Description: It's a technique to approach your enemy without them realizing it. This technique uses they're power in the forepart of their legs and run without kicking the ground and using the earth's gravity. In other words, the user doesn't let their feet hit the ground, they use faster steps. but it only seems like one step to the human eye, But during the initial movements, the position of the Opponents head would appear to remain completely unchanged. The history and origin of the style is to be believed each user was reached by a dragon in their sleep or in waking eyes and seen only by them or other dragon slayers, the dragon trains them directly and teaches them the ways of being a dragon (the element they are). The style belongs to a rare breed of chakra based dragons (think demons) that seal themselves inside of the shinobi and gives their element a supreme boost of power. The Drunken Monkey of fighting we developed by Ballian, He was sitting in a bar, his favorite animal was a Monkey, which was owned by the the shop keeper of the restaurant he was in, the monkey was completely drunk from drinking peoples wine and everyone used to laugh when it fell over and failed at fighting, Ballian was completely drunk that night and Someone challanged to him a taijutsu match outside, so he did.
Ballian couldn't make any hand seals and sighed and remembered the pose of the monkey, waving his body back and forth not on purpose the man was laughing at him, His hands were raised in a claw like style but facing towards himself, this style consisted of multiple of attacking strikes such as:

The "Monkey-Hands" Technique: Relaxed hand strikes with the palm facing downward and fingers drooping towards the ground, used to deflect hand strikes and kicks, and also to strike with the fingers towards the throat and eyes.
The "Monkey-Claws" Technique: This attack is basically a strike with the palm facing forward and hitting with the fingers and striking downward, like any animal's clawing motion. It is used to hit the face and eyes, and can also be used to grapple the opponent's wrist.
Low Kicks and Ground Kicks: There are many kicks in Drunken Monkey, primarily aimed at the lower portions of the body (legs, groin, abdomen) and executed from a low position or from lying on the ground.
The Odd abilities of this style of fighting, allows the user to Dodge and slow time down slowly for them and be able to block incoming techniques faster then normally compared to being sober, bad effects of the style. If the user is turning sober, they will lose the ability fast and will need to drink more wine or any type of liquor to become drunk again.

Drunken Monkey uses a lot of throat, eye and groin strikes as well as tumbling and falling techniques. It incorporates a lot of false steps to give the appearance it is defenseless and uses a lot of off balance strikes. The practitioner waddles, takes very faltering steps and sometimes fall to the ground and lies prone while waiting the opponent to approach at which time a devastating attack is launched at the knees or groin areas of the opponent. In drunken monkey you use more internal energy than any other. It is one of the most difficult of the monkey styles to master and also the most powerful.
Traditional hou quan as taught in Mainland China includes running on all fours (i.e. the hands and feet), various difficult acrobatic movements such as flipping sideways in the air, front flips, back flips, back handsprings, hand stands, walking on the hands, forward lunges/dives, backward lunges, spinning on the butt, spinning on the back and many kicks and strikes. Most of the attacks are aimed at the knees, groin area, throat or eyes of the opponent and hand strikes are normally either open handed slaps or clawing with a semi-closed fist called the monkey claw. A wide array of facial monkey expressions are also practiced, inclusive of happiness, anger, fear, fright, confusion and bewilderment etc. Except for very brief periods, most movements inclusive of running are executed from either a squatting or semi-squatting position and are normally accompanied by very swift and 'jerky' head movements as the practitioner nervously looks around. The monkey staff, or hou gun, is one of this style's specialty weapons. Monkey boxing is an imitative technique and so execution of the movements and facial expressions must be so convincing that it looks exactly like a monkey and not simply like a human imitating a monkey hence the very high degree of difficulty associated with this technique.
Other Forms of the Monkey styles
Stone Monkey is a "physical" style. The practitioner trains up his body to exchange blows with the opponent - Stone Monkey uses a kind of Iron body method. It will leave an area exposed on its body for an opponent to attack, so it can attack a more vital spot on the body.
Lost Monkey feigns a lot. He gives the appearance of being lost and confused to deceive the opponent into underestimating his abilities, and he retaliates when least expected. The hands and footwork change and flow from each other at will. All monkeys are sociable animals and so they live in troops or family groups. They are also very territorial by nature and so when they wander into the territory of another troop there is normally a fight possibly resulting in death to the trespassers. This technique incorporates the fear, nervousness and mischief of a monkey who has wandered into a neighboring territory, in that it attempts to pick and eat as many fruits and insects as quickly as is possible while nervously looking around before scurrying back to its own home range.
Standing Monkey or Tall Monkey is a relatively conventional monkey that likes to keep an upright position and avoid tumbling around. This style is more suited for tall people. Tall monkey likes to climb body limbs to make attacks at pressure points. It is a long range style.
Crafty monkey is very deceptive, it uses different faked emotions to lure opponents into attacking. By pretending to be scared for example it lulls the opponent into a false sense of security and waits for the opponents guard to be down, then suddenly attacks when not expected. This variation is not listed in the Tai Shing Pek Kwar system, instead it appears to have been absorbed into the Lost Monkey curriculum.
Wooden Monkey mimics a serious, angry monkey that attacks and defends with ferocity. The attitude of this monkey is more serious, and its movements are noticeably less light than the other monkeys. Wood monkey likes to grapple and bring its opponent to the ground.

