Description: Manda rises up and makes a Loud hiss, a hiss so loud that that it causes the people who hear it(except for the summoner) damages the hearing and if used continually enough on the opponent it can break their eardrums.

Background:
Manda has an unkown background because he never liked nor trusted anyone, as he only had respect for Orochimaru not for his person self but because of his jutsu he contains. Manda is a very arrogant snake and only listens to those who have an essential amount of power.

1. For your appearance, use a pic of Manda from the show.

2. His Ethnicity, I'm assuming, is Rice Country, since Orochimaru's in Oto (or do Summons not have one?).

3. Does Manda really have a Katana that comes from his mouth? Last time I checked, no, but I do recall Lady Tsunade putting Gamabunta's Wakizashi through the top of his mouth. This what you're referring to? (Trying to make a joke here)

4. Work on the rest.

He must've thought that Manda has a sword that comes from his mouth because Orochimaru has one. Though, the answer is No, he doesn't.
