He wears a tight fitting blazer and red tie, along with a pair of khaki pants, he also wears a light blue button down shirt. Tsubame usually also wears a pair of oxfords preferring to look more metro than most ninja, he takes this from his father Slevin. He wears a white fedora usually cocked slightly to the left, his headband is tied around this. He also usually wears a pair of large metal framed sun-glasses that have a purple tint.

Personality: He is usually quite quiet, although he does speak out when he finds something disagreeable. Usually Tsubame prefers to let his actions speak rather than his words, he is a tad bitter however. He rarely trusts anyone due to his father leaving at a young age, although he will try to help people out keeping thoughts of that sort to himself. He appears on the outside to be a normal teenage ninja.

Background: Born as a son of Inuzaka Tamotsu and Slevin Hyusahi, his father Tamotsu left near immediately after his birth. He had been a bit bitter to his other father Slevin Hyusahi for moving on. He hates most people although he would never share this with anyone, he had decided now to take a visit to Tamotsu and see if he could make anything better, he can not but he has yet to learn this. He will be leaving Kumogakure shortly in search of his father to see why he really left, it will more than likely turn out horribly.
