Appearance:

Her face is thin-ish, with a slightly sharp nose and a medium-sized mouth. The eyebrows are black, and not too bushy or too thin. She has slightly long arms (not noticeably so), and long-ish legs. The hands are normal for size, though slightly large for a girl, with long fngers (not abnormally so). She is also very pale, practically almost white in color.
When she has nothing to do, she'll often walk around in a long white and/or blue and/or yellow robe and regular sandals. Otherwise, she's in a fishnet-type shirt, with another shirt over that, and a light, loose jacket. She wears loose leggings and the japanese sandals (*rolls eyes* I can't remember what they're called)

Hair: Long and black, going down to just above the butt, almost always free. Has dark brown streaks that are not visible unless you put your face in her hair (but then she'll knock you out or something).
Eyes: Silver with a slitted pupil
Body: Lean, tall, with lean muscles in arms.
Ethnicity: Oto no kuni

Strengths: Fast. Has very sharp eyes. She is also very smart.

Weaknesses: She's sometimes scared of open spaces. She thinks it's because she was abandoned in one, but she becomes almost paralyzed with fear sometimes out on deserts, plains or grasslands. She doesn't really trust people...at all. And she hasn't got much endurance...she's got a reasonable amount, but not a whole lot. Bad sense of smell (she pretty much can't smell anything).

Background:

She was orphaned around the time she was five or six. At first she was lonely, wandering by herself, many times almost freezing to death in the winters, and stealing food and some clothing, but soon she began to see the world, and how horrible it could be. At nine, she found out about her chakra, and started using it at ten (for easier stealing of stuff, ie. making her footsteps not audible, bringing objects closer to her on solid chakra, etc.)
At eleven and a half, she began to try jutsus she saw other's using, like clones, and she began to steal ninja weapons for use on people who found her when she was stealing. At twelve, she realized she had gained a bloodthirst from killing (only one) and badly injuring people to get money, clothes and food.
She passed the academy as soon as she arrived, seeing as she knew the things needed to pass, and has now become a genin.

Your strengths vastly over power your weaknesses. Nor does your weakness make much sense. You only start off with henge, kawarimi and bushin. Your background doesn't explain how she became a genin. There is no such thing as an unknown bloodline. We do require an appearance. Picture is fine.

No, that other stuff is general description. We need an appearance designating other features including face and what not, and clothing, and whatever else. You don't get Rope Tying to start with. You can train later and get it, or wait until chuunin and automatically get it.

But the rope untying thing is E, just like the other three I got automatically. I read hrough the all the lists.
If you get it as chunin or have to train to get it, shouldn't it be D ranked then?
