OOC: Using celestial order NPC Mikaru

Ikego was jogging around the outer edges of Iwagakure, but during his 9th lap around the village, he noticed somebody enter the village who wore a light blue kimono with green vines and dark blue flowers all throughout the fabric. Her kimono was covered by a light grey vest, one he didn't recognize to be a shinobi of any rank. Ikego stopped in his tracks and quickly put his back to the nearest wall. She didn't have a headband, but he couldn't help the cold presence of her being a shinobi. He halted his training and began to pursue her, curious to what business she had in Iwagakure. He jumped up on top of the nearest rooftop and continued his pursuit.

He watched her every movement, her every body motion. She kept her arms crossed, hidden inside the large sleeves of her kimono, and every footstep was elegant like her footing belonged in a dance. Ikego wondered if her movements were related to a certain close combat fighting style, he jumped onto the next roof following close behind her. It was about another ten minutes of walking until she supposedly reached her destination. Ikego was shocked as she knocked on the door of his own home.

Ikego's eyes were widened with shock at first, but they now squinted in curious confusion towards the girl, "Why business does she have at my house?!" thoughts were racing through his mind about the numerous medic materials and poisonous substances at his house, which was reason enough for him to confront her before she decided to break in. He hopped down from the rooftop, and the loud 'thud' of his landing called for quick reaction from the girl's part.

Three senbon were shot at Ikego at shocking speeds, but Ikego had already whipped out a kunai and blocked all three of them at an equal speed. The girl spoke first, "Finally you show yourself. I mean no harm, I'm just irritated you would rather stalk me than help out a visitor of your village. Do you know of a boy named Yokosuka, Ikego?" she asked. She talked about irritated, but the confusion of the occurring events seemed to irritate Ikego more. But he pushed his feelings aside, and handled the situation accordingly, almost jounin-esque.

Ikego sighed,"How rude of me. What business do you have with Ikego?" he asked.

The girl looked almost excited, "So you do know of him??"

"You're speaking to him," he replied and bowed an enthusiastic, arrogant bow, "What business do you have with me?"

"I am on a mission, a given order by the Great Cloud Dragon," Ikego shook his head. The girl saw this and began to elaborate, "I work with an organization known as The Celestial Order. The organization was put together by the Cloud Dragon who use shinobi known as 'prophets' to understand him and do his bidding. I, on the other hand, am a guardian, highly skilled shinobi to walk alongside prophets and protect them, fight with them."

Ikego's eyes searched around them, "So there's another?"

The girl shook her head, "No. I could handle you myself"

Ikego spat, obviously offended by her remark, "So it's a fight you want? First of all, who the hell are you?"

The girl looked like she was struggling to hold in her anger, "My name, is Mikaru, guardian of the keeper of the haze sky, Ozanaru Syra. My mission, to test your strength."

"Is that so? Why would you journey here just to 'test my strength' because some dragon tells you to?"

Mikaru shook her head and her hand rubbed her forehead in disappointment. But with a relieving sigh, she knew it was only a fair question, she began to explain the Cloud Dragon in more detail, "You see, the world's destiny is written in the clouds, only the prophets could truly interpret it," she looked up at the sky with of mixture of fear, admiration, confidence, and determination. It was a clear shade of bright blue that day, only a single, short cloud was visible, "The Cloud speaks out the Will of the Heavens."

Ikego didn't seem to be rubbing into any of this, it was all too quick. He crossed his arms in disbelief, "So? What does any of this have to do with me? Don't tell me...the 'Great Cloud Dragon..." he said sarcastically, "...wants me to join his forces, blah blah blah."

Mikaru felt a slight rush of anger, yet it was passive. For some reason, she couldn't hate the kid, even though he did just brush aside her whole life's beliefs. She continued, "Wrong. I came to test your strength by the Cloud Dragon's orders because," she paused, hesitated, "Because you will have a world-wide impact in the future. And it can't be determined if it will be for a good cause or wrong, or if this very organization will be with you or against you."

Ikego smirked, Mikaru could easily see the arrogance he radiated, "A world wide impact, huh?" he looked up at the sky, as if to read the clouds himself, "I wouldn't expect any less from someone like me. Well then," he looked back towards Miraku, "Challenge excepted. I would need to know the level your organization can bring to the table."

Mikaru bit her lip, she would take offense to the Celestial Order no more, she lashed out with a raised voice, "DONT go off thinking you're some kind of bad ass! The premonition could be wrong if i killed you right here!"

Ikego raised his fists, he was mentally and physically prepared for the fight now, after all the information presented to him. With a strong push off of her right foot, a Mikaru began running directly to her left, and Ikego did the same. She threw nine senbon at him, and with a series of quick ducks and leaps, Ikego managed to dodge them. He blurred through a quick set of handseals, and bats began to appear out of thin air, loads of them. Their screeches echoed throughout the walls of Iwagakure.

