He tends to overdo things for the sake of moving on to the next event, however, his joking ends when something serious occupies his mind. It is then and there Tamotsu's protective and rage can be seen. He's incredibly easy to confuse emotionally, love being the easiest to make him feel weak. Description: Unlike sealing, Demonic Influence is an imparting of a slight bit of Demonic Chakra infused into the ninja's chakra system and memories. This "Influence" is then imprinted deep into the emotional state of the ninja, triggered under the emotion they felt during their Near Death Experience. From there, the person's irises gain an odd red ring which slowly leaks out their chakra with an expanded "Demonic" chakra from the Demon or the person they received it from. This ability does nothing more then expand Chakra bases by 50% but the downside is that if activated for too long (more then 6 posts) the ability will drain Life from the person as the Demonic Influence becomes a poison.

Description: Penance is the final form of the Demonic Influence. When the person suffers great duress, their collective powers congregate making an elemental "demon" from the body of the host. The hosts body changes completely into animal that best represents their soul, remaining the same height and bipedal. The hosts body will be covered in a protective layering of chakra that will repel B Rank attacks. Furthermore, their elemental powers increase in power 50%. Much like it's predecessor, this form can only last 7 posts but can be extended at the expense of the user's life.

Description: Hunter's knowledge is a special ability that comes with training. Much like dogs, the hunter's sense of smell is profound and can smell a threat or prey from a distance of up to 300 yard away if under heavy concentration. A hunter's nose can also sense a person's emotional state by their change of smell allowing them to 50% of the time know when their being lied to or being misled. This ability must be trained in a forest or plains where the air is pure and not polluted by man.

Description: A strong, but rather primitive in its execution ninjutsu attack. It does not involve any nature manipulation, but it takes the shape manipulation of one's chakra to the highest possible level. Basically, it's a sphere with chakra spinning seemingly chaotically inside of it, but this seemingly easy technique deals excessive damage and takes a lot of skill to master. The training can be broken up into three basic steps: first, one has to be able to spin their chakra in their palm at a high speed; then, one has to be able to concentrate a large amount of chakra into their palm while still spinning it to build power; finally, one must learn to retain this vortex of chakra to a ball shape to be able to utilize the full potential of this jutsu. The resulting attack will saw at the target with wildly rotating chakra and throw them back with a lot of force and rotation. The illusion of the chaotic rotation of chakra is caused by the fact that it spins at the same speed on all layers, which means it makes more full rotations per second at its center than at the edges.
Oodama Rasengan is a really primitive advancement of the common Rasengan, the only difference of which is putting more chakra into the technique. Its size and power are about twice as high, although it only uses about one half more chakra, which happens due to the nature of the jutsu. It is likely possible to force even more chakra into it to further increase its size and destructive power, but that would take someone with an immense chakra pool size.

Description: With elemental chakra, finesse was finally introduced into the technique that was previously based on brute force. However, adding an elemental affinity to Rasengan is a task of unparalleled difficulty. Every jutsu consists of two parts when it comes to using chakra: shape manipulation and nature manipulation. The difficulty level of each jutsu is based mostly on these two factors, although while shape manipulation can have many different levels, nature manipulation is a yes or no deal. Since Rasengan involves the highest imaginable level of shape manipulation, far surpassing any other jutsu in existence, additng nature manipulation to that is next to impossible. However, if someone does succeed in creating such a technique, it will certainly be one of the strongest in existence
Note: When training for this technique, you must make a custom one with the same ranking. Once the training is finished, you will learn both this jutsu and the custom elemental one you made, so it takes two slots, although you only need to train once. You can only have an Elemental Rasengan of your first element or, for people with a bloodline that allows the combination of two elements, of your bloodline limit element

Description: Rasen Spear takes Rasengan's primary rotating function and extends it further with shape manipulation and elemental addition. Taking the normal size of Rasengan and extending it to the to the shape of a spear, the rotating jutsu become a heavy projectile capable of piercing through most anything with ease due to the Wind Nature added into it. Of course the drain of this jutsu makes it impossible to replicate more then twice for an SS Rank without any abilities that boost chakra. The downside that attack is very direct and can be dodged by someone whose speed is high but the jutsus speed and velocity is increased by natural wind and makes it hard to dodge.

