Requirements: Sharingan Level Three, Kaze Dansu (Tenohira Yoshiki), Kami Hari, Rasengan
Description: Rather then rely on Jutsu Shou, Caleb designed this jutsu to knock an attack right at it's user. This can negate an A or lower jutsu with no problem. The jutsu has to be a ranged attack, such as Suiryuudan or Ryuuka. This jutsu must be learned in three parts, much like rasengan. Firstly, he most train his sharingan to speed up his copying skills. But rather than copy the jutsu itself, he just uses his reading to estimate the amount of charka put into it. Then he expels a funnel from his palm utilizing Tenohira Yoshiki to surround the jutsu he's countering. Using Kami Hari to boost the range, he sends about half the total chakra of the jutsu he's countering in wind chakra. Finally he uses the principles he's learned to use rasengan to send out another powerful spiral. This one is pure chakra and is the same amount of chakra that the opposing jutsu cost (meaning Caleb has to use 1.5x the chakra of the jutsu he's sending back). No rule saying an copied attack has to have the weapon is there? Besides that one it an ability of the weapon, when this one it just my skill. Let's see if others think i should have the weapon. I'm copying the effect, not the weapon. At the point I learn this my limbs will be my weapons. Also if I'm not mistaken, his Kamehameha is shot from his turtle's mouth. That's definately not like the show. Also, you are both wrong. My Kamehameha is actually an eletric blast fired from my hands in the Shape of a Turtle. A Gigantic one at that. I baiscally copied Sasuke's Kirin technique. _________________

Point me to the rule that says I need it. Right now you are going on personal opinion. Inuyasha can only do one thing without his sword, he heavily relies on it.
