Name: Mental Prowess
Requirements: 4 Points of Training, Plus 1 Point per level.
Description: Through quiet meditation or a sudden increase in mental activity, some shinobi have developed power know as 'Psionics'. These powers still take chakra to use, but are triggered mentally rather than through handseals. Some still require a physical action to perform and while in use most have some indication of it being active. Lastly, this skill changes the appearance and execution of some jutsu. The end affect is the same and is in no way stronger or weaker.
Learning this requires you to make a single post in which you must get 4 point or over in. If you make less then 4, you may continue until you make at least that many. For each point above those 4, you gain a level in a psionic discipline of your choice. These disciplines dictates the innate abilities this SA gives you, as well as the jutsu you can learn under this. You automatically gain the Basic stage of each ability. None of these takes chakra unless otherwise noted.
Telekinesis

Basic: You can lift a single 5 pound object.
Level 1: 5 Pounds per rank. At any level, you can lift a number of objects equal to your level in Telekinesis plus your shinobi rank. The objects cannot exceed the amount of weight you can lift. You must be able to see the object to pick it up. Also, weight carried by your physical body counts against this total. It should also be noted that this is much like physical effort, so prolonged lifting will exhaust you. When used against a living creature, it will always see a distortion in the air heading towards them. So they will have a chance to get away. You can also fly if you are within the weight range. However this will be somewhat clumsy and will require attention enough where you can't do much else.
Level 2: 10 lbs. per rank.
Level 3: 20 lbs. per rank.
Level 4: 30 lbs. per rank.
Level 5: 50 lbs. per rank
Telepathy

Basic: This ability comes from your body naturally aligning itself with other's chakra flows. With it, you can read anyone's basic emotions within 10 ft. of you per shinobi rank. You can read the surface thoughts of somebody you touch. This does not mean you can tell what there attacks are, just the general thoughts. You can also telepathically talk to people within the range of your nature voice, though it doesn't automatically they can respond. You can choose who hears this, and can also 'shout' this way.
Level 1: Mind reading is complicated, therefore using it beyond the basic level requires chakra use. With gaining levels in this allows you to read memories, but you must be touching the target. Any techniques under Telepathy require touch unless otherwise noted. By expending an amount of chakra equal to the difference of rank between you and the person you can read memories on an average of an hour per your rank per minute or so. You can go deeper, but this requires more time and more chakra expended (about 10% more). If you are the same rank, this requires and expenditure of chakra equal to D rank.
Additionally, you recieve a 10% boost to reaction time per level of Telepathy due to you being more in tune with your surroundings.
Level 2: The average becomes days.
Level 3: The average becomes weeks. You can read surface thoughts if they are within your empathy range. This does not mean you can tell what there attacks are, just the general thoughts.
Level 4: The average becomes months.
Level 5: The average becomes years.
Psychometabolism

Basic: Stunning, paralysis and the sort only affect you for half the amount of posts. It also becomes significantly harder to knock you out.
Level 1-4: You gain 20% stamina, 10% endurance, and 5% to your physical traits per level of this ability. It is the only one that doesn't give you anything for being a higher rank.
Name: Death's Ten Blades
Requirements: My or Pikminavenger's Permission, Out of Body Experience Due to Almost Dying or Transformed by a Current Ten Sword member, Lose of Additional SA Slot or An Element.
Description: Being on the brink of death brings about various things. Some people find courage they had never found before, while others attain wisdom. Those that have seen deaths door up close and personal have a chance to obtain a power beyond imagining, if only they can get the strength (or will) to re-enter thier bodies. This power is that of The Ark, which ressurects using it's signature chakra them and grants them a power connected to the result of their death. These people are know as Death's Ten Blades, and each one has come to realize an aspect of death that has granted them new powers and abilities.

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.
Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Name: Tactile Telekinesis

Description: Whether or not this was created by a relatively lazy psion, one wary of traps, or one that wanted to creep people out is unknown. It allows someone to manipulate objects as though touching them with there hands, but using Telekinesis. Though this too doesn't take chakra, it requires slightly more focus, especially if using both your 'hands'. You can also use this to throw telekinetic punches, which will be visible as vague sphere shaped distortion about the size of a fist.

Description: The most basic of skills for those with psionic powers, it provides protection against all forms of attacks. There's multiple forms of this, the basic one being a sheath of energy around the body that takes a minimal amount of chakra to maintain. This protects the body with strength similiar to a heavy suit of armor, but this varies. The higher rank the shinobi is, the stronger the field is and the less overall energy it takes to maintain. It's also found that those with stronger chakra and / or greater chakra pools have better protection.
The next use of this, usable when learn as a B rank jutsu, projects a field of energy directly infront of you. Though it's base form requires amount of chakra needed for a B ranked jutsu, you can use any amount you want. It can block a jutsu equal to one rank under the jutsu it's blocking, but it can only block you from the front. You can extend the height and length of the field by feeding more chakra into it. It requires 10% more chakra per extra foot (of radius or square).
The last version is gained when it's learned as an A rank technique, and it allows you to surround yourself with a globe of energy. It takes 75% of the chakra cost of the technique it's blocking, and from every direction. Weak forms of this can also be used to block gas or to be use as an oxygen bubble. It cost 10% more chakra per extra foot of diameter to erect this.

