Description: Using certain organs in the body, air inside is either cooled or heated through friction.
Demogca - Using the Inner Devinent Lung, air is stored and pressurized with other gases. The pressure in the lung forces the air to "bounce" around, creating friction and enlarging the air, which creates more friction. For less heat, the pressure is removed from the lung, leaving less friction, and eventually cooling the air.
Humans - Using the lungs, air is stored inside, and pressurized or depressurized using chakra. The air then uses the same force of friction and less friction to either cool or heat the air.
Training Time: 10 for humans, 0 for demogca.

It's an entry jutsu to other demogca jutus. And it can do more, it can go below -20 degrees celcius and above 30 degrees celcius. This could put the enemy at severe discomfort.

Wouldn't that mean you're making your own body go down or up that much? So would this affect both you and your opponent?

No, you'd be enlarging your lungs. When the air is released, so is the pressure. However, air is able to contain heat and lack of heat for quite some time.
