These were written with the original, but I never got around to posting them.

Name: Secret Technique - Quick Exhale Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Inner Breath Jutsu; taught by demogca
Description: User inhales as much air as possible. Then the lungs are collapsed quickly, forcing the pressurized air out of the mouth. The lungs are then reinflated.

Name: Secret Technique - Breathing Lightning Shot Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Inner Breath Jutsu; taught by demogca
Description: Air is divided in the lung; one side is heated while the other cooled. The collision thereafter create a small force off static electricity, and since it can't be grounded in the diventory lung or chakra coated lung, it escapes through the mouth to the directed target. This technique is very dangerous, and can damage internal organs.

Name: Secret Technique - Weather Change Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Inner Breath Jutsu; taught by demogca
Description: Using air and moisture from the sky, continuous percipitation can be made. While in combat this is useless, this can be used to change the battlefield more advantegous. Precipitants include rain, snow, sleet, and hail.

Name: Secret Technique - Cold Icicle Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Inner Breath Jutsu; taught by demogca
Description: Air is cooled below liquid freezing point. The concentrated air is sent through the mouth, collecting saliva or water before exiting. It creates a small icicle. This does little damage, but can serve as a good distraction, and a lead in into other water jutsu.

First off, weather change should be at least A-rank, as you're affecting a huge area continuously. Second, I'm not too sure about the last, as it seems to be an ice jutsu somewhat. I'll let another mod comment of that part, but the rest seems good.

No it's not. Inner breath and quick exhale are very different.

frodo (not a insult just easier than fyador) the demon is just cooling the air in its lungs to a solid point so i dont see a problem with it and I was kind of thinking that wether one should be A ranked but theres a B ranked hyouton jutsu that makes snow so i wasnt sure.

Ok im thinking of the jutsu from suna where they shoot a air blast out? its the same thing isnt it?