Limit break is not the same for everyone. Although it uses the same release function, a person can manipulate the chakra in different ways and form their own extensions of the Limit. An alternate version can be applied to the hands and feet but it is slightly weaker and it's applications can only come in Hand-to-Hand combat.

Tamotsu was born to a poor family. His birth however was riddled with complications and problems. Tamotsu's parents were informed that he would not be as strong as most of the other children and that becoming a ninja would be near impossible for him. His parents named him Tamotsu which means protect. As he grew up, Tamotsu lived a sheltered life until he was 5. In the meantime, they taught him to read and write. He took a fondness to reading and nature. As he grew up, his parents enrolled him into the Academy. As time continued, he distanced himself from others and made no friends.
His parents no longer wanting to be alone at age 11, took him out into the woods and helped him tame a gray wolf. Tamotsu, now having to care for the wolf he called Jaken, began to change slightly. He refused to accept that he was not as strong as the other children. He and Jaken trained tirelessly together . Tamotsu used his intelligence and natural speed to fight hand-to-hand with Jaken. Despite all this training, he would tire easily from time to time. Despite his natural setbacks, Tamotsu proved his worth and finally graduted from the Academy with Jaken at the age of 12.
However, his family was attacked their after by a group of bandits from Suna and Iwagakure. Tamotsu during this raid accidentally killed his mother with a kunai when trying to defend himself. His father was badly injured by the attackers and Tamotsu's blind rage lead him to kill the men who raided their home. His father died and he was left alone with Jaken. He swore off using weapons thereafter calling them evil tools of destruction and rid himself of all hist kunais and shurikens. He then had his neighbor, a young boy named Seiko Mitsuki implant his parent's eyes into his head. The two became friends and joined a team together labeled team 4.
Tamotsu stood in Team 4 who consisted of Seiko, an unnamed girl and Gozu, their sensei. They did several unannotated missions as a time. Gozu continuously abused Tamotsu by breaking his left arm or right leg, saying he was building endurance for the boy. Despite the abuse, Tamotsu found a ray of hope in Tsubame, a boy from the Raptor clan and their Rivals, Team 5. The two developed a close friendship which many came to question. However, the rumors were settled when in the Chuunin exams, Tamotsu bowed out of the exam when he fought Tsubame. His display of skill and mercy earned him a spot as a Chuunin. Tsubame wondered for months why Tamotsu left and he was told simply "There's no point in hurting you." Their friendship become stronger afterwards.(that explains the rank-up Lava gave.)
Upon becoming Chuunin, Tamotsu left Team 4 and pursued solo training. He trained himself in a few new jutus though lacked on the offensive ones. During this solot training however, he began to cut off all ties with his past but kept Seiko and Tsubame close not wanting to distort his entire being. Tamotsu participated in samll missions that were never recorded for safety purposes. Tsubame then left Konoha to endure a rigorous training regimen. The leaving bothered Tamotsu and he became distant and cold. He trained consistently to keep up with Tsubame and Seiko thought he injured himself sveral times. Through nothing but sheer force of will, Tamotsu self trained himself to the rank of Jounin by way of field promotion and excellence.
After becoming a Jounin, Tamotsu took on a student by the name of Kodo. While training him, it was revealed that he had a deeper more calculative side. He forced Kodo to train at the Forest of Death before abandoning him. As he did, he felt that he himself was weak and sought out council from Renima, the newly appointed Hokage. He asked for a jutsu which could help him become stronger. Renima seeing the potential in hims gave him a Rasengan scroll and 7 day in which to learn the whole process. Believing it to be impossible but not wanting to fail, Tamotsu took the scroll and trained for the ultimate wind jutsu.
