Weaknesses:Shui lacks some of the main strength of his taijutsu making him a bit weaker at hand to hand combat. Shui is slower then most in his taijutsu.Shui also has low chakra but just enough to use his jutsus.Shui lacks on his accuracy with his shuriken and kunai throwing .

Background:Shui has been on the move from country to country looking for his place to fit in.He  came to the fire country when he found the ninja acadamy where he learned of his ninjutsu and his genjutsu skills. When it cam to the taijutsu he got below the average class when he went on with his ninjutsu and his genjutsu skills makeing him top ofthe class with his chakra and his keen eye to spot genjutsu. 1. In a sense, there IS a Custom Bloodline here that did kinda combine the Uchiha and Hyuuga Bloodlines together, but I can't recall who had it. I think it was Air, but don't quote me on that.
2. Your "Race" is going to be your Ancestry (Japanese, American, African American, etc.)
3. Your "Ethnicity" is what Country you're from. Since you're wanting to be in Otogakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Sound), then your "Ethnicity" is going to be "Ta no Kuni (Rice Field Country).
4. Need detail on your Strengths and Weaknesses, and have 4-5 of each.
5. Since you're probably going to have take the Bloodline out, or take another one, you're going to have to change your "Bloodline Jutsus".
6. Explain "Friend of My Enemy Jutsu", "Illuminatin Rose Technique", and "Breaking Floor Jutsu".

He's a bit tall for a twelve year old that's 90 lbs. Oh and Katsuga, "Illuminatin Rose Technique", and "Breaking Floor Jutsu" are jutsu on our site. The first is a genjutsu made by Zieg quite some time ago and the second is when Air was trying to make a large amount of general genjutsu.
