Name: Shouten no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S(Kinjutsu)
Requirements: Must be Taught by Ryunosuke
Description: Only a body that has been dead for no more then 2 hours can have another person pour their chakra into them. When this dead body has the chakra of another person within them, they began to take form of the donors image. They then have all of the users abilities however, depending on how much chakra they give to the dead person, they are allowed to use certain jutsu of the donor. The donor is allowed to control the dead persons body until they are either dead or have used up all of their chakra.
Training Time: 10 KinJutsu Points

Note: Byakugan or Sharingan would not be able to tell if that's the fake or not.

This seems okay. It is clear to me what the jutsu does, though unless you plan on reaching ANBU any time soon I think it should be written on a scroll for others to use.

I am slightly confused...what's the point of this jutsu if "the new person will have no control over their body"?

This jutsu is from the show, and the "new person have will no control over their body" part is opitinal on the show, for it had the opition to let the donor of the charka control the target, or leave control to the target. The point is to get a perfect copy of someone, so the original's life is never put in danger.

Yes. In the case in the show, they left control to the donors of the chakra, and a perfectly cloned Itachi could use God of the Moon.

I hope you know I am only going to use this on Dead people....Jikota will animate the body using Medical NinJutsu and then Ryunosuke will Shapeshift them with 30% Power.

The person must be actually alive for this to work, and I'm not sure using the jutsu that temporarily starts the heart beating again would be enough.

Dude, the person was dead when Pein used the technique. Itachi and Kisame were controlling Yuura and the other guy. And last time I check, if you're either dead or unconscious, it's pretty damn hard to control someone even if their alive.

Sharingan excluded.

The donors have the option of controlling the targets, or they can be left to fight on their own. And can you give me proof that they were dead? I know in the show it doesn't say that.
