewhere along the way they would pick up an icy nature and finally end up on the ground to form a popping sound likme a pebble was dropped.

Keto’s smirk changed from cocky and amused to wowed and shocked. It was not even a smirk anymore as his lips opened from his jaw dropping. Was this woman possibly part of those infamous Hyouton users of ice? He did not know exactly because he hadn’t been around them so much, but he did know of that signature of being able to make there own ice, so he would assume that she was at least somewhat affiliated with the famous clan. Then he was completely off guard as he watched the water and rain change form into ice as it continued to go down towards her from the very high sky. Like natural attunement of boys being attracted to women, Keto was not the least bit an exception as this woman was incredibly beautiful when bathed in water and cold. Finally the weather began to amp up as the chills were coming in on Keto as well. His SA was going full throttle to make the rain downpour onto the area like the technique was intended to do in the first place. It was pneumonia weather now, but Keto was not ready to leave.

Keto was still in his daze, but the woman’s mouth finally moved with words and he heard them and showed that he was listening as he responded carelessly, “Aww… Why we got to talk in that tone? I hate being spoken to like I am a child by women that think that they are just soo beautiful and in control of the world. I can tell by this…” he pointed upwards in reference to the hail, “… that you are both deadly and beautiful. In the shinobi you’re a natural born killer, unique, and yet possibly worthless when you are up against someone like me so save that sob talk. So here is what we are going to do. I’m going to give another phrase, and your going to calm down this cold cause I am not here to hurt you or intrude.”

He waited a while to wait for an answer, but really he was not expecting her to say anything as he only paused for a second before talking again, but this time he had a tone that said that he was actually interested as he went from mellow to happy as defined by the smile on his face, “In this cold you still look so hot. I’m Keto Satsujinki, harmless. And you are?” He stopped channeling chakra for the rain as he wondered if the hail would stop as well. Keto hoped that he was not misinterpreting the scenario and possibly attuning his chakra in an incorrect way that had him actually making the hail when trying his technique. He had no recollection of his past to know whether he had bloodlines along his lineage, but he had never had any occurrence to say that he did. He hoped that his assumption of this woman was correct. He also hoped that she would not test him and defy his request to stop the cold. he was not used to this kind of weather, nor was he fitted for it. If the hail didn't stop, he would strike her quick, and possibly painless if he was forced to take her life.
