Normally found wearing a variety of outfits, such as ones that do in fact not involve her unbuttoning them, Kaede tends to dress more for battle than anything. Unless of course it is a special occasion, in which case, she would of course dress for it, with more formal outfits, that still make her look like an evil sadistic bitch.

Tending to just let her hair lay down, Kaede, will normally not even bother to do it up in any kind of style, as she frankly doesn’t care enough about much besides baby kicking to worry about it, and to add to that fond fetish of hers, her eyes are a deep red color, adding to the creepy factor even more.

• Name: Diclonius
  Requirements: Given at character creation, or had an encounter with a Diclonius, My permission A-Rank or higher if not born with it, female character.
  
  Description: Vectors, A mysterious power that all Diclonius have, it manifests upon their back, it is fueled by an inherent extra hidden part within the brain that uses a pair of horns upon their heads as receptors. These vectors are actually arms, and hands which are invisible to the human eye, and can lift up to twice the weight of the user. They also vibrate fast enough to cut through physical objects that are one rank lower than the Diclonius without the need of chakra, and they are also capably of blocking weapons of one rank lower than the Diclonius. They can block jutsu of three ranks lower than the Diclonius, in exchange for the same chakra cost as an E ranked jutsu. Their vectors cannot cut through objects with have an activated chakra running over them, I.e WA weapon with limit break on it etc.
  
  For different Ranks, one gains a certain number of Vectors, and the reach increases (distance values rounded down if .4 and lower, or rounded up if .5 and higher):

  Each rank takes the following amount of kinjutsu points to train: (You do not have to train for one level if you skill would allow you to skip it, instead you only have to add half of the total amount for training the other levels to the current levels points needed such as if you were going for A rank, right out of the gate, you would only need to do a 14 point training topic instead of training each level.)

  When using vectors the Diclonius may only use up to B rank jutsu, however they may turn the vectors on, and off at will. If they should somehow lose the use of one of their horns (Aka it being cut off) they will go unconscious for one post.
  
  Also if another Diclonius should somehow disrupt the others sensors, via piercing their forehead with a vector, the Diclonius hit by this will not be able to use their vectors for 10 posts afterward, (This effect lasts even if they leave the thread, and enter another one.)
  
  Also due to the nature of the Horns connection to the nerves within the brain, if a Diclonius should lose both of their horns *Keep note that it must be both, and them must be completely destroyed not just use disabled) then they will slip into a coma, due to level of shock it causes their entire body. This is only reversible via a medical ninja healing them, with a level of jutsu equal to their rank, and after which it will take a good 30 posts before they can even hope to use their vectors again (Ic of course).
  
  As a side note: The manifestation of the Horns, and vectors seems however to only occur in girls, due to their hormonal make up, and thusly only female can be born, or become Diclonius. How a non born Diclonius can become is similar to that of a cursed transformation, via them going unconscious for a week, and needing a medical expert to stop them. In order to transform someone the victim must first be unconscious, or helpless in some way, or willing. While it is possible for Males to become a Diclonius (Via surgery) they will lack therefore the vectors, and instead gain smaller horns, if this is the case this SA need not be added to their profile, and they instead just note it down in the appearance section, and has no further effect.

• Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique

  Requirements: None
  Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
  This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

  Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
  
  
  
• Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique
  Type: Ninjutsu
  Rank: E (Basic)
  Requirements: None
  Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

  Location: Back
  Description: Simple wings that are as durable as the Chiropterans level. They do allow for brief flight, and hovering but are not strong enough to be used for an extended period of time (Past 2 posts) without the needs to rest. They are however fairly durable, and can withstand a fair amount of damage without being destroyed, or cut.
  
  

• Name: Light manipulation
  Type: Ninjutsu/Genjutsu
  Rank: D
  Requirements: Must be a Chiropteran
  Description: This is a rather straightforward technique that be used so long as the chiropteran has some form of light rays hitting them. When using this technique no hand signs are needed instead they will twist the light in a way that will be able to replicate themselves in a fast moving circular pattern around the foe in the same color as their eyes. They can while doing this turn their bodies the same color as the light images, and the only way to tell which is the real one is by the level of clearness one has while doing it, as the light images are clear in the appearance while the chiropteran is not, this will be difficult, but can be done however; also no jutsu can be used while the chiropteran is in this state.
  

Kaede’s past like many on this forum is full with darkness, and swing sets of emoness. This however is as true as it is stated, as she did have a swing set in her front yard. Anyhow, her story like many began a long time ago when she was born, however this is where everything picks up right off the freaking bat, and things begin to tumble downward, as you see Kaede was born with one unique trait. Unlike others she had a pair of triangle like horns growing out her head. This caused quite a bit of an uproar within the infirmary area, and her parents did the logic choice, and basically chucked her out the window as who wants a baby with horns on her head hmm? Not me that is for sure.

However as she fell from the fifth story window of the hospital, a kind person who just so happened to be underneath her at the time, caugh8t her via her landing on her back, and almost crushing her spine with the force of ten thousand falling babies. Realizing that the baby had been abandoned after a epiphany of epic proportions the kind lady just took her into her house, and began to care for her just like her own.

The wonderful years passed, as Kaede grew up, and reached the age of three, at which point she had gotten yelled at by her adoptive parent, and did the only logical thing possible, she murdered her with vectors, because bitch told her not to steal the cookies, and she likes her cookies. This caused an uproar within the village that she was growing up in, and throughout the night she escaped, after killing several more random people who got in her way, as she was a very happy demon spawn, and did not want to get caught in the game of tag.

Making it out of dodge, she spent the next few years of her life on the run for the most part, just going where she pleased, and avoiding the various figures that would oppose her in any way, or those whom she seems incapable of killing due to them either being too strong physically, or the fact that she didn’t care enough. Eventually reaching the village of Kumogakure at the age of twelve she just walked in, and asked to be a ninja, and being as how they didn’t care about past or the like, they just said why the hell not (Granted the chunin might have been slightly drunk at the time as well) and she just started to learn the basics of the ninja world, which to her seemed easy enough, at least the kill part did.

After the time in the academy which was interesting but not worth going into due to the amount of detail it would take, and the fact that no one gives a crap about it anymore as she became a genin and that is all that really matters in the long run.

Upon a mission for the village however, as she was rejected from the list for the chunin exams via being somewhat unstable as her superiors called her. This mission like every mission in a background went bad, and long story short she got the piss beat out of her, and her teammates, and because the opponent felt like being a douche, she got turned into a chiropteran, and her teammates got offed because the chiropteran was frankly bored. However the idiot forgot the one rule around her, don’t let your guard down, and she basically axe murdered him in his sleep, and went back to the village where she just kept on acting like she always had. The end…. I mean the beginning.