After and exhausting 6 days, he managed to produce a perfect Rasengan. But his victory dance was short lived as he was forced to take on a mission. After his mission, he returned to Renima and gave back the scroll, revealing that he had been able to master the jutsu. Renima, amazed by him, took him on as a student and partner in several missions together. Tamotsu learned from him that he needed something to protect in order to become truly stronger. Thinking hard on his saying, Tamotsu began his trek to find his purpose.
Midway through all of this, Tamotsu met his future second student, Shu, and trained him mercilessly. In the process he had begun to think up an idea of his own creations and believed it to be the first route to him finding his purpose. It wasn't until he fought Ukyo, that he realized what was important to him and what he had to do. Taking up his pride and abilities, he took his previous student, Kodo, and went to the water country for a scouting mission. There, he met Uchiha Katsuga who made him and offer that he initially refused but changed his mind instantly.
The two fought massively at the Coast with a designated draw between the two. Tamotsu taking the experience of a lifetime, returned Kodo back to the Fire Country but headed off to the Wind Country for some cakes he had favored as a child. There he met his next student, Reiatsu, and brought him back to Konoha with him. Upon arrival he spoke with Renima briefly about his scouting mission and his creation called the Sky Wolves. Having nothing more to say, he took to training his new Gennin. He pulled out two new jutsus during the training and managed to help the gennin master the required jutsus. After, Tamotsu took to personal training believing himself to be weak in the taijutsu department despite his incredible strength. He learned two new powerful taijutsu and began taking pride in himself.
Soon after, Tamotsu began to question his abilities and took to be a proctor in the Chuunin exams. There after, he was called back to Konoha to assume temporary Hokage duties. However, on the way, he found one of the legendary blades of the Wind Shire. He returned to Konoha where he waited for Renima to return. Upon his arrival, Renima took Tamotsu to the Wind Shire and the two fought a great battle. However, Tamotsu stopped before a decisive blow and was punished for it. He explained that he couldn't kill Renima or harm him further. Renima and him exchange words briefly about Tamotsu's past and Renima promotes him to a Sannin. There after for several months, Tamotsu tirelessly trained to be a Medical-nin in Konoha. The training helped him develop more skills with chakra and he had become a doctor for Renima in the Kage's Tower.
Sometime after becoming a Sannin, Tamotsu was approached by Kaeor who gave him Uchiha Sairyou's dead body. As a reward for it, he gave Kaeor the left eye and kept the right one for himself and took Madara's armour. Soon after this event, the Rock Lord came to Konoha to seek help deposing the current Tsuchikage. He found Tamotsu and asked his help in the matter. Rather unsure of himself, Tamotsu took to the idea and then took Ezekiel and Kaeor with him to rebuild Rock. After killing the Tsuchikage, he assumed the role and began his duties.
Soon after becoming Tsuchikage, Tamotsu returned to Konoha to speak with Renima about a possible alliance. However, upon arriving, Renima was dying and left everything he owned to Tamotsu. However, he left Konoha refusing to be Hokage. When he arrived back at Iwagakure, he was visited by the Konoha Elders who told him that he is the rightful heir to Hokage. After being inspired by their speech, he packed up and left Iwagakure and the Tsuchikage position to his friend Kaeor. He then returned to Konoha to assume the spot of Hokage and hopes to be as great as his master.
After become Hokage, Tamotsu had Eric Hatake return to Konoha to bolster Konoha's forces. However, with Eric came Rin Shouten, a Hyouten user. Tamotsu feeling weary about it, accepted what was there and welcomed them both. He called Ukyo into his office and designated the black ops section of ANBU just for him with his own team. After dismissing them, Tamotsu trained under Eric and his assistant, Seiko began to be more active in his life. After learning Shadow Clone, Tamotsu traveled to Kirigakure to speak with Katsuga, now the Mizukage and wished to learn more from him will having an alliance. When he had learned all he could, he returned to Konoha.
