For Events You Normally Win Forum Credit Here Is What You Can Do With Them:

5 Credit Can = Jutsu Slot (Need To Learn Normally),
10 Credit Can = Extra Rank Training
15 Credit Can = Jutsu Slot (No Training Needed)
20 Credit Can = Auto-Rank Up.

Some Contests Have Other Prizes, read the topics for more details.