Description: A variation of the Konoha repuu. The user sweeps their legs across the ground, knocking the opponent off their feet. Hopefully towards a hard object, setting them up for a more powerful attack. Combined with Sabaku ken Fu will cause the opponent to get scrapped by the sand everytime the user makes contact with them.

Description:Bear Drop is a technique which manipulates a user’s strength and weaknesses. The user will take a defensive mode and wait for the enemy to strike him with a technique. Description:This is an ability/technique that allows the user to construct chakra based element to flow upon the users body causing the element of choice to thicken and harden into scales that form a massive power suit of armor of chakra that constructs less damage done to the user in both Taijutsu and Ninjutsu techniques. Each element has its own effect.
Lightning Scales: The lightning scales contract elemental lightning and any state of shock caused to directly flow damage upon any contact between any element that pierces or touches the scales, specially against water based techniques, this also boosts the user speed heavily.

Earth Scales: The earth scales contract the earth element causing the element to boost defensive skills against heavily damaging attacks from any sort of element except wind.

Description: If the user can get close enough, touching or being touched by their opponent. Focusing their chakra to project their sand onto another, the sand will snake it's way onto the opponent and grip them tightly. Because sand moves fluidly, it will act as a teather keeping them tied to the Mizunaka. The sand can be broken, but the opponent needs to move fast before the sand can re-establish the connection.

Description: Creates an identical copy of the user, except in sand form. When it is attacked, it does not disappear like other regular clone techniques. Instead, it can transform parts of itself back into sand in order to snag and attack the opponent. This makes it one of the strongest and most advanced types of clones. Only after it is damaged enough to the point of destruction, it takes on the form and appearance of regular sand.

Description: A very powerful technique that does not require hand seals to be used. This ninjutsu not only traps enemies, but also drains their chakra rather quickly if they are caught inside. A strong enough attack can break through the dome, but since their own chakra is being used against them, the victims of this technique are at a severe disadvantage.
Isshi Resshin [One-fingered Earthquake]

Description: A taijutsu technique that only the strongest ninjas can accomplish. With just one finger, the ninja can merely tap the ground and create an enormous split in the earth before them. Mikazuki no Mai [Dance of the Crescent Moon]

Rasengan [Spiral Blast]