Soon after, Tamotsu gave blessing and proceeded over the marriage of Eric and Rin. There after, Tamotsu began to take on students again but not personally training them for lack of time. Â Soon after, he decided to implant the Sharingan eye into Seiko. After doing so, he left Seiko in charge for a day. When he did, Sazaku Norimune had joined Konoha. Upon learning this and Eric's apparent assassination plots, Tamotsu became weary and feared war was coming to Konoha. Despite the colder times, Tamotsu's once bright shining ray of light returned in the form of Tsubame.
After sometime, Tamotsu became weary and had begun to wonder what family he had left. Feeling an odd push, he decided he would resign being Hokage and wander the world again at his leisure. He renounced his title to Ukyo and walked off but not before destroying precious scrolls.
After wandering around in the Kusa border, Tamotsu parted ways with Tsubame and began anew with a missing-nin by the name of Charoo. With Charoo, he rebuilt the Sky Wolves for a second time and began to take his missions a bit more seriously. However, it was not to be a lasting thing as Tamotsu and Seiko began a personal war with each other over their friendship and the implant. When the two went their separate ways, Tamotsu's darker half, Takatsu began to surface and forced him into realizing the hatred he had for the world. During this time, Takatsu used his influence to subject Renima who revealed himself to be alive to forfeit his blood. During the 2nd Chuunin exams, Tamotsu was the main host and had learned a terrible power was beneath Konoha. Spurred on by his darker half, Tamotsu followed into the basement and began preparations to release the manufactured 10-Tails Dragon with the collected blood samples. However, before he could fully release it, Seiko intervened with Moriko, Tamotsu's sister and the three fought over the dragon. Tamotsu over powered the two on his own but when Seiko failed to stop Tamotsu's advance, the beast was awakened and released.
Tamotsu was left incapacitated, the darker half overwhelmed by the dragon's power, causing the two halves to reconfigure. However, when his life was threatened, Tamotsu was saved incidentally by the dragon who wished to keep him alive to see the folly of his ways. During the 2 month time of his disappearance, Seiko sought after him and rescued him from the Dragon but in the rescue, he gave his life to assure Tamotsu's return. Tamotsu feeling a great pain for the loss returned to the main land and met with Ukyo who had just killed Katsuga. The exchange ended with Tamotsu promising to never harm Konoha so long as Ukyo was Kage. Before returning home, Tamotsu went to Iwagakure to make amends with Yasuo, who was Seiko's lover. He revealed to Yasuo that his encounter left him unable to perform Taijutsu and weakened his body completely but increased his chakra.
After rejoining Konoha, Tamotsu enlisted as an ANBU captain but this did not last long as he would have hoped as he was called to Kiri to see Katsuga's funeral. There he met Syra whom exchanged words with him. Upon his return to Konoha, Tamotsu met with Charoo again for the first time since the Chuunin Exams. Their exchange ended with Tamotsu leaving Konoha once more, this time for Kiri where the council asked that Tamotsu act as an interim Kage. He reluctantly accepted and then let the time expire. The council had not done it's job and Tamotsu forcibly vacated the spot.
Along the way, Tamotsu returned to Iwagakure, where Kaeor had abandoned the country. No longer wanting ties to a figure heads who wanted nothing to do with the country. Killing the Rock lord, he once more claimed the mantle of Tsuchikage.
After rejoining Iwagakure, Tamotsu had several problems to face including regaining the faith of several ninjas including Yasuo. After celebrating his friend's passing a year after. While Tamotsu was still caring about Yasuo, he felt the need to tell him the truth about Seiko. They ended up together in the Waterfalls until they were attacked by a member of the Ji army. Seeing that the threat was serious, Tamotsu returned to Iwagakure only to be faced with a Volcano exploding. Charoo had returned and Tamotsu used his Rasengan to stop the volcano. However, Ji was not ready to give up.
