Garrow wears black canvas ninja vest over a tight white tank top, with no gloves or head apparel of any kind. He typically wears his Ninja headband around his neck, tied loosely as if an additional collar with the village symbol facing the front. He wears dark blue ninja pants on his lower half, complete with the usual ridiculous amounts of pockets and an additional side satchel full of his ninja tools. Contrary to the common toeless ninja shoes, Garrow wears heavy black boots.
Race: Garrow appears a mixture of both Japanese, along with somewhat of a Slavic look prominent in his powerful jaw and gaunt nose.
Hair: Garrow's hair is black and spiky in a true sense. Rather than just somewhat sticking up, his hair ends in actual makeshift spikes, alike how a "spiky" detail should truly represent.
Eyes: Garrow's eyes are sharp and fierce, while large on his head. They seem somewhat deep into his face, however not freakishly so. As a result, etched lines appear between his nose and each eyeball. They are dark crimson in color.
Body: Overall, Garrow maintains a very athletic and fit body. His arms are muscular and defined, while his test and abs are only partially toned but definitely slim. His legs are not bone thin as typical with some younger ninja, and rather are muscular and akin to a runner's.
Ethnicity: Mizu No Kuni
Personality: Garrow is a loud, arrogant, and driven man with little lose. His temper quickly escalates in nearly all situations, causing him to find difficulty in following orders given by people he does not hold a deep respect for. Like most others, Garrow's personality changes in correspondence to who he is dealing with. While very helpful, understanding, and assisting of his allies, he is very mistrusting of others, be they enemy or simply unknown. For those who rally under the same flag as himself, Garrow becomes a proud big brother or father figure,even with his young age, adopting all who fight with him into his 'family'. Though he does not like to talk about touchy-feely emotions and the what-nots, Garrow has a strong desire to find a family of his own, and values the friendships of those he knows to be trustworthy. Though he has possession of such emotions as loyalty, kindness, and generosity, this is not to say that Garrow falls under the umbrella alignment of 'good', for he is not above employing somewhat frowned upon tactics in order to get what he wants.
As a shinobi, Garrow is a tool of the Hidden Mist, finding honor and glory in service to his village. Due to this he greatly respects those who are higher up, obeying their commands with little question, even if he may bitch from time to time about boring tasks. Though he does possess a hunger for power, Garrow is not ruled completely by his inner desire, and would rather enjoy himself through a purposeful seeking of violence. Yet even though he finds much joy in the pursuance of violence, Garrow is often hesitant to pull the trigger on a kill if he has attained much respect for the man through battle.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Background: Born of Arito Kanzagi, a Mist Village criminal convicted of murdering her entire squad in an attempt to steal hidden techniques, Garrow Kanzagi was raised in the Mist Village prison of Fathom's Deep. Hiding his presence from the guards, knowing that they would take her child, the insane Arito hid Garrow in the shadows of her danky cell for 6 years, teaching him her madness in quiet whispers. Yet when Fathom's Deep was abandoned in favor of newer and better equipped prison facilities suited to house criminal shinobi, Fathom's deep guard unit discovered Garrow and stripped him from his mother. Unsure of what to do with the young boy, they offered his fate up to the Mizukage at the time, who placed him under the guardianship of his grandfather. An elder of the village council, Sako Kanzagi placed Garrow within special tutoring programs to reconstruct the boy's state of mind, fearful that his mother's madness had worn off with him. Holding him back from the standard academy until the age of 10, Sako enrolled Garrow once he believed the boy to be of normal social identity, and unaffected by his mother's insanity.
Having absolutely no training in chakra manipulation, or any ninja techniques of any kind, Garrow was slower in class than many of his peers, causing his graduation to prolong until he was the age of 16, where he graduated with a class that was on average two years younger than himself. Slightly outcast amongst his fellow Genin and even the higher ups due to both his older age, and his shady past, Garrow was without immediate placement in a jounin led squad. This, on top of the changing kageship and turmoil that plagued the entire Mist ruling system, had left much disorganization within the Mist's ranks, and created ambition in the Genin to prove himself and stabilize his country.