Description: A Ninjutsu technique incorporating the chakra control needed for both the tree climbing training and water walking training. With the type of chakra control needed for the tree climbing training, the ninja focuses a set amount of chakra into the palm of their hand. With the type of chakra control needed for the water walking training, the ninja continuously releases that set amount of chakra from the palm of their hand in the form of a constantly spinning ball.
The chaotic power of this spinning ball of chakra comes from the ninja's chakra rotation. With the Rasengan, the ninja focuses their chakra in the opposite direction of their chakra rotation, creating a disruption in the chakra flow, which is where the force of the Rasengan comes from. Focusing chakra to spin in every direction is the first level of this technique. The second level of the Rasengan is power. The third level of the Rasengan is control.
The ninja has to be able to use one hundred percent of their spinning chakra and one hundred percent of their powering chakra and keep them firmly within the palm of their hand, creating the small and controlled ball the Rasengan is typically seen as. Description:This technique is the advanced form of Bear Drop. Kirin Drop is a technique Which manipulates a user’s strength and weaknesses. The user will take a defensive mode and wait for the enemy to strike him with a technique. This technique only works on Taijutsu. The user will block an incoming attack with chakra forced in the area the blow would be delivered. The technique would send shocks back up the user’s body and either numb or totally shatter a muscle or bones if the user isn’t caution enough, This technique can only work on A rank and lower techniques. The effects of this technique is hit with a higher technique will cause an increase in damage to the user from the enemy’s technique.
This technique also combines with the lightning element, if the user isn’t careful and punches or touches the users torso or arms, they will get terminated shocked badly and shut down they’re body for one post.

This jutsu takes a post to charge/setup before it can attack.

Sanjuu Rashoumon is a direct advancement of the technique which summons three gates in a row. They all have the same measures, but slightly varying ornaments and color schemes.
Note: Sanjuu Rashoumon can be learned directly along with normal Rashoumon as a S rank kinjutsu, or added onto normal Rashoumon via a 4-point kinjutsu training

Description:This technique involves the users chakra affinity mixed with they're bloodline, this technique allows the user to mold they're chakra into they're sand and cause the power to flow through the sand, as it was the user's body part also, The chakra affinity molds into it causing the Wind chakra to cover the whole sand part molded (Clone/Fist/Shield,etc), The User is to punch any type of object, it will cause a crater of damage to the enemy and cutting them up rapidly, then burning the skin with the sand that hits, causing the wounds to sting and make the user have a harder time of movement and the wounds are deeper then normally. Problem with these techniques, User must concentrate they're energy into the sand from they're body to make it perfect, If the user is interrupted, it will fail and send of kick of energy back at the user causing damage to himself.

Description: Fairy Law is a very weird type of jutsu that the leader of Fairy Tail 3 generations ago made. Fairy Law subsequently, knows its enemies and its friends. It can tell apart the enemies and friends that the one who uses this knows. If there is even a hint of love or friendship in the mixture, it will not attack that person. Only attacking a person that the Fairy Master has considered a full on enemy. This jutsu uses the power of lightning to create a very destructive power. After doing the correct hand seals, the user will put both his hands together in a moment of anger. When caught it will deal about 30% damage that a regular person can take. Note that this Lightning strike is not actual nature like Kirin, but an infestation of the users own chakra. So Lightning strike does not happen instantaneously but rather like all lightning jutsu. 10% hit towards the user, once per thread. If it does not hit the enemy it does not hurt the user.

(Not really), the user’s hair transforms into green longer hair (If the user’s hair is short) and eyes turn green also. The user to be able to read the user easily, push any part of power to any part of they’re body and can use several techniques at once (Read Muga no Kyōchi to understand). After this technique is used, the user will collapse and will pass out.

(Fire, Lightning, water, earth and wind.) When eating the element, you gain back the chakra of that attack without harming yourself. (This can work after being hit or during an attack.)
Background:
Ballian lived with his mother and he'd always cook and everything for his mother after she taught him all the cooking she knew, After a while of cooking and everything she'd always get Ninja equipment and she got a pair of Buster knuckles from her ex-husband and a note that he died in the war and she gave them to ballian and he starred at them and then kept them with him at all times
After few years his mother died and he was living alone and he had to get a job to pay for everything in the house and then he wanted to become a Shinobi like his father and he knew that and only relative he knew was his Cousin Megume and Kire who also is apart of the Mizunaka Clan and he seen her once and while but he doubt she remembered him and he decided to join the academy to become fully strong Shinobi.
He finally met his cousin Megume once again and he ranked up to genin and he was happy and his teacher was his cousin and he was glad. _________________
