Name: Nige no Mai [Dance of Evasion]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: The user focuses chakra throughout their entire body, similar to Shunshin no Jutsu but more controlled. Combined with natural agility, this allows the user to "dance" away from incoming attacks. It is by no means perfect, yet dodging becomes much easier, and what might normally be a killing blow might become a scratch with someone who has perfected the dance (jounin+).

Name: Senpuu no Mai [Whirlwind Dance]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: The user gathers a moderate amount of wind chakra around their feet and hands, increasing damage done a little. More than this, though, it makes the user almost as light as air, and gives them a measure of control over their movements while in the air. The user can control this part, making themselves fall like a feather once mastered (jounin+).

Name: Raikou no Mai [Dance of Lightning]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: This dance combines aspects of taijutsu and ninjutsu both. Forming the seal associated with their element, the user forms that element of chakra around feet and hands. Their speed is increased to 1.5 times normal, and each strike causes a small burst of elemental chakra to be released. Wind cuts, fire burns, lightning numbs, water freezes, earth bruises. This effect is highly localized and weak, yet if it strikes a spot twice, it can be devastating. Lasts up to 3 posts. If used for a full 3 posts, the user's body begins to tire.

Name: Tenrai no Mai [Dance of Thunder]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: The user focuses chakra to move extremely fast five times, striking with fist , foot, or blade each time. These speed attacks cause sonicbooms, and are extremely hard for any but a Sannin or Kage to control perfectly. A chuunin using it might only score a glancing hit, though the sonicbooms themselves can knock anyone in the area to the ground.

Name: Fushichou no Mai [Dance of the Phoenix]
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Above Average Agility
Description: The user begins to dance, swaying this way and that. They then release chakra gradually, making the air around them waver. Then phoenix wings seem to grow from their back, and they sweep them forward, causing a fan of illusory flames to shoot forward. These flames are unaffected by any contact, and seem to sweep through the targets and sear their very souls. This can cause severe mental trauma and makes the target more sensitive to pain for the next hour, not to mention incapacitating weaker shinobi completely.

Name: Fuhentou no Mai [Dance of Eternal Light]
Type: Taijutsu / Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Above Average Agility, Medical Knowledge
Description: This technique is a healing technique, though does not follow the same pattern. The user dances around the target, gradually healing all injuries. Even someone near death's door can be brought back, though that would take the full five posts the dance can be used for, and will leave them in a healing coma for an hour. All other injuries that are non-life threatening can be healed in two posts, and minor ones can be healed in one. One post takes relatively little chakra, two takes a moderate amount, and three takes fifty percent of the user's total chakra.

I don't like that third one. Cut down the speed increase a bit and put something about it being physically tiring. The phoenix one seems a little bit overpowered as well. And for the last, medical knowledge would be needed to heal someone. Basic requirement.
