Personality:Leon is laid back but he does care about things that are important. He really hates getting into certain situations which he has to fight his way out of. Leon can sometimes be happy go lucky when he is in a good mood. Leon dislikes people who think that they are better than everyone else or people who underestimate their enemy thinking they are weak. Leon also be a team leader when it is really needed.
Leon at times can snap out of his usual personality and just be down right dirty. Though he hates having to do that. Leon will sometimes be hard headed. He wont think before he acts when his blood is boiled. Leon is a kind of guy who you would want to have around. A lot of people say Leon can make tense moments into relaxed ones. There are also times when he is angry that all Leon wants to do is fight or even worse kill another person. This mood is often never attained unless someone really tried to push Leon's button. Basically Leon tries to stay in his run of the mill happy go lucky mood.

Description: By breathing in and storing chakra in their chest the user then transfer chakra into their hand and by putting it near their mouths and blowing they can create a large fireball. At the C rank the user can use a normal sized fireball and blow it in any direction. At B rank the size of the fireball increases 3 times the size of a regular man and can be pushed away from the user, unlike the C rank.

Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.

Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow, followed by a driving blow to propel them towards the ground faster, and finishing with a hard-hitting axe kick into the ground, reinforcing the blow. This technique puts a great deal of strain on the user's body, which is why it is concluded that it is not a technique one could come to rely on

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Background: Leon was born in the Lightning Country on the 12th of March. He was an only child so growing up he did not have anyone to play with at home. To make up for this time he worked in his father grocery shop. By the the time Leon was age 8 his father was killed for not paying off a debt. The men stormed into Leon's Home to kill him and his mother but his mother went to shop. Leon was hiding in a closet when they entered his house. Leon sat down and felt he was sitting on a piece of metal. He picked the metal up finding out it was a kunai knife. When he heard a bag drop and the scream of his mother he came out the closet and stab one of the men that turned their back to him. The 2 other men that were there tried to get to Leon but one had to hold on to his mother. One of the men grabbed Leon not knowing Leon had a knife with him. Leon stab his attacker in the right leg and then swiftly came up for and upward strike. The hit was very inaccurate but Leon's attacker dropped to the floor. Leon ran quickly as the man took his struggling mother out the door. Leon threw kunai hoping it would hit the man and it did . Leon's Mother grabbed him and gave him to some leaf ninja. She told them to bring him to the Hidden Leaf Village. Leon waved goodbye to his mother before passing out. After 3 years Leon went into the Academy. He quickly learned the Justu's and releases. He decided to go back to the Lightning Country to find out his mother has a rare illness that would kill her by the time Leon is age 20. Leon says every year he will visit her. Leon is currently 14 in the Leaf Village. Well, we don't have "Lightning Country" on here, but I guess that it's alright for you to use it, heh. You can keep "Raiton (Lightning)" as your main Element if you want to. Or, when you reach Jounin, you can take it then. But, unless you have the Element, you can't learn the Jutsu for that. Like, because you're taking Katon (Fire), you can't learn any Raiton Jutsus.
