This is a very notable and strict feature of NRC. To learn certain jutsu, you must know the element. Once you pick the element you want to learn then it can't be changed anymore unless through permission by one of the Administrators

E through B rank = 1 element
A through SS rank = 2 elements
SS rank Kages only = 3 elements