The bats had Mikaru surrounded. Ikego was focused on her as he held together a handseal, "Gotta time this right. Steady....steady..." Both Ikego and Mikaru were avoiding obstacles as they ran, but they still managed to run at an even length. Ikego willed the bats to clench onto her, and bite, using their unique ability to suck out chakra. Things were going as planned, most bats were clenched, and she was almost completely covered. Mikaru made a handseal gesture, and the bats were no longer attached to her, but instead of a log, with a tag. As the bats released themselves from the wooden trap, the tag lit itself. The bats were inches away when the tag exploded, they all fell into a fiery despair.

"Dammit, where is she?!" he thought, slowing down to a stop. He hadn't realized how far they had ran, until he looked around. They were more towards the north side of the village now, as noted by the large fountain in the center of the street. It only took him a second to notice Mikaru standing on top of the rising water. Ikego began shouting at the citizens, "Everybody get outta here! We're not holding back!" he shouted, and the people began scurrying in a rush accordingly, after noticing Mikaru themselves, "Wait..." he said to her.

It made her wonder further into the depths of Ikego's future. Would he really be the villain? Or is he the good side just full of arrogance. His actions confused her greatly. She didn't take her eyes off the boy as the people scurried all around until the area was empty. Ikego did the same. The boy's mystery was awesome, not even the Cloud Dragon could determine his world affections to be positive or negative. The footsteps between the last retreating man could be heard between them. The area was open, and Mikaru made the first move once again.

She blurred through her own set of handseals, and numerous water droplets rose from the fountain, then numerous turned to hundreds. The droplets all stretched in unison and hardened into ice, making them effective senbon, "Sensatsu Suishou" The needle's were all shot towards Ikego in unison. Dumbfounded, Ikego pulled out two kunais and prepared himself for the oncoming attack.

The senbon rained down on him at an elevated angle, but shot in a straight line. His body was moving like a blur to dodge most, and the sound of the senbon and kunai connecting repeated itself rapidly for the senbon he couldn't manage to avoid. His pure taijutsu training had come in handy, as seen by the amazing feet. While Ikego was occupied with the attack, Mikaru had already began preparations for the next one.

If you were able to fully see Ikego's motions, he looked as if he was performing a dance. His legs hardly shifted as his upperbody was doing most of the work. His arms were outstretched all the way as he moved, only bringing them in to block senbon that were impossible to dodge. At normal speed this was all a blur, and lasted for more than ten seconds. He blocked the last senbon and took a breathe. There were numerous senbon stabbed in his torso, and only few on his legs. He didn't have time to recuperate as he saw a solid tiger of ice roar and begin to run towards him. As it made its way, Ikego threw the two kunai, which deflected off its face without a scratch, he could tell the material by the sound it made as it clashed, "Ice huh?"

He began running at the tiger with his fist held back. He released his chakra one powerful blow, and it was a direct hit on the tiger's forehead. Cracks ran from its forehead through its body in less than a second, and it roared in defeat before collapsing into snow. Mikaru had never seen sheer power like that before in her life. And in that instance, she was grabbed, by Ikego and they fell from the fountain and landed on the cement. It was definately Ikego in front of her, so who had her held? And it hit her, "A shadow clone? Impressive," she stated, "I was told you're a medical nin, as am I. But I would have never guessed you were so powerful."

"This match is over. Go run and tell your Cloud Dragon that I am the victor," the shadow clone that held her disappeared in a puff of smoke. Mikaru was upset. Maybe not upset, she was pissed. Enraged. But, she knew there was nothing more that could be done, all she could do was hope for the best. For the future. They exchanged respectful bows, and she began to make her way out the village. With a sigh, Ikego turned as well, and began to make his way back home.

OOC: oh sorry Oz =[ i dont know what came over me...but thanks for allowing this rank train none-the-less

He walked towards his home, he counted the senbon that were stuck in him as he pulled it out, "eight...nine...ten...eleven," he pulled out the last senbon out of his thigh and he dropped it, a trail of the icicles were left behind him, "Well, there goes my training session," he thought, observing the damage dealt by the senbons. It was only a tiny amount, which led to discomfort more than pain. He wouldn't need any medical jutsu seeing as these minor wounds would be healed by tomorrow.

He made it to his home, he was walking up the familiar steps. When he placed his hand on the door knob, however, he realized the how important the the information presented to him was. But he had a choice, and decided by his own means how to take it. He decided, he would forget everything he was told this day, about his future, about the celestial order, he couldn't let that information affect his personal endeavors in the future, or he would doubt himself, and second guess every decision he would make. He couldn't allow it. He turned the doorknob and made his way inside.