The Ji army invaded Konoha and with the help of several of Iwa's ninjas and Seiko and Charoo, they were defeated. Tamotsu had learned that both his mother and father were alive but his mother sacrificed herself to save him. Tamotsu killed his father and asked Charoo to marry him. The two agreed and Tamotsu left to Konoha to be Hokage where he can be married. Leaving Yasuo in charge of Iwagakure. Upon arriving, Tamotsu and Charoo married quickly and Tamotsu dealt with the pressures of a Kage.
Soon after their marriage, Charoo disappeared and Tamotsu's loneliness drove him to seek him out. He left Caleb the Hokageship and set off. Shortly after this, Tamotsu met with Katsuga who did not die. the two of them spoke about how Katsuo was driving Kiri into a depression. Tamotsu and Katsuga decided it would be best to remove this element. Tamotsu met with Tai who ended up taking many Kiri ninja with him. Tamotsu returned to Konoha where he found Charoo again and the two reconciled. Katsuga arrived and Tamotsu set off again with him.
The two friends entered battle with Katsuo who called Tamotsu a demon. After this, Tamotsu couldn't forgive himself and set of Kokorogakure where he met Tai again. After Tai's demon took over, Tamotsu swore to protect him. The two married, having felt Charoo's soul departed. Their marriage did not last long as they were attacked by the Midnight Shadow's leader Kage. Tai having felt he failed left Tamotsu behind and went off. Tamotsu angered by this, took Mashimizu with him to Kiri. He left the ninja there at the coast and went to Iwa.
Along the way, Tamotsu met with Seiko and they encountered a new ninja called Rian. The three off them went off to Iwagakure, Tamotsu hours before the others. Tamotsu confronted Yasuo for the attacks and the two fought a great battle but it ended in a stalemate. Seiko filled in the gaps and the two forgave each other. Tamotsu left with Rian to Kumogakure for more answers. There he met Skye who he fell in love with having sense that Tai died. The two ventured off to Kumogakure.
There Tamotsu met a few ninja who were weak against the current threat. He empowered one Ninja and nearly killed another and took him with him. This ninja was Hyusahi Slevin. There Tamotsu helped Sophia by killing the Shadow's bomb maker. With that done, Tamotsu went to bring Slevin back with his Demonic Influence. Seiko was left with Slevin as Tamotsu went off to Kiri. Before he could get there Tamotsu has returned to Iwagakure and get some items. He was attacked by Kage and Jaken saved his life at the price of his own. Enraged by grief, he held service for the King of Wolves. Charoo returned and made Tamotsu's rage attack. He was stopped and then went off to Kiri.
There in Kiri, he met with Gedo and Mashimizu and let off his demonic power. Being calmed but MAshi, he went and confronted KAtsuga and a man who presented himself as Ukyo. Tamotsu revealed that he killed Ukyo but would kill him again if that were true. The fight commenced till Tamotsu's demonic half returned and threatened to destroy Kiri. Katsuga used the last of his energy to stop him. Tamotsu was washed away, with the reveal that Ukyo was really Tai. After being rescued by his former lover in Kusagakure. The two parted ways for what seemed to be the last time.
After returning home, Tamotsu decided he would Kill Tai for making him suffer. Ryuuken, the son of Jaken decided he would wander with Tamotsu. The two returned to Iwagakure and saw Seiko training Slevin. Tamotsu took over the training but it turned out to be that the two of them would fight. During their fight, Tamotsu summoned Ultima who went rogue on him. The two fought the summon together as Tamotsu revealed he could control demonic chakra. After beating the summon, the two returned home and began to get to know each other. They began to fall in love and soon after,Tamotsu asked Slevin to marry him. He agreed.
The two married hastily and then the elders of Kumo called for Tamotsu. Upon returning, Tamotsu was offered the Kage spot but denied it. He instead offered it to Slevin who accepted. Tamotsu decided to stay with his new husband in Kumogakure, having changed his last name.
In other words, you're an Inuzuka, right? That's what it's looking like to me, if so, you'll need to change your last name to Inuzuka.