Description: An unusual alteration to her chakra canon jutsu that uses some strange form of darkness to attack an opponent. It has various uses, but must be mastered in it's base form before you can move to the next level. It's next form is learned as a higher ranked jutsu, but takes half the time to learn. Each form require more chakra than the last, although a weaker form can always be used.
Dark Beam - This shoots closely grouped flattened disks of dark goo, trailed by dark energy and globular emanations. It does nothing in this form except for damage.
Entangler - When upgraded, the disks of dark goo grow larger and come together. A target hit by this will be encased in the goo, as it will harden upon contact. The enemy will be held in place for two posts, and anything coming into contact with them before their next post will be engulfed and held as well. Because it is dark and hardened around the target, they are immune to physical attacks below S rank and genjutsu. Ninjutsu damage is also reduced.
Darkburst - The strongest variation, and uses a large amount of chakra to pull off. A single glob of darkness is shoot and when it hits and enemy it creates a temporary dimensional rift. This rift is highly cause a high amount of damage resulting from pressure, but only fully effects one person. Anyone near the primary target will feel pulled in slightly and take a minor amount of damage. If it kills them it makes the body disappear completely. This blast isn't as fast as the other uses of Dark Beam.
Xela has figured out a way to use her telekinesis in place of a chakra cannon, forming the beam in her hand. A Dark and Light Beam hitting each other will cause an explosion. Any puppet with a chakra cannon can use this, but it's weapons  need to be modified accordingly.

Description: Modifing her charka cannon to magnify light, Dharma has made it into a deadly weapon. It has different uses, but must be mastered in it's base form you can move to it's next level. It's next form is learned as a higher ranked jutsu, but takes half the time to learn. Each form require more chakra than the last, although a weaker form can always be used. Due to the lack of it's side effect's potential, it deals more damage then the Dark Beam.
Light Beam - Focusing light into the cannon, a beam of light is then fired. This beam deal good damage and may set things on fire.
Homing Ray - The upgraded Light Beam fires a volley of fast, mildly-homing spherical projectiles which stay closely together. They can only turn a total of 45 degrees, cannont make sharp turns, and can never turn back once passing a target. A quick turn will get you away from them.
Sunburst - Using a large amount of chakra, you focus light into a small sphere. Once this sphere hits an enemy, it enlarges into a 15 foot sphere that continues to move slowly before disappearing 3 posts later. This light sphere does a large amount of damage to anything it hits.

Description: Combing the properties of Dark and Light Beams, Dharma has made and yet another alteration to her Chakra Cannon jutsu.
It's next form is learned as a higher ranked jutsu, but takes half the time to learn. Each form require more chakra than the last, although a weaker form can always be used.
Annihilator Beam - Fires tiny spheres of darkness surrounded in an aura of light. This isn't as powerful as the name would imply, however. These blasts can be fired rapidly and home in towards enemies.
Disruptor - Grows larger and loses it's homing ability. In place of this, it damages anything within 10 feet of what it hits and stuns everything effected for one post.
Sonicboom - Using a large amount of chakra, you fire a quickly moving shot that instantaneously creates a rift when it hits something. The target and everything within 20 feet takes a massive amount of damage as the area around them distorts to look like glass angled in different directions. This distortion stays behind for a few seconds after the damage is taken, but has no real affect. Can only be used once a battle.

Background: Mousy grew up in with her family in a troublesome country. It was dangerous to even go to the market, people would often be kidnapped in broad daylight. At a young age her mother would have her meditate and focus on bringing out her the inner strength her mind could grant. Mousy was an energitic child which made teaching her such a disciple skill quite difficult. Despite this, her mother successfully taught her how to use mental powers. Shortly afterwards, her father brought his family to the main Order of the Claw monastery. He decided he need to train more, and that Mousy would benefit from being physically disciplined. When they got there they found a new grandmaster and met up with some friends and their son. While not a powerful person physically, Mousy learned where to hit her opponent to be able to take them out rapidly. Despite her rather immature personality and hyperness, she is quite the fast learner. At the age of 17 she's already a master of the Mouse Paw style.
Xela was another personality that Mousy's mother had sealed into her. Do to a situational meeting with an unusual type of energy, the seal was broken. This allowed Xela to speak to Mousy, eventually manipulating her to occasionally allow her to control the body. All this time sitting in the mental prison tired Xela, so she developed a ritual art to put her in permanate control of the body. Due to a snag in the ritual she is stuck in a childlike form most of the time, but can go to adult during a part of the day.
She barely escaped the destruction of Otokagure thanks to her mastery of Ninjutsu, and Lucius wasn't in the city at the time. This is what she thought at first anyways. Now she realizes some sort of higher power revived her. Unfortunately this has forced her to remain in child form unless evolved to her higher forms.
