Name: Mythical Bird Contract
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: Kuchiyose no Jutsu, 500 Word Post In Konoha, Medic-Nin or Pet-Nin
Description: This contract gives the user the ability to summon, Batsu, the Mythical Phoenix bird. The bird will only respond to a ninja who it deems worthy. The scroll requires that the user submit it some chakra to open it and then some more chakra in order to determine if it is worth of signing the contract. There after the person may sign their name and summon the bird.
