Name: Kuchiyose: Bird Contract
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: User is capable of summoning any bird of various sizes or parts of birds similar to other contracts. Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. There are many variations to the Kuchiyose, and some of which include the substitution of a life as a blood sacrifice, or even no sacrifice or hand seals at all. Not all things summoned are animals. People and items can be summoned.
Bird Sizes:
1.Small Bird: Regular birds of any kind or type
2.Medium Birds: Larger birds than ones you would typically see in nature (Harpy Eagle size is about the smallest of this class)
3. Mythical Birds: Birds can be summoned of the "Mythical" type, this means birds of legend such as the Native American Thunderbird. Can be used for sizes small through huge.
4. Large Birds: Â Birds around the size of a small house (Not including wingspan)
5. Huge Birds: Birds around the size of buildings (Not including wingspan)
Attributes: Small through Medium bird sizes can only move around at a fast pace, in addition they are very skilled Genjutsu users, especially genjutsu activated through sound such as singing and also sight activated variations. They know some basic ninjutsu mainly of aerial and storm elements. They are extremely diligent and proud and will not accept people without stature and class as their masters, only if they prove themselves to the Bird family.
Bird Special Summons:
1. Chichiri - The smallest of the bird family he is small but helpful in calling his bigger and better relatives for help. He is considerably perceptive and highly stratigic and creative despite his younger age. Perfect for reconasence or general help in battle.
2. Mitsukake - The much bigger relative of Chichiri, he is older and wiser than Chichiri. He is reknown for his wings which are capable of shielding the summoner and their allies negating most damage. He is very utilitous and helpful, and will often let the summoner ride on his back. He is by far the easiest of the family to form a bond with.
3. Hotohori - The biggest bird of all. He is wiser stronger and faster than any other birds and he is a little bossy and expectant of his summoner. He is by far the best at utilizing jutsu and unlike most birds is a capable user of taijutsu in addition to his superior skills with Ninjutsu and Genjutsu.
4. Hou-ou - The legendary Japanese Phoenix itself. Capable of utilizing the most powerful healing techniques and genjutsu. Known as well as being known for its ability with fire related techniques. This summon is hard to control and requires one who has proven their worth and pureness of heart.
Scroll Description:
Name: Bird Summoning Contract
Description: Your average Japanese calligraphy scroll except this one is wrapped or sealed with a black strip with certain markings on it. The markings on the seal are the symbols most often used in conjunction of that of the sky and birds in general. The scroll's center tube is black and the top of it seems to be in the shape of what one can only guess is the head of a bird. The bottom appears to be feather carvings around the tube of the scroll. When opened there are various inscriptions and markings used in signing a contract with the birds for summoning including the place where you mark your name and prints in blood.

NOTE: Im going to start a topic where Chiisuchianu finds the scroll pretty soon here, so he will be in possesion of it meaning that you have to recieve the scroll from Chiisuchianu or get him to let you sign it.
