Name: Raiton: raihouden - Lightning release: Static discharge
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: Lightning element
Description: This jutsu causes the ninjas lightning elemental chakra to become unstable and discharge at random intervals. With proper training a ninja can learn to focus this discharge and use it as both a weapon and a shield.

Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Lightning element, must know Lightning release: Static discharge.
Description: The ninja channels their lightning elemental chakra into their palm in a ball shape. As the ball is focused streams of lightning will emit from it. The ninja can either hold onto the ball and thrust it forward or throw it at their opponent. Upon impact the small ball with disperse over the targets body and give them a nice shock. This jutsu can be used in both hands, but is only recommended for skilled users.

Description: A Lightning element jutsu. The ninja will focus their lightning elemental chakra to their hands. When the desired amount of chakra is located within the hands, the ninja will release it from their palm at the target in the form of a single bolt of lightning for each hand.

Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Lightning element, must know Lightning release: Static discharge, Must know Lightning release: Thunder charge
Description: A more powerful and darker version of Lightning release: Thunder shock. This jutsu gathers much more lightning in the hands and when released it is the form of several bolts that will snake their way to the target as long as chakra is continuously used. Once hit the target will receive a very nasty shock. The ninja can continue to poor more chakra into the jutsu and also lift their target into the air and be open for another attack. This jutsu can be used with one hand or two. If two hands are used the effects are doubled not halved.

These are going to be for my second RPC however anyone who meets the requirments can use them. I still need the Jap translations so if anyone could do that for me. that would be great.

I can see someone needs to clean their ears, badly. It was Gelel, not Geller. And keep your leafninja in the trash can where it belongs. Anyway, these techniques are pretty much worthless since nobody on here would be able to use them.

I'm assuming the first one is only a leeway into the other jutsu for a proper chain? Also, the last two are overpowered, mainly when you mention those with water on them are perfectly damaged. First of all, the only reason why water conducts electricity is the amount of minerals in it. Somehow I doubt if you're using a Suiton jutsu you would take the time to find water with specific minerals. And anything that's an automatic hit should be S rank, especially with that kind of power.

Sench: As i said I haven't seen the movie myself, so I just took the spelling from Leafninja. That is the whole point of requirements is it not. Get a Geller stone implant, use jutsu. We don't have anyone yet with an implant so no... naturally nobody can use these jutsu...
I do have a question for you, off topic: Everytime I post something you are cutting it down for one reson or another... Do you really dislike me that much?

OzanaruSyra: Well to an extent. I posted after the jutsu's that I was going to use them with my second RPC. This because he has a Geller stone implant that cased his lightning elemen chakra to become unstable and discharge and random intervals. The first jutsu is one because it helps him focus the discharge at will into both an attack and defence. I didn't think the staff would alow him to have this as a normal strength so I made it a Jutsu that anyone could use.

As for the last two jutsu... The need for water is what makes them not S ranked. I took the idea for these jutsu from Rayden(MK) and the Sith(SW). Both use lightning for an attack.

Are you going to say that if you were soaked during a lightning storm you wouldn't have a higher chance of getting struck? The human body is mostly water already, not to mention the iron and other minerals found within the body. The fact that most ninja ware metal of some kind be it a weapon or armor, would make any true lightning attack a sure fire hit. I merly said that should you use a water element jutsu it increases hit chance. Use water prison Jutsu then one of my lightning jutsu. Would you say that it wouldn't conect?
How about another one such as Water dragon Jutsu. A technique that needs a large supply of water and has the added effect of possibly forcing the target under water. Are you saying that once this is done if you used one of my jutsu's it wouldn't 100% hit?

I can remove the water element thing as well as its effect of an almost direct hit. However that doesn't change the facts that if you are soaked then any electric curent would be naturally drawn to you.

EDIT: I removed the water element and automatic hit stuff.

XD, you haven't taken any physics classes have you? None of that actually happens, they're just general misconceptions. It's not like water acts as a magnet for electricity. Of course, Naruto does rarely abide by the laws of physics but we still do abide by the rules of technical overpowered. I would prefer if you removed any mention of water; most of lightning jutsu can go unsaid that they are stronger in element than water.

So you are telling me that I can go out into a lightning storm soaking wet and not be struck by lightning any more then if I was perfectly dry. I admit I haven't taken a physics class. I did however stay at a holiday inn last night...lol

I did remove the water stuff as well as the always hit thing. Should I remove the Geller stone things as well so that any lightning element ninja can use them?

@ Sench; You ever think me and him aren't wrong, it's just translation issues? I mean there's at least two translations of things in anime we get here. From what I've gotten theres the more correct translation and the "Sounds cooler in english translation". Oh and all the other language translations.

@ Prowl; The people that used the stones where incapable of using chakra, thus not being able to use Raiton. So you might want to remove the Geller Stone prerequisite.
