Personality: Lex is not what would be thought of at first glance. Due to his cute kitten appearance, he is assumed to be just a general house cat with a lazy personality. Yet this couldn't be further from the truth. Lex's age is unknown and therefore is extremely wise. He is usually placed but is extremely protective of Skye

Background: Lex was once a Medium-Ranked summoning cat of a very old family that was used and somewhat abused during the Great-Shinobi Wars. Due to this, the elders of the Summoning Family used there final strength to free the rest of the Clan from servitude. Over many years, Lex wandered, unable to find a place to belong until he was in the Land of Fire, finally near death. He had accepted death when at the last moments, he was rescued by a beautiful young woman, Skye Itichi. From that day on Lex has been Skye's loyal companion, aiding her in any way he possible could and becoming extremely close with her. Lex has devoted himself to Skye along with the rest of the Hyuudou Clan.

I know people that arn't in a bloodline and I'm quiet sure they don't have a summoning contract and have Nin-pets?

And how is it common sence for a summoning contract, for a pet. Do you feel the need to summon you're pet in real life, I just call mine... _________________

If I'm not mistaken, there was a time when pets were only allowed to pet clans and people with no bloodline...

Actually that never was a rule. Right at the beginning Lava had a bit of a rule but that rule fell through quickly. Of course, back then we had pets that didn't have crazy powers. But, how is it wise, why does it have Suiton element and it certainly can't learn jutsu.
